      I purchased a Breville espresso machine in July 2022. I had asked an employee what the return period was and was told that I had 90 days to return it. I called the same location back a few weeks later and was told that I only had 60 days. I mentioned to the person on the phone that I was having issues with the machine and was told that I only had 60 days and could no longer return it since it had been 62 days. I told the rep at the store that I was told 90 days but they didn't seem to care or show any emotion, they told me they couldn't help me anymore. I have still been having issues with this machine and have also reached out to the manufacturer but have not gotten any support for this machine. I am still upset that the person who sold me this machine lied to me about the return policy and the second person I talked to seemed not to care and just told me it was my problem. I have since made several contact attempts in-store, and online through the chat, but the store I had gone to is now closed and the people in the chat were not helpful at all.

      Hello,My account associated with this company is suspended for no reason. I called them a couple of times and they told me they will fix that. It has been a few weeks, but still not fixed. I am not able to use my credits available in my account and not able to return products.

      3/15/2023 I order a coffee table but a was some how deliver to my old address, I had realize they had my old one because of my Apple Pay told me so I immediately call them and change it, but they didt do it, for the ****** Why ? Dont ask me. And they deliver anyway I need my table !! They took my money ?? now I dont have table. I call them 6 times and they lied to me over n over. I had spoke to supervisor *** he told me, that on 3 days I will have the table give me reference # ******-13636409 but hes the 3rd person saying same thing to me and is been how many days ? I need my money back immediately $150.46 thats all and thank you very much !!

      I purchased outdoor furniture from the BBB online store. The product never was able to be fully assembled since it was defective from the beginning. I was able to put together one of the 3 pieces. I contacted customer service who sent parts that never ever ever allowed it to be put together as they did not work. Lots of time lapsed in between since I had to wait for BBB to contact the manufacturer - of which I did as well - to obtain the replacement parts. Twice I was sent parts in which twice they did not work. I went to my local store where the store manger was advocating on my behalf to obtain a replacement or refund. A replacement could not be made since the product is no longer available. The items were purchased in May 2020 and I have intermittently gone back and forth with no help. Again one our of the 3 items were able to be assembled whereas the other 2 were sold defective. I have correspondence, receipts, pictures of the item and multiple parts that were sent as back up. I could also bring all of the parts to a local store for return and proof of their defective nature. BBB responded offering me less than 10% of my total price of $1500. this is unfair frustrating and an issue that remains unresolved. Please advise as to how to proceed.

      On 3/20/23, I ordered an item online to be shipped to my home. At the time I placed the order, the item showed in stock and their website said estimated delivery was 3/23-3/24. I found that to be very fast, so I decided to make the purchase. The same night, I received an email from customer service with a delivery update that the order was still processing. On 3/23, I received the same email with the same update that my order is still processing. It's now 3/27 and there are no further updates. The order is still showing as processing, but they did charge my card today for the purchase. Historically, I've had my card charged as the item is prepared for shipment, BUT THERE IS CURRENTLY NO SHIPPING UPDATE (shows order still processing) even after the charge. Today, when I clicked on the item I ordered from their website, it's now about $170 more than a week ago and shows estimated delivery of 3/30-4/7. It also still shows in stock. Are they trying to get me to cancel the order to re-order at a higher price? If so, I'm not interested. I don't expect a two-day turnaround for an accent chair, but I do if you tell me it's in stock and you can get it to me that quickly. List realistic shipping estimates, or at least provide better communication about order status. I'm trying to figure out why I'm being charged if my order hasn't processed yet.

      I am requesting that the Gift Card I have for $400.00 be either redeemable or receive money back since I am not able to purchase any products. I, understand that they are filing for bankruptcy and are closing stores across ****** but to not accept gift cards when the store is still open is not okay. Someone purchased this gift card for me as a gift for the purpose that I would receive something from this. Now, I don't receive any products and that person who purchased the Gift Card is now out that money as well. It was always common knowledge that Gift Cards do not expire, what isn't common knowledge is when a company files for bankruptcy they can put a deadline on Gift Cards, the average person would not know that happens. And unless you are actively searching on what is happening with this company you wouldn't know that there was a deadline put out to begin with. And to do this before the stores are even closed is very frustrating.
