Door to door salesman came at 6:45pm. It was dark and I wouldnt answer the door. He hung around in front of my house for 15 min. He came by again next day and parked in front of my house and was not taking no. I was working outside and had to go in and shut the door to get rid of him. I called company. Ill call them again if he comes back. If I wanted solar I would call. Door to door has to be abolished. No soliciting signs dont work.Momentum Solar

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. 1st off the salesman flat out lied said there was a $3000.00 rebate on the battery. After the partial install called customer no service about rebate forms they said there was none they said called the battery manufacturer did that and they said the rebate was $1000 and it expired over a year ago so bottom line is salesman flat out lied to us. Next is the install cannot get them to come out and complete it been 6 months now system is running but they installed 2 panels in my garage one panel is up to the electrical code with the proper cover the other is not up to code just on open face breaker in the wall with no cover. Have tried at least a half dozen times taking to customer no service always same response that they will contact the appropriate **** but nothing ever happens. I have been a navy electrician for 24 yrs and 20 yrs in the civilian world. I could finnish this myself and do it correctly but I want this company to finish the job. I regret not checking the reviews on this company they have allot bad ones. I got an email from for their referral program offering $500 for each new customer had to laugh I would not recommend this company to anyone the worst customer service I've ever encountered.Momentum Solar

I am in the final process of getting this service. So far I have a great experience with the customer service staring from sept 1 until now. I had to do nothing as momentum Solar is taking care of all the process and lets us no each step on time. They worked on our financing option as well.I would appreciate Ma. Beenish for her courteous support and keep us updated and letting us know our best option. So far I have a great experience and once I get my home Solar I would love to submit another review.Overall great experience and service and thank you **. Momentum solar team were awful. The representatives were not transparent and honest. I have to constantly reach out because once I have signed the contract, they refuse to pick up the phone when I call. They promised that the start of the contract would be in a few months (at that time they would start charging me). Before the agreed start date they started charging me monthly (even though they said they wouldnt do that until the start of the contract). During installation the Momentum solar team damaged my security camera and opened my basement window (which resulted in my cat escaping). Even after installation, I have received bills from Con ***** that are to high. Never again will I be a customer at this company again.Momentum Solar

The salesman did not tell me the truth about the cost of the system. He said the state gives grants for installation and would not cost me anything. He said he would send information of the house to their engineer to spec out a system. Shorty there after some workers who barely spoke English said they were going to check the roof for the installation. Apparently they installed some brackets. I informed the company I was putting the project on hold as I work on a ship and would not be available. Now they are threatening me of putting a lien on my house or pay for the workers. It looks like they have done more work after I informed them to stop the project.Momentum Solar

I'm an extremely happy customer that has dealt with ******** at the care team department . She was just like a teacher . Teaching everything that I needed to know. All my questions was answer to my satisfaction.I was really worried about the negative Reviews. she assured me that everything was going to be fine!!! And she was right!!! It was a pleasure to deal with her and also with the team Of momentum ?? ??. My best friend was the one to highly recommended them. My best friend has been with them since 2016 and still is!!, she never had a problem with them.She never ever had a problem with her bill. She's been paying ***** a month with absolutely NO PROBLEM!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Momentum Solar

************, **.Sketchy looking individuals soliciting after dark at 7:30pm with illegible ID's & no biz cards the day after Christmas going door to door. Someone on the block was so upset they called the police.Business hours are 9am to 5pm in broad daylight is when you approach someones home to try solicit.Momentum Solar

My complaint is with them they do not keep their word they offer you incentives so that you can refer other clients to them and once you do, you can never get the incentive money. I have referred plenty clients to them three have actually signed on and have completed the solar process, and momentum refuses to acknowledge me and when you call them, they give you the runaround and red tape, and I actually have had one of the clients they referred. Call them and tell them they got the information from me they said yes no problem and seven months later theyre still unable to find the documentation to prove that I referred anybody to him its a big pyramid scheme dont refer any clients to them.Momentum Solar
