      Momentum installed our solar panels in 2018 and have done very well. Our savings are on track to break even with the solar panel installation costs in eight years! They installed our battery backup system in 2021. So far, all of the equipment has worked well. We have had a few minor glitches, but they have been resolved by Momentum very expeditiously.

      I have really been happy with my solar panels. Most months I dont have a bill from my electric company and earn credits for the power I send to the grid. The times I do have to use electricity from the grid my bills are around ***** dollars. Way better than the ******* dollar bills I was paying. Momentum did an excellent job with the installation. Would definitely recommend them over the other companies in the area.

      I at first was so excited about momentum solar. Everything sounded great. Well excitement turned to disappointment and anger because its been about a year and still the system they installed is not online. I keep getting told every week the same thing and nothing happens. Meanwhile all houses in my neighborhood are practically brand new like mine and I see some other solar companies coming here and installing solar panels and they have been online quickly. For some reason momentum solar cannot. I would love to write a positive review but how can I?****************

      Absolutely do NOT sign a contract with Momentum - I've never dealt with such horrific customer service in my life. Our main contact ******* (hi *******) has been dodging my calls since early July, and this is the second time since April that she has decided to dodge my calls. Left messages with other reps asking to have a call back with non follow up from her. I have been trying to get more panels added to my house for 6 months +, and there has been barely any movement on my case. Momentum and IGS love to blame the other company for the failings, and neither will take accountability - resulting in me paying an astronomical amount towards my electric bill each month while still also paying Momentum. The exhaustion and frustration that I have put into this situation is ridiculous. I truly don't think anyone in this company knows how to do their job, or how to keep their customers happy.

      Momentum solar will promise you sign on bonuses. They will say when all the inspections are done and your local power company turns on the power you will then receive your sign on bonus. Well its been 2 months & still no promised sign on bonus. When you call inquiring about the bonus they will put you on hold, tell you its in account payable waiting to be sent out. My so-called bonus been sitting in acct payable for over 3wks. Every time I call they put you on hold for 20 or more minutes then tell you theyll email a supervisor and youll get a call back or theyll just disconnect the call. Dont use this company they are dishonest!!!

      Well after all the back & fourth with momentum over several months I finally received my promised sign on bonus. Thank goodness I had in writing the promised bonus, so they couldnt refute what was promised to me. Thanks to managers ***************** for all the ************** calls to fix this issue.

      We are in the middle of a solar install by Momentum Solar. We signed the contract back in May. Within several weeks we had the battery back up and circuit breaker box installed as well as the solar panels on our roof. To date nothing else has happened. We have had ZERO communication back from Momentum despite multiple attempts to reach them for an update. The last I was told was that Momentum was awaiting the permit from the *********************, however, the City of Winter Garden advised that Momentum has yet to pay the permit fee! I have called Momentum to even offer to personally pay the permit fee to expedite things and Momentum could then deduct the fee from our final **** yet no response. Our project has been at a complete standstill for months. I am starting to be concerned Momentum is a scam business or they are about to go out of business and we are left with a non functioning battery backup system and solar panels on our roof! This company has ZERO customer service after they take your initial payment. While we still owe them money, they have well over $20K up front of our money that we may be out. Disgusting business. I can't believe the *** was written ** in **************** Please beware of this company!

Yesterday we got the permit paid for and received and today the *** got verified. ****** spoke with her yesterday and provided her with the update and also gave the homeowner her contact information if she is needing to get quick responses. We are hoping to provide a date for the inspection today.

      Momentum solar is the worst company Ive ever been affiliated with they lie deflect and then lie again Im thinking of filing a civil suit against them after you sign the contract they turn you over to a predator finance company dividend and then dividends and turns you over to KeyBank they lie about the interest-rate and the predator loans that The issue there is very little customer service if any they just want to stall you when you talk to them in just a warning it does seem like a scam to me

      I would not recommend momentum solar to anyone they lie to you from the beginning unless you like paying two bills do not use them I'm still paying two bills it's been over 10 months and they won't do anything about it

      This companys employees go around calling potential customers to threaten them of legal action when they change their mind about going Solar..I initially signed up with ******* 10days ago but then My spouse and I decided that wed rather wait a little longer before eventually going SolarThis guy calling himself *** or whatever calls me a few days after I cancelled the transaction demanding that I explain myself about why I cancelled!!!Keep in mind no actions have been taking on their part yet,no survey no nothingwhen I told him it was personal and that all there is to it is that I changed my mind for now ,he started threatening me with potential legal action for cancelling Well guess what I do not regret at all my decision if anything that call just reinforced me in my decision and I am glad I got out sooner rather than later!!!Please take your time and do not sign anything under pressure.
