Since having the system installed last Dec. (2023) I am very pleased with the results. Over the last 6 months there has been an increase in the credit with **********. This is with using the A/C every day this summer! The output of the system is much better that what I had anticipated.Very pleased from the initial meeting, through the roof re shingle and the solar install and turn on. My savings are better than $100.00 each month!

I was approached by a salesman from Trinity Solar bout the possibly way of savings on my energy bill. The salesman said that it would cost us $105.00 every month for the life of the contract which would be for 25 years. I asked the question will it ever go up he said no what about a power failure will the lights stay on he said absolutely both lies.. When I signed the contract which was on a tablet he did not show me that they have a right to raise the monthly fee 2.5 per cent every year. I am now paying $125.65 every monthly so much for the fee never going up. I had the system for 6 years now and have nothing but problems. i call or get a call every month from Sunnova saying that the system is not working. I have been paying them the $125.65 plus paying JCPL another $60 to $180.00 a month depending on the season. They send someone out they leave saying its fixed and the same thing happens next month. I have been asking that they go on the roof to check the wiring they refuse. I have been on the phone complaining an all I get is well you signed the contract so we will not take the panels off your roof. Then I am told if i want them off the roof I have to pay them to remove them. Well if they are not working correctly they should take them off the roof without me paying for them. I have repeatedly asked for a manager to call me and they tell me no manager is available. They will email the manager to have them call me no one calls. I mention this to the callers and they tell me that's all they can do. The system is a joke the company is a joke and the customer service is a joke. It seems the only way to get these broking panels off my roof is to contact a lawyer. I shouldn't have to spend more money just to get them off my roof and break the contact. Please stop this from happening to someone else. Trinity signed me up for the panels and my payment goes to Sunnova I still have not gotten an answer on how Sunnova is involved.Trinity Solar

They did a good job for me. Took longer than I thought, but that was because of the slowness of my town (*********, **), not them. My main contact and project manager, **********************, was very responsive and knowledgeable. It's now one year later and I've had no problems, and my system produced a bit more than the estimate they gave me. I'm happy with my decision.Trinity Solar

I shopped around a bunch of different Solar companies before I chose Trinity. I was linked up with ********************* who is a sales rep. ** house was under major construction so we didnt have a utility **** to see the usage. He did a analysis of all my electrical items that we were installing along with hvac, appliances and fixtures. They determined an amount for the usage with the engineering department on Kilowatt usage. All of this was new to me but ***** educated and explained everything in detail. I was always skeptical about these solar companies but ***** made the process extremely easy and had answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend ********************* and Trinity Solar. I love my system. ** con ed **** is only ***** a month for a ***** sq ft home. Amazing!! 5 Stars and highly recommend!Trinity Solar

I have been connected with Trinity Solar since 2021 and started with ********************* as my consultant who made this process seamless for me. From start to finish he was there, along with the other representatives who are connected for installation and beyond. The panels and now battery which was installed in ************************************************************************** my area. I have recently as of August/2024 started my solar installation extension process for my two family home. ***** has continued to provide full support on this journey and the referral process has been a financial incentive also, since sending other family members and nieghbors to start their solar process. The company has been very responsive, the techs are friendly, clean and communication with everyone has been amazing. I have and will continue to recommend Trinity Solar to others.Trinity Solar

Would recommend Trinity solar to anyone who asks. Cannot say enough good things about my primary contact *********************. He was responsive, professional and always willing to help throughout every step of the process. We had a few hiccups with national grid approving the setup but Trinity went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved quickly and with minimal headache for me. The amount of money Im saving now compared to National Grid is staggering. Energy costs decreased by 70%. Just an overall great experience.Trinity Solar
