      Sales pitch was ok at first but then they started getting pushy after we said no. That does not work with me. It only make me angry.

      Signed a contract with these people back in Sept 2024. Engineer came out I October to design the system. Here we are March 2025 never heard anything about install. Called the company and they said the order was cancelled couldnt give us a reason why. Here we are all this time thinking we were getting solar and they wasted our time! Stay away from this company they are fraud!!

      I have been trying to get a manager in your accounting department but no one will give me the phone nbr of a manager. Your company used my bank account **** twice that I asked you not to use. Your company asked for a transaction in the bank on a date that was not my due date. Your company charged me twice in one month of March after I have already paid for the month of March Your again used a bank account I asked you not to use not once but twice. Someone in your account department do not know how to read or dont care or is involved in fraudulent acts. Signed LBO

      They installed an 8 foot copper coated solidsteel pipe to be used to ground the solar systeminto the center of my vegetable garden. I didnt realize it until the spring when I when to plant my garden and they wanted to charge me $450 to move it. I called an electrician he moved it in 20 minutes and charged me $50 I would not recommend Momentum Solar their service is absolutely terrible but the solar panels do work well

      Be very cautious! They call me multiple times a day every day. They just hang up, when I call back on another number I see its them always them. Theyre a disgrace.Thankfully I dont use that house phone as its just an extra line I use when I need to fax something but theyre crazy. They literally have called me 22 times in the last 24 hours. Theyll call more than once an hour sometimes,Do not give them your real number, they have harassed me for over 2 weeks now and asking them to stop made it worse. I spoke to the phone company and they said they can make that land line number into an extra voice mail number so it wont ring, and will just be for voice mails and theyve issued a new number that should take a few business days to switch to.Ive never seen such disgusting people in my life,

      Company sends liars for consultations. I was told I was going to save money and only have to pay my electricity provider about $25/35 for delivery charges, that was a lie. My past 3 bills were $160+ plus my monthly lease to Momentum. Im paying double what I expected. On top of that I was told I was going to receive certain tax invectives, THAT WAS A LIE. I got nothing back. Do not trust these people coming to your home, and if you happen to get a consultation, audio recording the conversation as proof. These people are equivalent to scammers. Not worth going solar with momentum.

      Beware of Momentum Solars Lack of Care and Customer Service I had high hopes when choosing Momentum Solar, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. During the installation process, their contractors tracked dirt into my home, showing complete disregard for keeping my space clean. Mistakes happen, but what truly set this apart was their careless attitude toward resolving the issue.When I raised my concerns, I was met with empty apologies instead of real solutions. Rather than taking responsibility and making things right, they dismissed the issue with insincere responses and no real effort to address the mess they left behind. Their lack of customer service and accountability is unacceptable, especially for a company handling such an important home investment.If youre considering Momentum Solar, be warned: once theyve got your business, their concern for your satisfaction seems to disappear. If you expect professionalism, respect for your home, and genuine customer service, Id strongly advise looking elsewhere.

      Felt like I have to leave this review about the momentum solar because they keep harassment me by calling me everyday while Im working, driving even while Im sleeping in the morning in my Sunday weekend , I answered them during the first days when they started calling me in very abusing way and I spoke with them in very polite way asking them to stop calling me because Im not interested, what happened is they stop for couple days and then they started to calling me in very bad way like three or four times same minute even when I blocked a number they called from different number, till now maybe I blocked almost 20 different phone numbers from them,so I advise any person to be careful with this disrespectful harassment company and dont give your phone number to them to avoid what happened to me , I will file complaint against them at the An official website of the United States government (*************************************) and at (BBB)Better Business Buearu(***************************************) . I encourage any person who got same harassment from this company to do the same thing and file complaint maybe the government will take a legal action against them and stop them from harassing us , I attached some pictures from my phone and it just a sample from what I still have it in my phone .       On August 22, 2024, a salesperson from Momentum Solar visited my home to discuss the installation of solar panels. During our conversation, he explained the differences between financing and leasing the system. However, he failed to disclose a crucial detail about the lease agreement: the 3% annual escalation cost. This omission has significant financial implications, as it could result in me ultimately losing money on the system. While the sales *** was professional and courteous during our interaction, I later learned that he was let go from the company just a few days after my contract signing. Upon reviewing my lease agreement more thoroughly, I discovered the 3% escalation clause, which was never explicitly communicated to me at the time of signing. As soon as I became aware of this issue, I called Momentum Solar on August 27, 2024, to cancel the lease contract. Momentum has a record of this call. At the time of signing, I was informed that I had a seven-day window to cancel the lease. However, despite my timely request, I encountered resistance from the company. The project manager, *****, actively discouraged me from canceling and pushed me to remain in the lease and said I can switch to financing later down the road. During the initial sales discussion, I was led to believe that I would have the option to decide between leasing and financing at any time. However, when I later requested to switch to financing, I was told that it was too late to make that change. This misleading information has left me feeling trapped in a contract under terms that were not fully and transparently disclosed to me. I believe that Momentum Solar's failure to properly disclose the escalation cost, combined with their obstruction of my cancellation request, constitutes unfair and deceptive business practices. Therefore, I am requesting the ************************ to investigate this matter and assist in resolving my complaint.
