      I was never notified that gift cards had an end date. I saw on the new that coupons had an end date but gift cards were never mentioned. I go to the store yesterday. 5/20/23, in ***********, ** and when I pulled out my gift card, I was told they are no longer valid. If BB&B had a cut off date, why wasn't customers notified? Posting it on the website is not reaching out to the public especially if they do not frequent the website. I need to know how the judge required you to notify customers.

      I have $160 on a BED BATH & BEYOND gift card. I went to a store on 5/20/2023 to use my gift card because there was a sign that the store was closing. The gift card says, "Never a fee. Never Expires." It also says "Protect this card and treat it as you would cash." The Bed Bath and Beyond Store would not accept their own gift cards as payment. They said they went Bankrupt and would not accept my payment. I want a cash refund for this gift card amount. I have the card number and pin, but Bed Bath and ********************** closed their customer service phone line and also online customer care. There is no way to contact them for this thievery.

      Via a chat session with a BB&B employee, I stated: "Two weeks ago, while on another BBB chat session, I placed an order, using my wife's account (under email ******************** The agent who was helping me promised to apply a credit of $18.04 to our PayPal account, to honor a price match I had found. But, I have never received the credit. The order number was BBB6675052819 "The BB&B agent stated: "I have checked your order and found out $18.04 was refunded on 4/5/23 17:03 EDT. However, Paypal refund takes up to 3 weeks to reflect in your account"However, I have NEVER received the indicated refund to our PayPal account.

      Good morning.My order was never delivered. After speaking to customer service they requested to file a police report for any missing orders. I provided police report and was told refund would be processed in ***** hours. It has been more than 48 hours and refund has not been proceed. My order number is BBB3983121083.

      I initially made a purchase with gift cards on 4/29/23 after learning that the company would be going out of business. The order was cancelled (not by me), and it took almost two weeks to get the funds in my wallet in the online account after multiple conversations with customer service and absurd wait times. I the tried to place an order using the funds in my account wallet, but it appears that it is not being accepted because it is a type of merchandise credit which expired without any warning on 5/9/23. I tried to contact customer support and learned that they are no longer in operation as of 5/12/23, again without any warning. This is completely unacceptable, even for a company that is clearly mismanaged and going out of business. I tried to make a purchase well before the gift cards and merchandise credit expired, and this was canceled without my permission. I am simply trying to make a purchase with those same funds now, and the Ch. 11 bankruptcy should not impact my ability to do so.

      The business is closing . Had 2 days to use my gift card . Purchased two of the same item online to use up my gift card . One of the items came broken, the other never came. **** bath has no customer service representative to contact . It is a $30 gift card .

      Order BBB3982148743 Hello, The Simply Essential Neverrust Outdoor Sling Bar Stool has been returned.We received it damaged and there are signs of rust already and the chair is literally called "NeverRust". Please refund this order of $250 as well as the $20 extra parcel charge and associated taxes I was charged for it. It was returned via ***** **** **** **** and delivered back to you. Since your store is closing and you are apparently no longer providing customer service, I request that this be processed immediately. I will be forced to open a claim with paypal/amex if I do not hear back. ****** requested that I contact you first.

      Bed, Bath and Beyond store in ***********, ** is not closed until May 24, 2023. However, they did not accept Bed, Bath and Beyond gift cards for in store purchases or online.It is not fair to consumers that are not able to use their gift cards.

      I have (3) $50 Bed Bath & Beyond gift cards that they say are now not accepted. The cards were purchased /paid for so this is theft.I did not hear of the last date to use the cards until last week, and work hours prohibited getting to the store.I request to be allowed to purchase with the cards, or to receive a $150 refund. I have seen too often recently, businesses being allowed to claim a bankruptcy, walk away from debt, then reopen, under another name. We need to start holding these companies accountable!Thank you for your services. I can provide the gift card info, but thought it unwise to list that or attach a document of the info., due to internet theft.
