      I have been saving my gift cards to use for a large purchase from your store. Due to the pandemic closures and health issues C19 may cause to my family, I did not visit your stores or use my store credit card (which had reward points) until yesterday, June 5, 2023. The store staff informed me that I could not purchase the car seat I chose for my young child with my $296.50 store gift card because of the pending business restructuring process. They stated no gift cards are accepted after May 8, 2023. Considering the stores still have products on their shelves, including my desired car seat for my child's vehicular travel safety, that gift cards should be honored until all items are liquidated and stores permanently shutter their doors.

      We have multiple gift cards for the buy buy baby/bed bath and beyond company worth over $400 and the company is not accepting the gift certificates even though they are still open (though going out of business). The company stopped accepting them on May 8, 2023, per the employees at the store. There was no email or warning to existing customers that the gift certificates were no longer eligible for use. I would appreciate compensation for the gift certificates friends and family purchased from the company and gifted to **.

      Bed, ***************************** is currently closing their stores because it has declared bankruptcy. Despite the fact there are stores still open and there is merchandise in the stores that is being sold, BB&B has declared gift cards/credits are no longer being accepted. Before the recent announcement about the gift cards, people, like myself, bought gift cards and accepted store credit for returns with the expectation that we would be able to get products for the money we spent. The announcement about the gift cards is recent. BB&B is now saying that despite the fact we gave them our money in good faith, it will keep the money but not let us use it for purchases. This is akin to theft (taking our money and not providing products, services or refunds for money received by BB&B). I am asking BBB to intervene and make sure that I, and other customers who gave money to BB&B in good faith, get our monetary refund. It should be money, not the option for a purchase because some customers may not have access to a store, and/or the available products may be very limited.

      I have a $200 gift card that I received as a gift for Bed bath and beyond. In April I went in store to redeem and was informed that this company is closing stores and that gift cards are no longer being accepted. I was given a head office number to call. When I called I was told that I couldn't use my card in ****** but I could in *** locations. I do not live in *******, but I did not want to lose my $200 so I travelled to *** to a location to redeem in May. When I arrived I was informed that *** locations are closing as well and gift cards are no longer being accepted. Not only was I not proactively informed of this, but when I called head office they adviced me to travel to ******* to redeem without telling me that my card would not be honored there. I am now out $200 and travel expenses. This company has taken my money and have not provided the value promised at time of sale. They are giving me no way to move forward with redeeming my gift card. I would like a full refund since they have my accepted my $200 but have not yet honored the promised value.

      My husband purchased Bed, ***************************** gift cards for my birthday ($150.00) the end of April. A couple weeks later I went into the store to use them and was informed they were no longer good.       Hello, this is all part of order# MPL3983883881.Some of the items are missing and some of the items that I received are wrong. I would like to return or at least receive refund for missing and inaccurate items that I have received.Unfortunately, their website does not have lets chat feature anymore and they are not picking up the phone. I have also emailed them but their standard automated response is please check FAQ on our site. FAQ does not have any help for a situation like mine. I would like a full refund for all the missing and inaccurate items.

      I just learned today that the retIl store bed bath and beyand i had purchased tonns of staff just filed for bankrupcy, and selling out all their stock to close stores, today is May 31, 2023, I learn by trying to purchse a product and wete not able to pay for it with my bed bath and beyand gift card in the ammount of $500!!!!! This is unacceptable, if they are decided to STOP HONORING their Store Gift Cards and Merchindise Cards, we consumers paid for, and they do have merchindise to sell off, I should be able to pay for with the Store card , that was dupposed to never expired, and what now they will keep my $500, because they runn their business into the bankrupcy? I paid my hard working money for this STORE CARD, and as long as they have merchindise for sale in my local store where this Card was issued, I should be able to redeem it for the merchindise i want to purchase.Please assist me in this issue, it $500, not 20....ot 50, it a card we were saving for Holidays Shopping!!! I found out TODAY ABOUT THEY JUST anounced of their selling off and bunkropcy, and didn allow time for ** to use our STORE GIFT CARDS AND MERCHANDISE STORE CARDS.Please Help. I would like some one from Bed Bath and Beyand ***** Store at Dadeland to contact me and allow me to purchase things I need with the Store Card I have. Or refund my money per receipt of the card.

      I have a gift card to the business with money on it, I didnt know the business was closing. I have tried calling the hotline a number of times and there has been no answer, I want to get my money back!
