Spent ********* on patio doors and windows. They did a good job but only use them if you don't expect to have any problems. On my 9th call to multiple people and no one **** return my call to have a repair made. They are good at selling but not fixing problems.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

Swaine R******* and Edgar R******** are professionals, prompt, honest, hardworking, with pride in their work, interfacing with us throughout the job. They installed the windows except for the living room due to door frame damage. As soon as a new frame came in, they finished the job on January 29. They meticulously cleaned up. Swaine and Edgar: Thank You. You guys are Awesome! The Administration of your company is another story: quick to sign you up and establish payment. The salesperson said the construction foreman, **** *** * ****, would be coming in 2 to 3 weeks, he didn’t. I was led to believe that they would withdraw from the loan to pay for the windows when ordered. They withdrew half of the total loan to pay for the windows, but they had not been ordered, and weren’t ordered until over 2-1/2 months after payment. They did not answer or return phone calls. 2-1/2 months later **** shows up; therefore, the windows must be in, and he is going to schedule installation. Wrong. He says he will order them in 2 to 3 days and would call us. He did not call. 2-1/2 weeks later he orders the windows. He said our windows would be in and installed by Thanksgiving. We had to do the demolition of the bay window ourselves, so we immediately did it, leaving us with plywood covering a large hole in our outside wall. The windows where not on their way. I called the loan company and froze the funds for the remainder of the loan, until the job was completed. My husband called the number that we initially used. They were quick to answer, apparently thinking that we were potential new customers, but were rude when they found out that we were already customers who were only trying to get answers. They finally said that they would install the day after Christmas. The day after Christmas Swaine ******** and Edgar ********* arrived for the installation. They were both a breath of fresh air. They were awesome and their performance made up for the dysfunction of your administration.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

They wont complete the project after I pad them in full. There are some final touches needed and I cant get them to return to complete my patio door replacement. Its been difficult to get them to return calls throughout the project. I got quotes from 3 other companies and thought I chose the best one. Satisfaction and pride in craftsmanship is evident in the excellent renovation performed by Robert and John. The men are meticulous, exercise care with materials and appearance, and pleasant to speak with. We are completely satisfied and would employ the men in the future. We recommend the men to friends and family. Their performance greatly increased the value of and our enjoyment of our home and we are pleased ever time we see our new shower. Anyone who chooses to employ Robert and John will consider themselves fortunate, as we do ! We had a rebuild completed on our shower following issues with the original install that had been completed in 2020. Dreamstyle offers a lifetime warranty which was easy to access and for which we were very thankful. Fortunately for us, this time around we had Jared W. and Bennie R. to do the work and they did a great job! They were prompt in arriving, explained how and what they would be doing to rectify the problem, made sure that any construction mess was kept to a minimum in the hallways and adjacent rooms, and the area was thoroughly cleaned when they finished. Most importantly - their workmanship on this rebuild was impeccable and we really appreciated their expertise, conscientiousness and attention to detail.
