      Purchased items online to pick up in store. It was ready Monday I started driving down while the wife called in and we were told they will not release to one person and I would have to come when somebody is able to help me load (which I was give 3 days in a small time period) I work those days and time. Why not put this on the site before purchasing, why waste someone’s time. Still no items

      I had a damaged crib delivered in January. I have been waiting for the replacement that they say shipped on 3/6/24. I have made several request for a phone call but only receive emails that do not resolve my situation. My recommendation is go direct to the manufacturer of the baby furniture. DO NOT USE BUY BUY BABY!This site made me select 1 star. I would have given it a -1.

      I used to shop here all the time for the kids but did not realize that my gift cards were completely invalid after they went out of business. Historically, you could use them at Bed, Bath and Beyond, etc. as well. I tried to use my gift card and they refuse to honor it. This is horrible business practice. How can you just choose to invalidate a gift card with no expiration? I lost nearly $100. I will never shop at Buy Buy Baby again if they dont honor their existing gift cards and merchandise credits. This is theft.

      I have a $50 gift card they are not honoring due to bankruptcy and "new ownership." I am out $50 and unsure how this isn't theft. I an alerting **************** not to shop with company ever again!

      Warning, this is not the same company since the returned after bankruptcy. The new website appears to be a sort of middle man without any idea of what their actual inventory is. I order a nursery set and it took 10 days for them to figure out they didn't have it.Customer support does not seem like real people or they are in another country. Expect responses like "Please be rest assure I will treat your request on priority and will resolve this at the earliest". There is no option to call them.Based on my experience with the order and customer support, I would be skeptical of the products they do actually ship. Beware.

      They charged my card twice for an item that was listed as in stock. I got an email saying money was refunded but it's not, and cannot get in touch with the company to get anything answered or fixed.

      Scam site. They list popular dolls, that are sometimes collected by adult fashion doll collectors,for cheaper than the typical price.I thought the price was fishy, so I went and checked it out. Im glad I did. Its horrifying that some people were given gifts for their babies, especially with how expensive things are these days and they ended up getting nothing out of it. Stay away from this website. Im leaving a review, in hopes that other people realize what a scam this is. Remember fellow doll collectors who may see this, if his price seems fishy look up the BBB reviews.

      I received a gift card from my baby shower and everytime I went to use it, things were out of stock. Then they went bankrupt and I was unable to use the gift card. Come to find out they reopened.. went to buy something and still cant use the gift card. What a complete SCAM.

      Just use Amazon. Its crazy that you cant use gift cards that you received for your baby. I dont care who owns it now, the name BuyBuy Baby stole money from people.

      I bought a stroller & was given a tracking number from *****! They keep saying my order was delivered to me, well, it wasn't! I thought the price was too good to be true, but figured maybe b/c the company was in bankruptcy, they were unloading a lot of stock. I paid with a credit card, for protection, but I'm trying to get my order before reporting this as a scam... ??
