Placed online order BBB3927590743 on 8/06/22 for two 44 count ************* kcups original blend. When I received the order, I noticed the product is nearing expiration on October 5th. This means I would have to drink 88 cups of kcup coffee between now and the expiration date! Attempted to go on the chat function three different times for assistance through the website of the business. Each time it is a ***** minute wait and no one ever joins the chat. I do not even know if a replacement order will consist of fresh product. Therefore, the merchant can have the old product back as long as they pay the mailing costs for the return. I purchased a DeLonghi espresso maker from the 6th ave Bed Bath Beyond store.The espresso maker is leaking on the bottom. I contacted the BBB customer service telephone line, I waited for over 20 minutes for a customer service representative to pick up. A rep by the name of ***** picked up and spoke with me. Electrics - Small kitchen appliances, soda machines, robotic vacuums, baby monitoring devices and personal care appliances, etc. can be exchanged or returned within 60 days of purchase.
We advised if the Espresso Maker is still within 60 days of purchase, please respond with a copy of the receipt. Once we have the receipt,we will be able to review further. I purchased an item online at BedBathBeyond on 7/31/2022 . It was cancelled within 3-5 minutes and the website said that I had 30 minutes to cancel and I would not be charged. The cancellation was successful and I received an email to verify this and it was also online with the order info. My banking account was debited for $ ***** immediately and I was assured that this charge would drop off within hours. It is now August 6th and my money has not been put back in my account for a cancelled order. I call BedBathBeyond everyday and they have many different excuses or apologies and they always file/send a complaint to their *************** But I am being told that this ***** never responds back when I call for new status on my refund. Some are saying that it will have to be refunded by my bank. My bank says that Bed Bath Beyond has to release the hold as it is still pending. I have called everyday and I cannot get my money back and no one will help me. Bed Bath Beyond says that I was never charged it is pending but my bank proves that it was taken out immediately. My bank says they can't do anything until the charge posts and BedBathBeyond says it will never post because the order was cancelled. So I am missing ***** from my account for nothing. And I can't get it back. I am a retired senior citizen breast cancer survivor. And that money is like gold to me. Please inform me with what to do to get my money back. On July 23 ****************************************************** **********. I purchased this with a 20% off coupon. This amounted to ***** off the item. However, when I paid it removed the discount. I have contacted Bed Bath Beyond on 4 occassions now in writing asking to resolve this issue. They have not returned my service requests. I noted on reviews, this is a common occuring issue with BedBathBeyond, others experiencing the same thing that discount removed when they pay. This is very dishonest of Bed Bath Beyond to offer discount and it shows the discount is applied until you pay then you are charged the full amount. This is not a one off issue based on reviews I am reading. They should refund the *****. Looking into order CAN6638393585, it was created on 7/23/22. We reached out to see if maybe the coupon was assigned to a different email address. As of 8/18/2022 the customer has been unresponsive. We manually assisted with issuing the 20% coupon on order CAN6638393585. The customer will receive a refund in the amount of $44.80 back to the PayPal account. Please note, our refunds are processed immediately on our end but can take up to 5 business days to show on your online bank statement. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me that a refund will be provided; however, copies of emails were provided to Better Business Bureau showing that I had repled to you emails on August 5,8th, 10th and 13th. I was not happy that Bed Bath Beyond indicated I had been unresponsive as that was not true.The emails were received from Ashley ** and I attempted to call her at the number provided in her emails. When I call the general number which was the customer service general line the rep stated they did not know who ************************ should be providing her direct line, or there should be an employee number of some kind. This has been more difficult than necessary to resolve the problem.

i purchased a dresser online and when it was delivered, i opened it on the truck and found it damaged. I refused to take possession of the item and the delivery company,Rocket delivery took it with them. I called BBB and received a partial credit of $517.75 of the $739.00 I paid. I woke up this morning to several emails from other companies ******************** and bitcoin) saying that someone had tried to access my accounts and personal information. They both assured me my accounts were safe to alleviate my fears. Then I received an email from Bed Bath and Beyond in which the subject line read: Thank You for Your Purchase! There were no purchase details in the body of the email - only marketing nonsense I would see in a confirmation email AFTER making a purchase. BUT I hadnt made a purchase at Bed Bath and Beyond in over a month. I assumed someone got into my account, made a purchase or multiple on my card, and had the details rerouted to their email. I checked my bank and nothing had posted. I called Bed Bath and Beyond and after an hour they could find no purchases made from within my account, but couldnt account for the bizarre email I received thanking me. I was eventually routed to a supervisor who also checked. I forwarded her the email in question (this is now hour 2) and she said she has received this email herself in the past - AS A WAY TO SHOCK THE PERSON INTO MAKING ANOTHER PURCHASE!!! SO, while other companies are trying to keep their customers assured and alleviate concerns about personal identity theft - Bed Bath and Beyond IS USING THEM AS A MARKETING GIMIC! This is now hour 3 of my time. Id like to know what idiot in marketing and what kind of corporation thought it beneficial to terrorize their customers? According to Bed Bath customer service there is no email address to reach anyone and the only thing they can do is add another feedback form to the pile. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable in terms of responsible marketing, consideration for your customers and MY TIME AND WORRY! I still dont know 100% that my account hasnt been corrupted and I have multiple calls into my bank - ON A SUNDAY!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU BED BATH AND BEYOND.
