      I finally got a hold of a representative . I recently placed an order online but the package never arrived. On the website, it stated that the package was delivered to the front door. ***** shows delivered ************* told she would process a refund. 6 days later no refund, so I called back. I now am being told that I need an incident report from police **************** say they dont do incident reports due to they dont have proof it was delivered/stolen I just want whats right, a refund. Thank you!

      After ordering a carseat and waiting 7 weeks for it and countless phone calls with customer service throughout that time my order was canceled today! They said they had canceled my order September 1st when I have an email from Sunday the 3rd saying my order would be shipping soon. Now every color of the carseat is sold out and they said there is nothing they can do but I can re-order it when it comes back in stock if Id like to. Uhm NO?? It was supposed to be delivered August 1st and I ordered it in July! This was no cheap order and as a customer Im extremely disappointed and angry with how this has panned out. I would seriously consider ordering from elsewhere!!!

      Im due in October. Purchased entire baby bed set and spent almost ******* only to have them send me a damaged crib. Now my EXPECTED delivery date for the crib is almost a year from now. **************** took almost two weeks to get back to me about the replacement even though i reported it on the same day i it was delivered. This should be unacceptable.

      If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered SIX pieces of furniture for my first baby's nursery, and I regret every bit of it. They have yet to deliver the crib, and half of the people say it was delivered (I work from home, I can assure you it was not delivered), the other part of the team says they have no idea where it is, and then the others say they cant help me but going to leave a message for another department that never calls you. Literally the worst customer service in the entire world. You cannot understand a word from them, and they just run around in circles. You get literally no where with them. As a first time mom to be, very pregnant I should not be fighting with a man on the phone whether or not a huge crib was delivered or not. Everyone tells you they will call you back, and you never get a call back. Never get an email back. Waste of time, and waste of money. Absolutely disgusting what they do to these families that are just trying to make it work with the new baby on the way. If you are able to use someone else, please do.

      As someone who is pregnant with her first child, the thought of having to interact with this company more for children's items frightening. Their online system to order items is a complete joke and needs a whole new overhaul. I ordered a breast pump on July 8th with same day shipping. I got an email later that day saying my item had been cancelled and a refund would be processed. So I proceeded to reorder the item and selected standard shipping. They ended up changing my shipping option to same day (a few days later) and I received the item. A couple days later I received the exact same item (so now I have two breast pumps). I called their customer service and they emailed me a return label for one of the items. Mind you both items are showing up on their website as cancelled but I still have two charges on my credit card. Ive returned the item over 3 weeks ago and still have yet to receive my refund. Their customer service is a joke and have been so unhelpful! Currently on hold with them again, in silence might I add because they have no hold music. Hoping I dont get hung up on again. At this point Im ready to flag the charge as fraud or for services not rendered.

      It has been 2 months and I still have not received my refund of over $700. They sold me a used stroller with a missing wheel. I can't get anywhere with them. They received the stroller over 2 months ago and they still won't refund me. DO NOT BUY from them. They have the WORST customer service.

      I am writing this review because I am very disappointed about how buybuybaby handles shipping/communication. I ordered a crib mattress and waited over 10 days for it to process before finally 'stopping request ' on my order. I received emails every 2-3 days saying there were internal delays, but no other information as to how much longer I would have to wait, a week, a month? To me, two things: 1) people buy from a store such as this for gifts or for things they probably really need/time sensitive, meaning that delivery/processing time should be of the highest priority. 2) Don't list a product as being in stock if you can't promise processing within a few days. I've worked retail for a poor company who would constantly charge people and just send emails out that things were delayed but in reality, never had it in stock. I called the company of the mattress I was looking to buy, they said the issue was not on their end and have had this issue with buybuybaby in the past. They told me to literally order from anyone else but buybuybaby and I would have no issue. 2 stars because I did order another little item that came in time, and it was easy enough to get someone to talk to on the phone. If you need something that is time sensitive, I would strongly suggest not ordering from this company.
