DreamStyle Remodeling Does not Honor Their Lifetime Warranty Representation On January 20, 2025 we started to call DreamStyles customer service to request help repairing the shower we purchased in 2019 that came with a lifetime warranty. During a shower some of the parts from the shower fell into the shower floor. This is something we did not know how to put back together. When my husband called the customer service number, he was quickly transferred to another phone number. It always rolled over to voice mail. Over the course of a week, he left 3 messages. The following Monday he again called the customer service number in both ******* and *********** and requested to talk to a supervisor regarding not receiving call backs from messages. A supervisor was not available at either site, but he was assured by both that he would receive a call back that day. Three days later and we have not received a call back from anyone. We have now reached the conclusion that we are being intentionally ghosted and there is no intention of honoring the warranty. If you are looking at a shower remodel do not use DreamStyle if you want a company that honors their warranty.

We emailed the customer service website the day we received a similar message on another review site in January. They never responded. We hired someone to replace the shower head that fell on the floor, and the strip on the door that keeps the water in the shower staff. I stand by my original message that Dreamstyle does not honor a lifetime warranty.Review fromMilan J

Dreamstyle remodeling service department does not care about it's customers. We have tried to reach out to them several times about mold growing in our bathrooms after a install they did for me and my wife. They are claiming they cannot find anything in their system saying we purchased upgrades in our bathroom even though we have paperwork stating the did the work. We have tried to contact them several times through the years to get the mold out the bathrooms with no communication on their side. The company will rip you off please do not use them. I paid ****** dollars and it has taken them 6 months too repair it. I had too take work off too schedule a appointment and ***** showed up. I also came home from vacation and again they dint show up. When they did come the *** said this is a horrible job and they had too take walls out and redo it and 6months later **** the project manager offers only 250 dollars in compensation I said you must be kidding and he said no that is the offer and then hung up. I have tried getting a corporate number but hey just send me too **** or ***** with no response . I wish someone could help me get some of my expenses back as this company is the worst.PLEASE DONOT USE THEM. **** and ***** are no help at all.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

When this company called me I was looking for a estimated quote on a fabricated shower however they could not give me a range of pricing over the phone. So I advised the representative that I was not interested in a home consultation. That should have been the end of it however for the last week I have spoken with three other **** calling me to make an appointment. I have explained that I am no longer interested but they keep calling.I don't know how to get this company to stop calling me. The phone calls are becoming a harassment issue at this point and very stressful.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

Just getting windows installed today. It has been a lengthy wait from manufacturing and guess what we took an option of triple pain windows like the samples we were shown but the windows installed that showed up are double pain. This creates a big price difference from what I was gonna pay as I was quoted $7k for double pain window installation. Don't get me wrong they're nice and the installers are strait biz and getting the job done but the window company it's self missed the **** in a product promise.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

The young gentlemen who installed our shower (******** *********** *.) were outstanding! They answered all our questions thoroughly, with patience and in language that I could understand. Ran into a couple of what could have been serious problems that required an amount of extra work but they solved them without complaint and so that the appearance of the shower was not affected. They were very respectful of our home, privacy and our animals. AND both of them had a good sense of humor. Cannot say enough good things. Give them a big raise!!!Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

The windows they put in are nice. The installation was so fast and they were so professional. However. I've had two broken windows over the last three years. One from a hail storm and one from a rock. Both times its taken MONTHS to get a response for someone to even come out to look at it. This last incident happened in May 2024. It took 6 phone calls (expecting call backs) until August for them to send someone out to measure. They measured and nothing happened. It's now mid October. I just found out my August case was closed and I've called and left several messages for ***** ***** October 3rd, 4th, 10th and the 17th with no call back. The woman on the main line said she'd send a request to ***** ***** and mark it urgent.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

I am extremely pleased with the results of our bathroom remodel. The two techs were very professional and cleaned up wonderfully. **** answered all my questions and also suggested which was very helpful. The results specks volumes. Thank you Dreamstyle Remodeling. Long story short, I was quoted a price for complete replacement windows because they don't do retrofitting which I was told explicitly when first making the appointment with the receptionist AND again when my sales *** came to give me a quote. Apparently they under quoted me and I was forced to ***air the stucco work after the windows were ***laced on my own. They left my home in shambles. MAKE SURE THAT YOU REALLY PAY ATTENTION TO THE CONTRACT AND EVERYTHING THAT IS INVOLVED!Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC
