      If it were possible to rate them a negative 5 stars, I would! They were scheduled to deliver my sofa from ******* between 2:45 pm and 6:45 pm on Saturday. They didn't show up. It's now Tuesday, and I still can't get them to communicate with me! No word on what happened. No word on when they might deliver. Nothing! Phone calls go to **. They say that they can only communicate with the Burlington, VT ******* via email. I spoke to a supervisor that identified himself as "*******". He was extremely rude and condescending! ******* needs to stop using them! What is my recourse? Now that I've reached out to them I fear that my order will never be delivered!

      I really wish there was a no star option because this company doesn't deserve ANY stars. We ordered a washer and dryer from Lowes and Spirit is their delivery company. When they arrived, I went outside to meet them. We live in a condo building and there is a pergola off the front of the building. We have a loading dock for big deliveries. They were parked just a little ahead of the loading dock. They refused to deliver our washer and dryer because they said there truck was too big to go under the pergola. I explained that they just need to back the truck into the loading dock. not the pergola. The driver said you have to speak to my boss. I explained to her that their truck would easily fit in the loading dock area. One of the delivery guys got out of the truck and was taking pictures of the front of our building. I then explained to him that they would not have to take the truck up to the main entrance but back it into the loading dock where I was standing. He gave me a look of death and got back into the truck. They just left. Then their boss refused to speak with me. We ordered all new kitchen appliances from Best Buy and they actually had to park on the street and unload the truck and then come through the loading dock with no problem at all. These people are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!

      As a former contractor for Spirit Logistics Network ***** I can confidently say that my experience with them was extremely negative. The company consistently engaged in faulty hours practices, failed to adhere to agreed contract terms, and charged extra fees without any valid justification. Furthermore, the payment process was unorganized and delayed, causing significant financial strain for contractors. The delivery counts were always inaccurate, resulting in significant discrepancies and losses for the contractors. The high turnover rate and lack of transparency in workload allocation made it nearly impossible to work efficiently and effectively. Additionally, being sent to work in multiple cities and counties without prior notice or consent was highly unprofessional and disruptive. Overall, Spirit Logistics Network **** is a horrible company to do business with, and I would strongly advise against entering into any agreements or partnerships with them. Their unethical and dishonest practices create an unsustainable and harmful work environment for all parties involved.

      They were scheduled Tuesday 2/13 between 12 & 4pm, they never called to say they were early or that they are at my home @ *****am according to my Ring. They took a picture and said they could not deliver because the ****************** were not shoveled. Of they would have showed up at time they were supposed to it would have been. I never got a call either saying it was not delivered I waited all day. This has to be the worst delivery *** around. I even called GE and complained.

      I have made several attempts to contact this business due to the damage their delivery drivers caused while delivering a refrigerator from BrandsMart. They have refused to pay for the damages eventhough the driver added notes and pictures into the BrandsMart system showing the damages they left behind. I am not sure why any business would contract with such an unprofessional company.

      Spirit has the worst customer service first they gave us the run around about the driver after they had us wait all day for our refrigerator to be delivered. Then they would no longer answer our calls at the Que. employee ***************** up on me. Not a good experience! Never go through this third party!

      Spirit Delivered a Refrigerator from Lowes on October 24, 2023. After the delivery and setup they were leaving and hit my Fence/gate and tore the gate off. I immediately called Lowes and they filed a claim the the Third party delivery that Lowes uses. Spirit demanded that i get two estimates for the damage which was very difficult with a lot of fence company's i called would not do repairs. I felt Spirit should get this and due the repairs since the damaged the fence. This should not be put back on the customer. anyway i did get two estimates for them. They denied my claim accusing me of fraudulent estimates and state I copied and pasted the estimates, which is very untrue. They could call the company's that gave me the estimate, but instead they accused me of fraud. It is now December 19, 2023 and the fence/gate has not been repaired. I have been in touch with Lowes as well and they say I have to filed claim with the Company they leased to deliver. I have contacted ***** customer service several times about this company and just keep getting a response that they have issued and new claim number.. Lowes has not been much help with this **************** Lowes should not even consider using Spirit any more.Spirit is in no way customer oriented. I have requested their pokies on damage claims and as of December 19, 203 no response. I have all emails, texts, estimates and pictures to back up this complaint. This company is very rude

      No call no show for a GE Appliance Delivery. The phone number provided for Spirit routes you to the branch in MA. I had to call to determine when, if ever, the delivery would be rescheduled. The woman there was very nice but was unable to control the Burlington branch and admitted that they get many complaints about them. Cannot get a call back from the Burlington team to determine a plan. Concurrent issues with a Wayfair delivery. They are truly incompetent and unprofessional. I have lodged complaints with both ******* and GE along with providing them with the links to the Yelp Reviews and this page, encouraging them to sever their partnership and find an organization that actually provides a service to their customers.

      The fact that a Fortune 500 company would allow this inept company to fasten its business model to its brand is bewildering. The driver and his crew delivered a refrigerator to my home and removed the plastic protective covering. The refrigerator was dragged across my hardwood stairs and floors and scratched by the door k*** and locks. I contacted the company from which I made my purchase and requested a new refrigerator to replace the damaged one. I was instructed that the old would would need to be picked up and returned for the processing of the refund. Its been 7 days leading into the holiday and there has been 3 attempts to pick it up. The 1st attempt wasnt an attempt at all. The driver came to tell me he couldnt pick it up because his truck was full. The second attempt was 2 days later and the driver refused to disconnect the water line because it was copper despite hooking it up to copper. The 3rd attempt was just a blatant lie. I was told they would come between 4-8, but no one showed. I call and customer service said the notes reflect no one was home. Its been 7 days and I still have the damaged product. I will never deal with ***** again.

      Ordered appliances through GE and these guys were the delivery company. The first delivery date was a no call no show. The next day we found out they couldnt find it even though we provided generous directions, how to find on ****** maps and Apple Maps and phone numbers. Second delivery date, same thing. No call, no show. Finally the following Monday after talking to their headquarters and GE multiple times we had another delivery window. Luckily they showed up this time. The gentleman were very nice and helped troubleshoot getting the fridge inside but dealing with this was ridiculous. Luckily I stay home with the kids but if I worked this would have been a huge problem taking days off for appliances that are never going to show up! They need serious help.
