      Bed Bath and Beyond charged me for an order I did not make to them, the charge was for Buy Buy Baby for 1 order, no order was placed with Bed Bath and Beyond. You call and they say you have to wait over an hour, and no one calls you back.

      I placed an order with Bed Bath & Beyond online on 04/24/2023.There were originally four items in that order. The system canceled three of those items later and one item is still being processed.Right now the status of that order has been stuck in "being processing" for more than 10 days now.The problem is I used $750 credit to pay for that order, but I still haven't any of the refund for the cancelled items. Since the store will stop accepting credit after 05/08/2023, this drives me crazy. Also, the only item being processed is sold by third party, which has probably stopped accepting order from Bed Bath & Beyond. So that one will eventually be cancelled as well.My hope is they will just cancel everything that order ASAP and refund the credit to me.The order number is BBB3981922481

      We had a gift card with a balance of $544.80 on 4/23/23. On 4/24/23 I attempted to make a purchase with the gift card applied and pay the remaining amount with a credit card. I received an error re: the credit card. We attempted to use 2 different credit cards with no success. I removed the gift card to cancel the transaction and it $0.00 the balance of the gift card, with no completed transaction for sale of purchase . I communicate with the chat sales representative on 4/25/23 who indicated she would reinstate the gift card balance in ***** hours, confirmation #******-1382819. This was not done. We communicated via telephone with customer service on 4/28/23 who again advised it would be reinstated within ***** hours. There is still no balance. It is our understanding that it is handled by a third party. Our concern is that the store is closing, the gift card was $0.00 due to a technical issue with their website and there doesnt seem to be any resolution.

      Hello, I previously filed a complaint against BB&B (Case#******** : 221114-11893136). The resolution was to provide me with $45 in rewards credit. I attempted to use this credit on 11/25/2022 for a purchase on their website (Order#: BBB6659203220). This order was cancelled by the business on 12/2/2022, several days later, and after Black Friday sales ended. The cancellation email said I would receive a refund and if any rewards points were used in the purchase (they were) that those would be refunded within 24 hours. I never received those rewards points back.Now that BB&B is closing all stores, their website is basically unusable. I was going to buy something today when I realized the $45 in rewards were never refunded back to me. I read they will not be accepting rewards points in a few days. Because I attempted to use the rewards points back in November and the order was cancelled by BB&B, and because this was originally for a warranty claim for an item they no longer sell, I think the right thing for BB&B to do would be refund me the $45 by check. As mentioned previously, the website is basically unusable at this point and they won't be accepting rewards points soon.

      On 4/30/23 I went to Bed Bath and Beyond because my fiance had merchandise credit to use. I went into to buy a vacuum and asked the sales associate numerous times to confirm if the vacuum I was buying was indeed the same one I was looking for. I was told that the vacuum was great deal. I assumed that at the worst the item would be a little cheaper at a "going out of business" sale compared to other stores that were not going out of business. Here are the the worst parts:1. My nearest Bed Bath and Beyond is about an hour away 2. The vacuum is cheaper at a competing company that is not going out of business by $60 3. The vacuum is not even the same vacuum as advertised by the sale associate I feel baited by Bed Bath and Beyond and lied to, knowing that they needed to sell the item, and also knowing that I could not get a refund. In fairness, I knew the return policy, however I trusted the store and the sales associate. Felt a lot like getting ripped off at a used car lot....

      I purchased a duvet cover for my daughter from bed Bath and beyond. Within moments of placing the order they sent me an email canceling the order yet they kept my money! I've spent six hours and 22 minutes on hold. I tried emailing and texting but bed bath and beyond refuses to respond to any of my accounts. when I called on a different phone I was on hold for only two hours and an agent came on and told me that they would not give me my money back not sent me my order and refused to refund my money!!!

      I ordered a comforter from Bey Bath and Beyond just a few days before they filed for bankruptcy. They sent me the wrong item, and I have not been able to reach anyone in order to resolve the issue. I just want to get my refund.

      Several company representatives (via multiple "chat" sessions) have claimed that a refund of $18.04 was processed on 4/5/2023, but that it takes 2-3 weeks to reflect on my PayPal account. It's now over 3 weeks later and I have not received the refund.I have tried multiple methods to contact the company in the last two days, but because of their bankruptcy filing, I have not been able to reach anyone.

      YES, I DID respond to their email. I tried several times, but my emails kept coming back as "rejected" or "undeliverable." I had no other way to let the business know about this prior to being able to communicate here, with the BBB.

      My complaint is that I called Bed Bath & Beyond at the number that is on my gift card - 1-800-GoBeyond and the voice on the phone said my wait time will be less than an hour. I was waiting on the phone from 10 pm until 12:13 am. I did not get to use my gift card and no one answered my call. I got on my house phone and called them back and got a dirty voicemail response. I would like to be sent a reimbursement of $50 or to be able to order from their website with my giftcard.
