Robert K visited our home in NM and did a wonderful job installing our bathtub and walk-in shower. Quality work in an efficient manner. They ran into some problems from the original builder, but were able to overcome without significant delays or problems.

BUYER BEWARE. They get 1 star because 0 is not an option. Our 2 day remodel took 3 1/2 months. They were installing a walk in shower, removing tiles from 1 wall and putting new dry wall there. That wall was supposed to be paint ready for us. Just tape and paint. Not even close. The shower pan and walls were 2 different colors. Told installer this when I saw the walls outside. He tells me the sunlight just made them look different and proceeded to install them. I walk past the bathroom as he is doing the first one and again tell him its wrong color. I guess he thought we wouldnt notice. Then he says oh ya they are. Really? And he is the professional? Then we went rounds about a toilet paper holder that was the kind that is cut right into the wall. Thats what we wanted and expected to get again. Only the salesman didnt make that clear in the contract so we had to fight with project manager about that. The company likes to say they leave your room so clean, thats a joke. The installer got drywall mud all over EVERYTHING and just left it there for us to clean. Did an absolutely horrible job mudding so our walls look like the ocean. $16,000 and the bathroom looks terrible. Cant afford to have someone else fix all the drywall for us so we did the best we could and have to deal with it. I would NEVER recommend this company to anybody. Its just really sad to be so excited to have something done and then be so very disappointed in it. Almost 4 months for a 2 day project is absolutely ridiculous. This company has no respect for their customers and absolutely do not stand by their workmanship.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

They installed a new shower which has proved to be faulty installed. Dreamstyle Will not return my numerous messages. They finally made an appointment and failed to show up.. I am now looking for a company that can fix up their mess.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

It took 3 installs to get it done right. The 1st install was done very well and looked great, ******** did a good job,but the shower pan was defective. It collected water. The 2nd install was unprofessionally done looked like a rookie did it. I believe his name is *******. Uneven cuts they broke tiles and damaged my ceiling and light fixture. One guy cut his finger. They left a mess and they badmouthed ******** putting the blame on him about the tiles that they broke. They chipped my counter. The caulking was poorly done it was as if someone with no experience did it. Wait times for help from the project manager was ridiculously long. Just to get a hold of someone was a joke almost 2 months before I heard anything back.i don't believe this company stands behind their advertisements. They damaged my tiles and my walls and a light fixture. And they said they can't do anything for me. That it's on me to get it fixed. They could only offer me up to 500 dollars. Which is ridiculous because it's going to cost more than that to fix what they broke. I highly do not recommend this company. It was a huge mistake.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

Do not use the company! Theyll sell you on we cost more because of quality and life time warranty. 12/22 we had our shower remodeled. Hasnt even been 2 years shower head started leaking 07/20/24. Its now 08/01 and they still havent come to repair. Spoke with two plumbers and say its an easy fix so no reason they should be making us wait this long. They give you the run around. Seems like on purpose. Id love to get together with others with similar issues because I know Im not alone. Two weeks now having to shut off water. 5 stars******* and **** Renovated our 17 year old Master Bath. We had an unused Tub and old shower. They turned it into a modern spacious walk in shower. The wife and I are very satisfied with their work. Very professional. We had a shower installed a couple of years ago. The shower has since failed. They had a warranty person come months ago and now will not return any phone calls or emails. We are beyond frustrated with the company to say the least. We do not recommend this company at all. Fantastic experience with our main bath renovation- we went from a 27 year old shower and unused soaking tub to large modern walk in shower and no tub. Communication along the process was very good. Our project required great attention to detail due to unanticipated significant floor slope/settling. ************ and ************** were excellent craftsmen who made sure the job was done right with no shortcuts. They kept us informed of arrival times, prepped the site and kept it as clean as possible. It was a bigger project than any of us expected but end result is gorgeous.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

Could not be happier with Eugene U (installer) and his work. Showed up as promised, consulted me throughout project for placement of shower seat and shower head to fit my needs, and when he left each day he cleaned up so thoroughly you would not know he had been there. Work was amazing. Feel pricing is on high side but absolutely if you can get Eugene to install he is worth it.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC
