      This business refuses to accept an already paid for gift card. They accepted money for it's purchase but now won't honor it.

      Purchased gift cards with Monday and now the company is not honouring the purchased amount, which is 100s of dollars. Ive provided proof of the cards.

      Bed bath and beyond I returned an espresso machine online 8-11-23 which was tracked and accepted by their warehouse. I called 3 times and received 3 assurances with reference numbers my check will soon need be in the mail. The dates and and reference numbers are attached

      Ordered 2 items from bed bath and beyond on July 5th 2023 money's removed on July 6th they kept changing the dates when it would ship when checked on the items delivery date it said page not found when I tried to contact them via phone it kept hanging up I did emails and got told by ship free I had to contact the merchant I have sent 3 emails with no response I would like the items as they are gifts for my sisters any help would be very much appreciated

      Placed an online order 6/30/23. Received a confirmation that it was received they took my money. No further correspondence about delivery date or status of delivery. No valid email to contact anyone.

      I have a gift card from BB and Beyond with 5 other stores listed on it and none of them accept my gift card. I've had this card for a while and just found it and tried to use it and it does not work at any of the stores listed. I would like a refund for the amount on the card. I do not know what is on the card as it was a gift. I'm guessing maybe $25.

      I have been a customer of BED, ***************************** for well over 5 years now, so when my birthday came up, it was easy, I wanted a GIFT CARD for this company. On 02/2023 I received a GIFT CARD for the amount of $150.00 as a birthday present from a relative for the retail store BED, ****************************** This company is NO LONGER allowing gift cards to be USED in their stores, due to the fact that they are CLOSING (which in itself makes absolutely ZERO sense). FOR THIS REASON I want a REFUND for the FULL AMOUNT that is on the gift card WHICH is $150. They have also TERMINATED CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT, so No One can be reached to discuss this ISSUE! And it is only RE-ROUTED to an automated system when calling their CORPORATE NUMBER. This is completely FRAUDULENT! This company has already received MONEY and I received NOTHING. There are 100's of people who are in the same situation as I am... and EVERY single one of us deserves a REFUND!! And an APOLOGY from this COMPANY who has done their customers SO, SOOO WRONGLY!!

      I just found out that Bed, Bath, and Beyond is going out of business. I am sorry to hear it. However, I have a gift card for this store, and they are now saying they are refusing to accept the unused gift card. They have my money, they need to either accept the gift card or refund me. I have no intention of donating my money to the stores.
