      The company charges for shipping on orders with canceled items even with free shipping. The invoice customers are give at checkout is not the same the company has. **************** is the worst and will dispute and refuse to help when presented with invoice given to the customer at checkout. Charges on credit cards change and they refuse to refund money for cancelled items and add shipping after the customer completes the purchase. The sales tax percentage varies on every order. Orders are charged prior to shipping which they argue is never done. Terrible company with even worse customer service representatives.

      NOT VERY HELPFUL IN RESOVING MY BACKORDER ISSUE. DID NOT WANT TO SEND ME IRON WHEN IN STOCK. CANCELLED ************* TELL ME . WANTED ME TO REORDER AT HIGHER PRICE & CHARGE ME DIFFERENCE. SAID THEY CREDITED MY CARD I PAID **** BUT DID NOT. & PUT MY GIFT CARD BALANCE IN MY BBB ACCT. KEPT SENDING ME EMAILS SAYING THEY DIDNT FORGET ME & WOULD NOTIFY ME WHEN IT SHIPS.

      I JUST WANT MY IRON STRAIGHT ACROSS THE ***** SINCE I PAID BACK IN AUG. NO ADDED COSTS SINCE BED BATH & BEYOND WAS AT FAULT & WRONG IN NOT NOTIFYING ME OF CANCELLATION. ITS IN STOCK JUST SEND ME MY IRON. PLEASE.       I will no longer shop at Bed Bath and Beyond after the experience I had this week.1. Original Order - Monday, October 17Delivery Date - Thursday, October 20 2. Receiveda text on Tuesday that my "Same Day Delivery order has been cancelled" and that I would receive a refund in 48 hours.3. Called BBB to see why my order was cancelled - I did not request or confirm same day delivery. Was told that the item was re-ordered and would arrive on Thursday.4. Used the BBB chat to verify that the item was re-ordered as I did not receive an email confirmation of the order. Was told that the order will be delivered on Thursday. Again asked for an email confirmation and was told that an email could not be sent but was given a reference number. See attached transcriptof chat.5. On Saturday, I spent 40 minutes talking to customer service - escalated to a supervisor - and was toldthat my refund will not take 3 weeks. I demanded an email to confirm the refund and was finally sent the email.This is an unacceptable way to do business - and I will never shop at BBB again. I will also share my experience with anyone who plans to use BBB or Buy Buy Baby for a registry or to shop for personal use. I utilize online shopping for most of my purchases, and no other store has caused so many issues and forced me to work so hard for a resolution.

      It's my favorite store for all home things.They have great prices and great discounts on top of that, it's better than Cotsco sometimes, and you don't have to buy in bulks.Also, they practice fair business, they take returns w/o giving you a hard time.They could improve in the level of having more staff around the store to answer questions, but only if that didn't mean creating other problems. Otherwise they are just fine, the people they have working are usually helpful, or they at least try.All these years I only had one guy that was rude but that was very unusual.

      Absolutely awful experience with this company. We ordered the ***************** Breakfast Nook that came severely damaged; they reissued parts twice which also ALL came damaged. We decided to just return the item and were told Fed-Ex would come within 2 business days. Weeks went by without any pick up; finally Bed Bath and Beyond issued the pick up ticket after I had to call over and over again and it was picked up. Then they tried returning it back to my house 2 days later which we refused the drop off. Received confirmation the package was delivered to the warehouse but we were never issued a refund. Apparently they only received 1 out of the 4 boxes Fed-Ex picked up and refused to issue a refund. After countless phone calls and speaking to many different supervisors they said I would have my refund within 3 business days. Still waiting so unbelievably unprofessional and the reps all just brush me off and just tell me to keep waiting. I will never order from them again. (This has been going on since august!!)

      I ordered a bed 3 weeks ago. It was supposed to be same day delivery. The bed was the set to arrive 5 days later, was damaged and returned to the manufacturer. I only found out because I called them. After numerous phone calls, texts, and emails, they have done nothing to make this right. I have tried numerous times to cancel this order and get a refund. They keep giving me the run around saying they will take care of this this but they dont. They just keep sending me emails that my order is delayed. My daughter has been sleeping on the couch for 3 weeks! Furious right now!

      I have repeatedly requested no more texts emails and notifications from bed Bath and beyond. And after several phone calls I still get daily notifications. They have no option on their emails to unsubscribe which is wrong because I would like to be rid of the ones in for a while. I am not doing this again because the ********************** does not make it easy to make a complaint against the store so the stores are getting away with whatever they want and this is

      I placed an order for an item on the bridal registry. Weeks later, I found out the bride never received the item. When I called I was on the phone for over half an hour and on a chat for 40 minutes and found out the item was sent to a swap site and the bride would have to go pick it up. I was never informed of any of this When I made the purchase. Terrible customer service and a terrible bridal registry!

      DO NOT SIGN UP FOR COUPONS!After an hour after signing up for coupons, I received a spam text. It has progressed to the point where I get spam text EVERY SINGLE DAY. I live in CA and I opted out of selling my data, yet I truly believe they still shared/sold my information. The consent language and policies are vague and confusing, i.e "Other Disclosures with Your Consent. We may ask if you would like us to share your information with other unaffiliated third parties who are not described elsewhere in this Policy." No, I never consented to this, nor did they ask! This particular policy was never stated in their terms in condition. Something needs to be done about this.
