I worked from BBB in 10/10/2021 to 10/23/2021 and never received a check. I finally received my check a little over a week ago March 2023. I deposited my check and it bounced back. The bank said I need a new one. I called the corporate number ****** at the west palm location gave me where i Spoke to Joy, who refused to listen to my problem or connect me to someone else from corporate or even attempt to resolve the problem. I NEVER received ANY payment from the time i worked there and am just NOW getting it, 2 years later.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: BBB did not advertise fully the expiry date. ******** law does not allow expiry dates, so one assumes they can use their cards when the store is still open and selling products. How is the average consumer supposed to know that the expiry date rules change when a store is closing. It's not intuitive. I'm not asking if I can use the card in the store, I would like to be reimbursed for the $50 I'm now out because they will not let me use the card.

My account are not able to log in, despite having chat and call customer service for the pass 4 weeks . Every time they ask me to wait for 24 to 48 hours but nothing happen after 4 weeks . Every call mentioeed they will cut a ticket to IT and only IT can look into it, no one else can do anything or escalate. I asked to speak to a manager but was told they cannot transfer the line to the manager . I ask to escalate further they told me nothing much they can do.The main reason I need to log into the account is I have eWallet / digital credit inside my account worth over $400 plus dollar at least and I cannot access to my money now. I received a gift card for Christmas and went in today (March 25th) to spend it as I heard it was going out of business in ******. I was told that they stopped taking gift cards on the 9th of this month. I called the main office and was told I could use it online and ship to a US address (which I dont have obviously) or sell it to someone in the US. I was told that emails were sent out to warn of this date. I did not receive any notification nor did the person who bought it for me. When you buy a gift card at a store you dont give an email address. I was also told that it was all over social media. I seen the message about the store closing but no where fits it say that they would stop taking gift cards. The store is still open and I already paid for the card. So now they keep my money and the I toss the card. That seems fair.not!!Business Response

I looked all over social media and dos not see this. The stores are still open so I am not sure why they will not accept gift cards that were bought already. There should have been more communication about this!
