      0 stars! They file for bankruptcy, close their stores, tell customers who have gift cards their gift cards are null and void since they filled bankruptcy. They then re-open for online sales and refuse to take gift cards!

      Thank God for reviews. Getting ready to order, then something didnt seem quite right. Items seems to measure a lot smaller than you would expect. Thank to all honest reviewers.

      0 stars - horrible and (in my opinion) criminal company.Look at what they did to people with gift card balances. Unreasonable notice that they would stop accepting gift cards and why stop accepting them when DOORS ARE STILL OPEN!?

      On Dec 11,2022 I purchased a $100 gift card for my granddaughter in *****. My son went to purchase some items on Friday May 19, 2023 using the $100 gift card only to find out that they were not accepting THEIR OWN GIFTS CARDS while they still had items to be purchased in the store. My son only found out about this when he got to the register. THIS IS STEALING IN EVERY WAY. I still have copies of the receipt along with the gift card. I am so disgusted with them, that even if they reorganize their company and at at some later date reopen, will no longer buy anything from them or BED BATH AND BEYOND. I also, spent over $2000 last year in their store purchasing baby bedroom furniture. I am retired and worked very hard to earn every dollar I have ever made. I HOPE THAT THEY BURN IN H*** FOR STEALING MY HARD EARNED AND EVERYONE ELSEs MONEY THAT THEY HAVE STOLEN. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK JUNE C

      I never ever leave any review for anything by boy this place is a disaster. I started workin here about 4 months ago. It was fine at first then then the managers start do he rude and mean for no reason. Anything I did was not old enough for them an instead of teaching me they just gave me big lectures. One of the managers kept on insulting me in-front of the customers. Like they have no stuff and on top of that they behave like we have no feelings. Im starting to believe that the stuff leaves because of them. And I will be leaving as well. They are mean to the customers as well. If they keep on going like this, they are gonna have to shu down this store as well.

      I honestly think the Buy Buy Baby website is a scam site. I think maybe it used to be a real company, or was trying to be real but ended up being a scam because the owners maybe dont know how to do bookkeeping. My daughter started a baby registry on Buy Buy Baby and I put $250 toward an item she wanted.. the money didnt show up where it was supposed to.. so I didnt add any more money to anything and I waited for it to be corrected. It was never corrected so I requested a refund and told my daughter to do a registry on a different site. **************** told me I would get a refund in **** days.. thats fine. But it never happened, I could see the money I had sent was being moved to credit her account, then to this item on the registry and that item, and then back into her bonus earnings or whatever. I called again after 3 weeks because I still didnt get an email or any communication about my refund, and I asked again for a refund. They said they had no previous contact with me on file, (ya right), but that they were for sure going to send a refund now. No email,.., nothing came, no communication again waited another 3 weeks.. nothing. I finally filed a claim with my bank, and after 3 full months I finally got a refund. No normal, legit company takes that long to deal with a bank claim. I literally think its just a scam site now. The owners dont know how to keep up or run it, so they just collect money and use it to keep the company going or something. From what Ive experienced and read this company is not run by anyone.. I think its nearly abandoned, or run by a few people who have no business running it. Dont give them your money, dont buy anything from their site, and dont set up a baby registry.. something will go wrong and you will be out a lot of money.

      Buy Buy Baby has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. We ordered a rocker for our nursery and it came broken. Trying to return or get a replacement has been a headache. Not one person has been helpful. I have had to call customer care 5 times to schedule a pickup. Each time they say to me someone with reach out in 24 to 48 hours to a schedule and guess what. Nobody calls. Shocker! They do not allow you to return in store but you cannot get anyone to return from online. We spent $600.00 for a broken chair and the fact that this store wont return this is beyond absurd. I will never purchase anything from this store again and I will be sure and warn all of my friends and family not to shop there either.

      2 hour drive there- 2 hours at store- 2 hour drive home. Registry wont work! Been trying 2 weeks with customer service to resolve issue- still nothing.5 persons on phone -1 in store- complete run around. Absolutely horrible customer service and help. They gave us a $10 coupon for the inconvenience. Doesnt do any good when you cant find registry! Many hours on phone trying to figure this out. Dont waste your time here.

      I placed an order on 4/17/21 for a bedroom set. The crib and dresser were 3 months late arriving just before my baby was due. Upon pickup, the bed rails I had ordered along with the set had not been delivered and was told they would arrive 12/21. I have had multiple calls, emails, and complaints with the store and manager with no resolution. On my most recent call, I was told Im tired of saying this. We dont know when it will be in. Get a universal set and s**** it into the headboard and hung up on. This was the manager, ****. I ordered an $1800 set that my son could use for years to come, not to s**** a universal metal frame to. When asked for a refund previously I was laughed at by said manager, ****. I will never order from this company again. The customer service is terrible!

      I purchased a glider/swivel/recliner chair that was recommended to me by the worker at buybuy baby on 1/5/2023. The original email from buybuy baby showed the chair would be delivered in mid-February. The date came and went with no further update from Buybuy baby. I reached out to buybuy baby on 2/17/23 to request an update on the order. I was told to Hang tight! Your order is processing. I was told they would contact the vendor for an update and get back to me . I reached out again on 2/22/23 having still not received an update. Again I was told that they have reached out to the vendor and would update me with the shipping status. They also offered to cancel my order for me and assist me finding a different chair. On 3/8/23 I reached out again. For the third time I was told they would contact the manufacturer for an update and get a response to me in ***** hours. On 3/8/2023 I also reached out directly to the chair manufacturer (Best Chairs) myself about the status of my order. I was told that there were no manufacturing delays or shipping issues on their end that it was an issue with buybuy baby. I called buy buy baby on 3/9/23 with the update from the manufacturer. They again told me that they were waiting to hear from them. I asked how it was possible that I was able to contact the manufacturer and get a response but that buybuy Baby was unable to get any information regarding the status of my chair. I was told theyd send a message to the back office for an update. They also offered to cancel my order. On 3/10/23 I canceled my order. The charge for the chair is still pending on my credit card. On 3/11/23 I purchased the same chair from a local furniture store and was able to bring it home the same day. I am so disappointed in buy buy baby and their terrible customer service. Do not purchase online or in store as they are extremely unreliable. The corporate customer service representatives need to be trained on how to resolve issues regarding order status.
