1 starDO NOT RECOMMEND. This was the ONLY pharmacy available to get our dogs compounded medication. I've tried ordering twice now. **************** is an absolute ZERO. They never answer phones and the 'party line' they give every single time no matter what day or time of day is - "Due to higher than normal volume, responses may be longer than normal" They call back anywhere from 30+minutes later. Their chat appears to be useless as they give the same response and I currently have been sitting on chat for over 30 minutes with no response. My order was confirmed and payment received on 1/24 and there has been no movement since. Their website is absolutely not user friendly. If I could get the medication elsewhere I would in a heartbeat. I'm just praying that eventually our dog comes to a point where he no longer needs this medication and we will no longer have to deal with this horrible service.Review fromSheryl P

Very unreliable company.Due to an unexplained delay in processing medication, I did not receive it in time to treat my pet, who subsequently experience life threatening seizures.Prior to this, I was advised last minute that they were not able to process mediation for my pet due to contamination with the applicator it was provided in,Wedgewood Pharmacy

It is dangerous and unprofessional that Wedgewood now does not answer the phone, nor call back. I have been trying to talk to someone there for a week. They should be shut down. No medical organization should behave in such a way. It is DANGEROUS TO PHYSICAL HEALTH.Wedgewood Pharmacy

Our apologies for failing to answer your call or complete a call back to you as promised. We investigated what went wrong. We did experience high call volumes when you called and did make only 1 attempt to call you back on 1/20/24 at 11:54am. We did reach your voicemail on 1/20/24 but your mailbox was full so we could not leave a message. This was not the experience you deserved as we should have made numerous attempts to contact you after you requested a Call Back. I did see that you did connect with our automated phone system and did place an order on 1/26/24. We appreciate your feedback and promise to do better. Do not order from this business. I've had nothing but issues since my dog was diagnosed with his auto immune disorder. It's been a little under a year of him being diagnosed with this and me having to order from Wedgewood. Every single time I've ordered from wedgewood, without fail, my dogs prescriptions get delayed. Their communication is poor, their work ethic is even worse. I've tried numerous times to reach out to wedgewood and they give me the same generic response. If you're vet reccomends this place, tell them you'd rather get it some where else. Do not entertain this business if your animals life is on the line.Wedgewood Pharmacy

I've been on hold to speak with someone for over an hour. My order was placed online and confirmed on 1/8/24. Now, it won't ship until after the 16th. So, my dog is in excruciating pain and I have to find another option ASAP. They should not be overseeing medication if they think this is acceptable.Wedgewood Pharmacy

What is going on with this pharmacy? I have used them for my dogs cancer meds for about 3 months without a problem. All of a sudden it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. I have sat on the phone for over an hour at least 3 times waiting for them to answer and they never do. I then left my info as they say they will get back to you and NEVER do. The vet finally had to contact them and "push" my order through and still it will take 3 weeks before the can even ship. I would say with 100 plus pharmacists (as they claim) they should be able to do better than that! My dogs pills were supposed to be on autoship. NOT!!! These people must have let their entire staff off at Christmas. WHY oh WHY does NO one answer the phone???? They deserve and F+ rating at this point. AMEN.Wedgewood Pharmacy

Wedgewood pharmacy is horrible. Their website is horrible. Their chat box communication is horrible. They do not answer their phones. They might call you back in a day or so. It's nearly impossible to get an actual pharmacist on the phone. They are full of excuses for why things are not completed correctly. They blame the Veterinarian for the problems, but do not handle these issues with the Veterinarian. They expect you to do it. They do not send the prescriptions on time. They take days to fill a prescription from the time that they receive them. Their prescriptions have really short period expiration dates, so that you have to purchase prescriptions more often, even when your prescriptions do not have to used regularly. Thus, they are all about the money. Moving forward, because of all of these issues, I simply cannot trust them to even safely fill my cat's prescriptions properly. Thus, I am moving on to Chewy's Pet Pharmacy. Hopefully they will do a better job, because Wedgewood is pathetic.Wedgewood Pharmacy

We have used this company for years for in house dispensing and for owner direct prescriptions. I was sent meds that were short dated and called to get a credit and was told I should have called to get the expiration date before I placed an order. They said all of their meds are short dated right now and I shouldn't be ordering a large amount of medication if I'm worried that it will expire. Exact expiration dates are not listed on their website so I feel they should call customers to get approval if they are sending out short dated products. This would be a great feature for us to provide to our veterinary practices so you can make a determination of much to order of a medication. They cut my order for Fluoxetine from 35 ml to 15 and charged MORE! I was initially paying $48 for 35ml and they charged me $50 for 15ml. This place is a scam. Tell your vet to not recommend this place for your loved one's prescriptions. The last order's formula had changed from all of the previous ones, before it was very viscous and now it's runny.Wedgewood Pharmacy

I apologize we were no longer able to fulfill your pets prescription order for 35mls. The new USP (United States Pharmacopoeia) standards have led to reduced Beyond Use Dates for many compounded medications, necessitating changes in packaging sizes and quantities to ensure compliance and safety. We aim to provide quantities that customers can use entirely within the medication's usable period. Despite the smaller quantity, the cost to produce medications remains similar due to the labor involved and the cost of the active ingredients. 5 calls in 7 days- first they wanted to change my Rx to half the amount but still charge me the same amount of $$ for it, then I tried tracking it and it never showed as sent, I called and was told they were out of the flavor requested but they would send a different one- not a great solution as my cat doesnt like the flavor they offered but I had no choice by now tried tracking again and still not sent- 3rd call- oh they would send it one day delivery ( my cat needed it by Monday)Checked my bank statement- charged twice so had to call about that. 5th call- medication still hadnt arrived in time promised only to be told they were out of it for the next 2 weeks.not even the flavor they had promised.They never once contacted me about their issues of not having what was ordered- if I hadnt been tracking shipment I would never have heard. This is medication for a reason- its not a vitamin or treat that could be suspended. It is beyond frustrating that this is how they care for my/your animal. BewareWedgewood Pharmacy
