    We ordered flowers for a funeral, it said it was delivered but the flowers were not there. The family stated they were not delivered and there was only 7 flower arrangements there and none of them were the flowers we ordered.

    On Friday August 26 I ordered flowers for a funeral in the amount of $143.97 from *** Florists online. The funeral was Tuesday August 30 and the flowers were not there. I called the customer service number provided on the *** site but got a recording. The people at the funeral home were aware of ***s history of scamming customers.

    I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend in *********, **, ( order # *******) Received an email flowers were delivered. They were not delivered to the right person. When I called customer service number, was put on hold for over 30 min. Representative would not give me a straight answer, I will say the supervisor did call me back but still no straight answers. She assured me I would get my money back but I feel consumers need to know that this is not a company you need to do busy with.

    Called in on Friday at 130. I paid $103 for same day delivery and they told me it would be delivered within 3 hours. I ordered a big thing of roses for my partner who was having a bad day as well as our anniversary. The flowers wearnt delivered by 630 so I tried calling. I called and called 6 times between 630 and 7 (when they close) and just kept getting an automated system that would tell me no one could take my call. Frustrated, I sent them an email. I called next day and spent 40 min on the phone with them (when I finally actually got through their awful automated system) and the person I talked to tried to first offer me a $10 refund and said they would deliver in the next hour. I was already on the way to see my partner and was just going to grab flowers myself so i told them no thank you please cancel and refund. She then tried to offer $15 refund. For a $103 order!!!! With no guarantee they'd actually deliver within the hour. So I again said no thanks please fully refund. They then put me on and off on hold for **** min and ended the call by saying "weve canclled the order, please stay close to your phone for a confirmation". Well, i never got one and still no refund today (monday). I called again, was passed around alot and was told by the gentleman "they never did the refund" and that he needed to speak to his manager. Put me on hold AGAIN and AGAIN for **** min and I finally got that refund. This company and their system are overpriced and awful to deal with. I just wanted to make my partners day special. Really ***** and never will reccomend them.?

    Ava's Flowers is an online based floral delivery service. The customer places an order for ********************** on their website and then they send the order to a florist in that specific area. The issue is that their advertised prices are much lower than most florists. Therefore, we normally refuse their orders. What they have started doing is spoofing phone numbers from the area in which they are trying to send the flowers. Once on the phone with the florist they give details about the flowers that non-florists wouldn't typically know, which tips us off, but they lie and say that they are a local customer. We have had instances where they have tried to use their customers credit card numbers so that they can circumvent the *************** services that we normally use because if they send the order that way they can't hide their name and they know we won't fill their orders. This is out and out fraud. Please help notify the public!

    I ordered ****** arrangement for my husband's grave to be delivered by July 23 2022. It was delivered a ***************** and two artificial flowers. I live in ******* and my cousin sent me pictures. It was a disgrace. I notified right away and they never responded. I want my money back.

    For my anniversary I decided to get my partner flowers. Ordered the day before with rush delivery by 2pm for the delivery day. That day comes 2 oclock nothing happens. Call in and am on hold so long my lunch break ends. By the time Im off work nothing has been delivered. I put in a ticket to cancel my order as the recipient will not be at the delivery address. Today me and my partner had to take our cat to the emergency vet and of course I finally get a call to talk about my order. First they asked if I was absolutely sure that the recipient did not receive them yes I was sure as even your site says it was never shipped.After that question I had no desire to continue the conversation as I no longer wanted to do business I asked can you please cancel my order, I am in the emergency vet and I dont need them please cancelThe representative said well you can still have the order get delivered. Your parter could like them if things dont go well at the vetThat was absolutely rude disrespectful and almost evil. Using someones dying pet as a way to double down on a sale. I couldnt even respond. I just hung up.She never processed my cancel and refund.

    I found Avas flowers on the internet, I used them today to send my wife flowers at work. They charged my card $80.18, it all sounded really legitimate until the flowers never arrived. I called the initial company Avas flowers, and the delivering company ******* Florist, both of whom are supposedly based out of ***************, ****. They couldn't find any of my information, and then they put me on hold for an hour each. This is clearly a scam, and I hope no one else will have to go through this. I would just like my money back if possible. I cannot screenshot my banking information, but I can go get it printed off and send it if it will help me get my money back. These people ****

We checked further, and it appears this type of arrangement is only available from other florist. I believe that you placed this order with terrysflorist.com

    We also checked our phone logs, and our system shows that we have not received a phone call coming from the number you reportedly used during your order placement.

    Seeing that we can't find an order associated to your name with Avas, we consider this matter closed.

    On June 7th I ordered Flowers from them to be delivered to her place of work. The flowers total cost was ***** charged by "EFT PUR ************************************ ***** Flortist ************ NJ080126" on my bank statement They called the day of and told me they could not deliver the flowers but proceeded to charge my card, I've called 3 times to get a refund and each time they tell me it will be refunded within 5 days. one time they told me it was already refunded and would send info to my email and never did. Now ***** 6th 2 months later I have still yet to receive a refund for the flowers that were never delivered.
