      They are the WORST customer service. They market getting a $50.00 gift card for spending $200.00. I spent $213 and never got a gift card. When I asked they told me I spent only ****** and I showed them my order and credit card stating differently and they took forever to get back to me and then stated we sell marketplace items on our website that we dont honor as part of the store even though they sell it like all their other items. Ridiculous.

      Absolute c*** customer service. Tried to return two items from my registry and they sent the refund to the wrong email. Have been in contact with them 3 times about the same issue and zero resolution. Still dont have the money from family who paid for gifts and cant use it on my registry until its on the right account. Ive never been so frustrated with a company. Save yourself the headache and use Amazon or Target.

      I purchased an online order for a crib and mattress for my daughter for my new granddaughter two days later the online order said it was on its way and then it was canceled so how can it be delivered and canceled so I called ************** as well as chatted with Buy Buy Baby to get this rectified ************* said it was charged there is nothing showing it was canceled bye-bye baby said that's because it is on hold it'll hold my account for 7 days I said my daughter needs this dresser no one is telling me why it was canceled so I'd like to know why it was canceled when the funds are there why was my order canceled it's in stock they said I could reorder it if I wanted to what is going on with Buy Buy Baby I get there being sold out they are being removed from ****** ******* we have to now go to ******** which I will not do I will make sure to tell everyone not to get a credit card through Buy Buy Baby it has been a nightmare a nightmare so I get what everyone is saying when they deliver don't let them deliver just pick it up yourself which that's what I was going to go do I finally got a confirmation number or a reference number stating the hold will be released within 24 to 48 hours so that would be today I'm hoping the funds are back on that credit card before I go purchase the same set for my daughter with my account instead of with the credit card because I'm going to close this credit card no one should have to put up with that and these times right now where money is so tight this is horrible customer service and I am a district manager for a major company and I would never expect that type of customer service from anyone

      This is crazy. Im so upset this is my 5th time reaching out to buybuyBaby about there baby registry promotion and no one seems to know anything about it and the people who do dive me different information about it. I was first told that the person who purchased from my registry gets the reward credit. Then I was told by another rep that what the previous rep said was a mistake because I had pointed out on the terms that it said Only purchases made from an active buybuy BABY registry are eligible to receive rewards. A registrant can earn up to $300 in Rewards.I was told I would be receiving the *** $300 in rewards on 10/26. 10/26 comes around no rewards were posted to my account. Then I was told it would be the end of the day on 10/26. The 27th comes along still no rewards. I spoke with another rep and they were rude tried telling me again it doesnt go to the registrant it goes to the purchaser. I let them know that was wrong and this whole promotion seems like a scam. Then they said I was correct it does go to the registant after I sent her a screenshot of the promo from the site. Then she tried telling me that my rewards probably went to someone elses account and then tried saying I dont get any rewards. Im so upset with buybuyBabys customer service. Im already starting to build another registry on Babylist/Amazon/target etc. I hope the company documents and records each call and text with customer service. This has been the worst service Ive ever had

      BuyBuy Baby is a NIGHTMARE!!We purchased a complete baby nursery set on January 8th, 2022 for Our ***************in-Law. Baby was due at that time May 19th, 2022. Our price for the set $3,383.00 dollars PAID IN FULL. It was the *********/Westwood Brush White set. They get the crib & double dresser & changing topper. Now not receiving the Hutch, 5 drawer chest,Toddler bed rails, we kept contacting the F**kin store Garden City. When will other pieces arrive 3 weeks, went on for months, 3weeks etc. asked are you sure yes, we received a Email from the company BuyBuy Baby got from Westwood it is on my computer screen. The double dresser under first drawer SHATTERED, cant be fixed..All along I asked about LOT ****************** will be different. They replace the double dresser HERE WE GO. It had a BROWN TINT TO IT, did not match at all. Now the one drawer is slanted on an angle & scratched. THERE DELIVERY COMPANY WORKS OUT OF A DODGE RAM PICKUP. I as a Mom/Grandma to my Daughter is losing MY SH*T, I did one thing better than them. I called Westwood In UTAH, explained my situation. HERE IT IS OTHER PIECES will NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL February 2023. I call BuyBuy Baby Again with MY AMMUNITION, I am checking on the NURSERY SET that pieces that have not arrived. I have A EMAIL that it will be here in 3 weeks..I said you CAN STOP RIGHT THERE, I PERSONALLY CALLED OUT TO UTAH. DO YOU WANT to clarify your information again. YES we did sent them a email, waiting for response. I BLASTED THE SH*T OUT OF THEM with my answers. NOW YOU CAN COME AND GET YOUR CRAPPY SET 3pieces only & give me my FULL REFUND. Pickup truck arrives to take it, I GOT ALL MY MONEY BACK. My Grandson never slept in the crib, only was on the changing table. Received my REFUND that DAY!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, Bunch of A holes.THEY went to another reputable BABY STORE ALL PIECES DELIVERED IN A WEEK. If I could RATE THEM CORRECTLY IT WOULD BE A NEGATIVE 100 STARS.This Store *****..DONT BUY FROM THEM

      NIGHTMARE! I placed an order off a registry 9/22. Never received tracking after 15 days and called to cancel as I purchased the same product else where. I was then charge 10/7 and then again 10/14. The customer service ********** you on hold and then come back on to restate the same 3 sentences. I requested a supervisor 4 times before i was transferred to *** who would not provide an employee number or last name. She did not help al all and told me to return it at the store once I receive and I would only be refunded the one charge and that I should call my bank to dispute the other charge. No help! Not an apology or response to the 4 email I sent to customer service. No resolving my issue. I currently bought almost everything for my 10 month old at this store. I will NEVER step foot in another BuyBuy baby.

      I received a beige rocking chair and the box and item are damaged. I was told I needed to file a police report which is just absurd. They then said I could return it yet the box was damaged so I needed to find a container to ship back in. Unfortunately I do not have a container the size of a 100 lb rocking chair laying around my house. They refused to send me a new box. Now Im stuck with a damaged rocker and they refused to resolve the issue. I spent over a hour with customer service and it was hands down the least efficient and frustrating experience. I work in retail and this is the worst company customer service I have ever dealt with. They ultimately are selling damaged goods and stealing money.

      This company is HORRIBLE to get help from. The customer service representatives have no idea what is going on and do not contact the vendor when they say they have. After 3-4 times contacting customer service I finally got the vendor contact information and emailed them. Within *********************************************** that the rocking chair I ordered July and was supposed to ship by 9/6, now 9/19 was delayed due to the fabric being out of stock. I was told by Buy Buy Baby it was a "processing issue" and each representative including by a manager. He said he would get back to me in 24 hours but it took 5 days instead which would have been fine if he hadn't said that. This was for the Bilana rocking chair which we needed before my child was born. My child is now a month old and still are just now figuring things out with the vendor who has been amazing in responding and even sent 5 free swatches to help us pick a new fabric. $763.15 spent and poor customer service. Never use their chat help because they do not have accurate information and have failed to help us every single time!

      STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY! I ordered a crib and dresser from buy buy baby online. I paid $200 for white glove delivery only for a delivery team to show up and tell me they only drop the items inside the doorstep and they do not assemble! That is NOT white glove service!On top of that, one of the sides to my crib was missing. I reported the issue to their customer service (which is only a text chat option) and they stated they could not help me. The issue had to be routed to a delivery department which only assists via email and apparently isnt available on weekends. I reported the issue to the delivery department and sent several photos to show which part I needed. I was told it was ordered and would be shipped to me. After waiting a couple of weeks I received the part only to discover they sent me the wrong part! Again, I sent an email back to their delivery department as they had instructed me to do if there were any issues and I never received a response. I waited a few days and replied again with NO RESPONSE! I attached several photos in my emails and clearly outlined the issue to hopefully just get this issue resolved and NOTHING! Again I had to reach out to their customer service chat option who again was not able to assist me and directed me back to the delivery department. That department would not call me or reach out until I REPLIED TO THEM a 3rd time!! So again I resent ALL of the information and photos as requested. It has been 3 days since this last email and I have had ZERO response!

      This company is a nightmare! I placed an order on 8|16 for a nursery rocker, paid $601.99. Delivery was scheduled to be by 9/7, that date came and went with no communication. Then it was to be 10/5 ship date, that didnt happen either, Then I got an email stating ship date was 11/28!!. Thats 3 1/2 months from order date, and its a nursery chair!!! Baby will arrive before the chair does! I called to cancel, the rep ****** she must request the cancellation from the manufacturer!!! Buy buy baby is a retail store, every item in the store is from a manufacturer!! So everything you return needs manufacturer approval??? This is ridiculous!! A cancellation that is due to a delay caused by the manufacturer should not be the consumers problem!!!!
