      They will not stop calling me even though we have told them that we have a contract with another solar company. Over 30 phone calls in a two week span. We had a meeting with one of their sales people at our house who showed up unprepared with no research done on our house. I have called them back twice in as many days to tell them to stop.

      Selling the product is their major concern at all costs. Canceled contract within the legal time frame. But kept calling and finally sent a threatening letter. Forced me to call to push their system then to ignore letter

      I receive up to 3 phone calls a day from them even though I have asked repeatedly to stop calling. It is harassment at this point. If you block their number, the company generates a new number and continue with the harassment . There is a class action lawsuit against their behavior and I see they continue with the same practice.

      We have been very happy in our dealings with Momentum. We have not had very many interactions with them since we have not had any problems with our solar service, to date. They were always quick to respond to any questions that we had.

      The service is fine. The only problem I have is the company wants to control how my monthly **** id paid. They want to use the same account to deduct payment. I have more than one checking account, and sometime I may switch accounts, and that can be a problem for them.
