      I was gifted a $125 gift card for Christmas, earlier this year I went in store and tried to use it but was informed that Bed Bath and Beyond was going out of business and they were not accepting giftcards. I would, at the very least, expect to be given store credit or a refund of some sort at this point. It is outrageous that so many of us are out of money.

      I did a purchased on line tree weeks ago. Actually it was two purchases Until now I dont get my Productis I am dissatisfied. I did this purchase on Instagram. Its supposed to be trusted this web site.Can I get help with this situation?

      I have a $50.00 gift card and we do not have a store in our city. The closest one is 120 miles away and my daughter tried to use it in *****, ** last weekend and they would not take it.

      On July 19, 2023, I was offered an opportunity to purchase items in connection with the closing of Bed, Bath and Beyond's available stock needing to be sold up to 90 % discount. Unfortunately, I believe that BBBeyond has been privy to a scam! I even went to my OWN information for past purchases for products through BBBeyond for my access code since the correct BBBeyond logo was connected to sale!I used a debit card for the $55.41 sale, was contacted by my debit card company to question the agreement for said purchase and authorized purchase. They, of course, blocked payment at first, so the only contact of sale I received included the fact that no purchases could be made. I then contacted the company selling at the email address provided and even attempted to contact by phone: all information now blocked and emails will not go through! Now I have confirmation of debit card payment: Any ideas???

      On March 21, 2023 I ordered from Bed Bath and Beyond a SnapPot Mailbox Planter Box via my credit card. The cost was $128.39. When the item was received I did not like it and tried to return it to the local store but was informed that it had to be returned to the sender. I was eventually sent a label to return the item and per the *********** the item was received back by sender on April 10, 2023. **************** at ******************** confirmed that the item had been returned. I received an e-mail on June 4 stating that the information had been passed to the Marketplace team and to allow 72 hours for a response. To date I have not been able to reach anyone by phone or e-mail. I know that they are in the process of closing stores but they are still sending out e-mails about their sales. I would like a refund in the amount of $119.99 which is what the item cost before tax and S&H. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Their telephone number is inactive.

      June 16 I ordered a toaster oven . I email the company more than one time and no one respond back . I have not received my merchandise .

      I have been a customer of BED, ***************************** for many years now, I received a GIFT CARD for the amount of $50.00 as a thank you from a relative for the retail store BED, ****************************** ************ is NO LONGER allowing gift cards to be USED in their stores, due to the fact that they are CLOSING (which in itself makes absolutely ZERO sense). FOR THIS REASON I want a REFUND for the FULL AMOUNT that is on the gift card WHICH is $50. They have also TERMINATED CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT, so No One can be reached to discuss this ISSUE! And it is only RE-ROUTED to an automated system when calling their CORPORATE NUMBER. This is completely FRAUDULENT! ************ has already received MONEY and I received NOTHING. There are 100's of people who are in the same situation as I am... and EVERY single one of us deserves a REFUND!! And an APOLOGY from this COMPANY who has done their customers SO, SO WRONG!! Please help me and many others receive what is rightly ours!
