      It's door to door sales employees are "dropped off" in their territory, ignoring all no soliciting signs. They arrived at my house a 6:30pm in the dark with no professionalism. Company is more than likely a scam.

      Unethical company with no integrity. We installed solar panels with Momentum Solar in 2018. I chose them because they appeared to be a customer-centered, responsible and transparent. I always recommended them to neighbors. Now, as part of their 'selling speech' in 2018 they offered a 1-time courtesy panel removal. We signed with them. Fast forward to 2024, we need that 1-time courtesy panel removal, and we contacted them. They asked for a voucher. We never received a voucher, when we signed, they claimed it was how they operate, that the company offers a 1-time courtesy removal--they never mentioned a voucher. The company wants to dismiss their promise. In doing some research, I looked at reviews from this past August 2024 and found several customers saying they received this same promised, one review from August 13, 2024, another review from August 20, 2024. I have all the screenshots of many reviews and will be submitting them. I hope this company stands by their promise and do right by the very people who trusted to them.

      This company is full of fake promises. They offer a referral program, $750 for each referral. We referred our friend who used momentum for their solar panels. We called to collect our referral money but then of course comes "the run around". Because our friend went through the salesman we used instead of us personally calling momentum to refer him. They don't consider it our referral. Meanwhile it doesn't say that anywhere. We will personally now tell everyone we know to not use momentum. Their customer service is beyond lacking and they don't care about their customers.

      *DO NOT sign a contract with Momentum Solar... There is a lack of professionalism and customers service, in which i have NEVER experienced before! On 06/24, we agreed on a price for the solar project at my home... after speaking with the manager over the phone, the approval was granted by the company owner and the contract was signed. Several weeks later, I was contacted over the phone and told that the cost for the project could not remain the same as we had previously agreed and signed upon. However, months have passed and I still don't have an answer as to what this "new cost" would be. It's pretty clear that this company just doesn't want to deal with this issue and the fact that it's a breach of contract. We all know that contracts are created to protect the company providing said services, however, it's also made to protect the customer.The fact that Momentum Solar, has created this breach of contract issue and at the end of the day, is just dragging along simply waiting for the customer to give up... hoping for a no harm no foul type of situation is absolutely despicable!!!I will make sure to write about my experience with Momentum Solar, at every chance I get, so that the public understands and sees the type of business this company is willing to offer.

      Absolutely not ********* was stated to me and my wife by the sales ***resentative that my Eversource bill would significantly reduced or not have a bill at all.This is with the sales *** looking over my highest bill and breaking it down to how many panels i would need to cover for my electricity being generated and usage.Never was the issue total lie.I was undersold a system that does not produce what was explained to us.I currently still receive electricity bills from *************** the bill from IGS solar which is the company i leased the panels from.I have tried numerous times to reach out to the sales ***.(****** *********** his supervisor ****** *********** where both individuals have completley ignored my calls and text.And when i did speak to any of them ,there response to me was we are lookin into it.(LIE).its been 6 months and no resolution .All i wanted was a simple resoulution to the issue that i am ********* was stated by Mr **** that he would solve my issues and concerns,that he would take care of it.Never Happened.I have a text from the company which contradicts everything both individuals stated to me and lead my on to no where.Kicked the can down the road.I believe as an honest paying consumer i deserve a little bit of better service ,Especially when i am paying for the panels on my roof.I just need some one to look into this matter and please assist me and contact me for any questions and concerns you may have.

      I wish I could give negative stars. Momentum Solar has spam called me every 20 minutes for three days. I have answered before and its only a knocking sound. The voicemails are just knocking sounds.

      Came across this company in ******************. Set up an appointment. Salesman left out a lot of information. Such as details on the warranty. Also promised a $600 *** giftcard. I never received this giftcard even after asking the salesman. Eventually the salesman stopping responding to calls or texts. (After the sale was done). Momentum customer service always said they would look into it or talk to the salesman who will not respond. Also initial installation had no communication they did not schedule dates, I had to call and ask when things were going to happen. Next after the install they took the money for the Install and the solar did not even work yet. I now had to call numerous times to get them to come out and get it working. Now 2 years later the half of my solar panels are no longer working and they are charging me to get them fixed where I was told by the salesman that they are covered for 20 years but again this was only a half truth only parts are, so all visits will cost hundreds for labor. I would recommend anyone thinking of solar to avoid this company and look elsewhere.

      We give them zero stars. *** showed up at our door, after about 30 minutes we agreed to an appointment the following day at 11:00am. Sales person was a street over from us. My wife and I waited and waited for over an hour. No one showed up, no call, nothing. We called them and they told us the appointment was canceled because of an existing discount. Very rude and disappointed, no wonder they are not certified.

      I was told by the salesman that my bill would be the solar bill plus the minimum FPL charge nothing was said about being higher in the summer I have received bills from *** the last 3 months for *****, ***** and ***** who knows what it will be in Sept. Momentum said that is the way the system is designed but I wasn't told this by their salesman he said my total bill would be around ****** per month. In Aug my total bill was 236 00 that is a long way from ****** 00

      Like many others here i have been scammed by this company. Aside from NO SAVINGS ON MY BILL IM STUCK WITH ANOTHER ON TOP OF MY HIGH LIGHT BILL. AND I HAVE DONE NUMEROUS RESEARCH AND HAVE A WHOLE ROOF FULL OF PANELS NO SAVINGS. GETS BETTER. MY ROOM AFTER TWO YEARS STILL HAVING ISSUES WITH LEAKS. DISTROYED MY CEILING IN MY ROOM WON'T RESPOND TO CALLS IM GOING ON MONTHS. HAD TO REMOVE MY INSULATION BECAUSE IT STUNK ATLEAST WHAT WAS LEFT FROM WHEN THE KID FEEL THROUGH. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS BEFORE THEY SCAM MORE PEOPLE
