On July 1, 2023 I ********************************* ordered a 24 piece bedding set, an Burgandy outdoor folding chair, 2 sheet sets, and a 3pc Red Luggage set which was advertised as 90% off because they are closing. The total came to $41. And some change. I have not recieved my items I purchased with my debit card. Nor have I recieved a refund. I have reached out to them by ********* only recieved one response back stating something about Chapter 11. The date of the transaction was **** 30th,2023.& it was an on-line transaction. I had ordered a HandHeld Vacuum,Cordless Car Vacuum Cleaner,SKU number; USAN1016211,order number ********,& afterwards,I found out the not only had Bed Bath & Beyond liquidated most of/all of their merchandise,but now,third party persons were involved also. As of July 21st,2023,I have not heard anything from Bed Bath & Beyond regarding the transaction,nor have I received the product,however,the amount of $16.36 +**** was taken out of my checking account on July 3.rd of 2023,from asiabilldirect,whom I'm guessing is one of the third party persons involved in the sale of things. I have several gift cards, that have not been used. As of right now we are unable to use them. Website shows the bankruptcy part of bed bath beyond is still pending, usually when its still pending customers still can use the gift cards. Tried several times to go online to purchase items & possibly use gift cards, but site is down.is this a class action suit& are we going to get reimbursed? I made an order July 08 2023 order number ******** supposed to be contacted when my package was sent out. I'm still waiting. There no phone number on the site just an email. I wrote them several times no response. I went back into the site page is down. It's a scam. My purchase amount was $27. 94
