I got moment solar by ************* was put on by the end of ************* has not work for 3 months & try to talk to them & keep on saying to we will call you back & no one call back & no one come to fix the easy & now stuck paying the regular *********** at the same ********* been horrible a night ******** wish I had never done this is horrible ----- I HOPE NO ONE USE THEM ---- horribleMomentum Solar

Incredible, they installed panels, ignoring fact that my roof couldnt handle the weight. Eventually they removed the panels. In the process did damages when removing the stakes and much of the granules from my roof ended up in the gutters, this was from the workers boots. Roof has buckling in area of removal. Been attempting to resolve with there legal department. Getting the run around! Amazing. I will be in process of major lawsuit! Ive done my due diligence, called other solar firms( after momentum removed). The engineers sent back a report they couldnt install , because roof couldnt handle the weight. This is an amateur firm!!!Momentum Solar

A *** came to my mom which is a senior and sold solar panels to her for her house. The panel he gave her is not producing enough energy so basically, she is paying ConEd for all the energy. i called Momentum and ***orted the problem and was told that my mom has to purchase more panels, and her bill will be increasing. This was supposed to be the Rep *** to know what number of panels is needed to produce the right amount of enough. This is a shame on Momentum for taking advantage of a senior citizen.Momentum Solar

Ive been a customer for almost 8 years. I was told by the original salesman that I would eventually no longer see a bill from ******* would only be paying the service fee. However, that is not the case. My electric bills are still astronomical. I called to ask about adding on panels to help increase production, but was nastily told I would need to have another *** come out and start a whole new 25 year contract. I think its ridiculous that they cant add on more panels to the existing contract.Momentum Solar

***********!!! Multiple calls a day late at night and on weekends. I blocked 4 or 5 #s and they still call. I was told I have to formally request in writing that I don't want to be called anymoreMomentum Solar

The sales *** showed up at 8 00 AM instead of noon, and casually asked for me to sign something - when I prompted him what it was, he informed me it was to put a deposit down for a contract, even though we discussed nothing of the sort. This felt very predatory and I will never do business with a company like thisMomentum Solar

Momentum Solar has the worst customer service. I wish I had never done business with them. I have contacted Customer Service several times and have never been contacted back. My roof was damaged in a storm, it took three (3) weeks for them to respond to my request for information concerning removing my solar panels to repair my roof. I then had to pay then $3560.00 before they would schedule an appointment. Then to appointment wasn't for another month. They showed up four (4) days before the scheduled appointment without contacting me. When my roof was replaced I had to pay them $3560.00 before they would schedule an appointment to re-install my solar panels. An appointment was scheduled and they never showed up. Momentum Solar has made it clear that customers are NOT IMPORTANT !!!!! Customer Service is non-existent..... Do not do business with Momentum Solar.Momentum Solar

I think zero star's is more appropriate. This is the worst company ever. They put solar on my roof and now My roof leeks. Our sales guy lied about what the cost was monthly. This company never completed work. for over 2 1/2 years. There is still a temp pool in my yard. The install crew cut our camera lines and it could not have been on accident because this line was not where they were working so this was intentional. And when they did finish install I was still getting a $500-600 Dollar bill from A.C Electric. the office said its because we use so much power. I kept telling them something was not working when a service guy did come on to find they never put the switches on the back section therefore only part of solar was active. now that it is all on I am not getting bills thank God. They made promises to compensate us for the almost 2 years of solar being up and not running.we were also promised to be able to monitor our own system but never did come out to show us how.They are now trying to make me sign a contract that we will not take legal action against them or there company and when I sign it they will fix my roof. What kind of joke is that.I will be giving them one more chance to fix this roof, or I will be taking them to court. I should not have to sign any agreement of any such form. they did damage they should fix it.*****************Momentum Solar

I initially contacted our builder on Jan 2024, but upon their inspection, they informed me that the leak originated from the solar panels. Consequently, I submitted a report to the solar panel company. Since then, I have been diligently following up with them on a monthly basis to inquire about the timeline for the repair. First and foremost, the roofing company they hired to inspect the roof arrived at our residence on a Saturday without prior notice or appointment and since we dont have any idea that they will come, no one was at home. I called them and let them know that someone has to notify us and that was in March. On June 12th, I received a message informing me that someone would be coming to inspect and remove the panels. I had assumed that they would also be fixing the issue, but the engineers who removed the panels stated that the roofing company would contact me within a week. Unfortunately, despite my repeated attempts to follow up, I have yet to hear from them. This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially considering that our house is a new build and the warranty was voided due to the panel issue. The sales representative had assured us that the company would take care of any roofing problems once the panels were installed, but they have failed miserably in addressing this matter. If they are unable to obtain an update from the roofing company, I don't understand why they cannot simply hire a new roofing company to handle the issue. I am now concerned that the leak, which they have yet to fix, could lead to further problems in my home. I recently had my AC duct checked and was informed that mold is starting to build up and had no choice to pay extra to get the ** light and have it sanitized, I am concerned that this may be a result of the unresolved leak. It appears that this issue requires immediate attention. I am growing increasingly frustrated by the lack of progress in resolving this matter.Momentum Solar

**** is a superb sales representative. He is factual without pressuring you to make a decision. If he doesnt know the answer to question, he asks someone who does. I was very pleased with installation and all phases of the process of starting my solar experience.Momentum Solar
