They promised to send me a $250 gift certificate redeemable at **************** etc... IF I paid them 99 cents via my credit or debit card. NO WAY!!!!!! I suggested they deduct it from the gift certificate, but they just want access to my bank account. Don't do it!

Just started this today and looking over the reward program it doesn't seem to be bad. I'll enjoy using my rewards especially this time of year.

This is a complete scam company. They send you a reward, when in all reality they are stealing your credit card information. Im freezing / locking my card, due to me knowing, thanks to calling back the line 4-5 times to have them explain to me how the reward works. Was sworn at, by 2 separate women. They were very aggressive asking why would you be tying up my line on a Saturday at 3 PM? **, because youre the one trying to sell me identity theft. When, in fact, they are fraud and theft. She swore at me, and clicked. Then, you call the customer service line and they have you leave a message. Probably wont receive a call back. Then, the Choose Your Rewards people that email you, tell you how their scam works. Even though, its just like earning points with your insurance company. You get a DISCOUNT, not it paid for. This business is rated higher than it should be, and I WILL be reporting fraud to you, the BBB. These types of businesses that are not legit, should be shut down and banned from calling us. But, you gave them an A+ at one time? Wow. Must not be that great to investigate some company, and find NOTHING wrong with them taking peoples complete information down so they can have other scammers call, and sell my information. If you dont shut down this company, I might just have to take them to federal court, and begin a class action. Its not just me, that they selected. They do it to THOUSANDS every single day. If I could give a 0 or negative stars, I wouldve. Terrible, fraudulent, and rude business to deal with. I cant wait to change my card, due to them TRYING to charge it on the 17th of November. I take this as, I will be contacting my lawyer, and the company head. Letting them know that IF they dont shut down, we might have to start some legal action. Im not dealing with more scams coming along, and the BBB not doing anything about these companies. Period.

This company contacted my retired mother who is having trouble managing her affairs and talked her into signing up for their service. So many companies like this call her and give some kind of scary story to get her to fork over her money for some kind of protection. She doesn't know what they do, if they do anything at all, and can't remember what she's signed up for. In many case she has multiple services "protecting" her when what she really needs is someone to protect her from companies like this. They are all bleeding her bank account dry. They must have a list of seniors somewhere to call. Fish in a barrel.

I received this card in the mail and asked exactly what I received it for. Saying I have a $100 unclaimed reward. The woman said it was from Privacy Patrol. From a survey, a drawing, fact of me being a renter and it doesn't state anything further. Well thanks to the BBB I looked it up further with the woman on the phone who wouldn't stand up for the company. I know there are things such as unclaimed money but if it's my unclaimed money why do I have to pay for it?
