This organization displays a lack of professionalism and consideration. We contacted them to arrange an appointment. After the appointment was set, they called the day before to confirm the time. Unfortunately, my husband missed the call until later that evening due to his work location. We called back early the next morning to confirm, but they insisted on rescheduling because we didn't respond the same day. Despite the technician being nearby, they wanted to reschedule. The initial appointment was on a Wednesday. We explained the situation, and they agreed to reschedule for Friday of the same week without the need for a verification call. However, on Friday, there was no call or show. After waiting for ************************************************************************ our area on another job during our scheduled appointment time. We rescheduled for the following Wednesday, but once again, there was no show or call. Dreamstyle, customers take time off work for these appointments, and it is disappointing that you do not have the courtesy to inform them of any delays or cancellations. It seems that your business policy is to not show up or inform customers about changes in the schedule. This is unacceptable. Avoid dealing with this company as it is not worth the time and effort.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

1 starThey didnt finish a project and it has now gone without being completed for almost 3 years. They refuse to provide loan agreement documents that were never signed. Hired an attorney that has sent a demand letter and now their attorney refuses to respond to that letter. 1 starDreamstyle remodeling is not a company that is worth your time. I rate this company. a one star only because there is lower rating. I had a front door that was installed in 2023. The front door was never installed properly and had nothing but problems with it. Originally when the door was installed, there was Dings, scratches and unaligned. The door would not shut and latch. Over a period of 1 year, I had several people from Dreamstyle.and make repairs, But repairs were consistently not successful. A door was ordered and installed, the door would not shut correctly latch and lock. I made several complaints to the office and spoke to. Management, I wanted a refund, he consistently told me he would never give me a refund and He has never gave a refund, and Never will. He wrote a check for $500. As hush Money, and told he would void my warranty. In 2024. I finally gave up on this business so that they could be out of my life forever. I will never, ever go back to Dreamstyle remodeling, and I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about remodeling or doing a simple install like a front door not to do business with them. I was sold on the sales person that sold me the door, that they have quality installers. The door is a good door but installation was horrible. I also recommend if you're going to put in windows and doors to go with Accent Windows and doors. I truly regret not having them install my front door.They had Installed all my other windows and back doors In the past Without Worries or problems. This is a huge regret, and all I can say is do not buy from Dreamstyle remodeling. Management has no interest in helping the Customer. Oh one more thing calling to talk with someone is like pulling teeth only to Leave a message and not get a message returned.Review fromRobert S

Recently had a bathtub/shower converted to a walk in shower by Dreamstyle. The work was OK but the pricing and financing were not. I am a senior living in a retirement community, and their pricing tactic is to rip off the elderly and hit you with an outrageous price, then rachet the price down until you say yes. My first quote was $25K which I declined. Then several lower prices were quoted until I finally agreed to a price 40% lower. But the worst part of our experience was they trapped us into a finance deal which we did not want nor approve. Their sales person applied my electronic signature to a financing agreement which I was never shown nor agree to. She also told me that credit card payment was acceptable, but after the installation they now say they will not accept a credit card payment. Avoid this outfit.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

Beware of having Dearmstyle ********* install a walk-in shower. They installed a walk-in shower about 2 years ago. After about a year, the calking around the outer edges of the floor needed to be redone as they were coming up which they repaired. Around the same time, bubbles appeared under the clear plastic walls and on the bench. Now under the bench there is a rust color running down the wall which is probably rust from the metal used to hold up the seat. I have called an access of 5 times over the past several month and been told the service manager would return my call. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM ANYONE.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

We called this company to schedule a consultation to install a walk-in shower. It was scheduled for a Saturday at 2 pm. Several days prior to the review, we received a phone call to confirm the appointment. They had the location of the consultation in the wrong city by several hundred miles away but we corrected them at that time. On Saturday we prepared for the consultation and had planned our day around it. One hour prior to the scheduled time of the consultation, a Dreamstyle rep called and said that they could not make it. I expressed my displeasure but he rescheduled the consultation for about 2 weeks later on a Thursday for 2 pm. That Thursday morning I called Dreamstyle to confirm the appointment. The rep couldn't confirm it at first but then put me on hold while she checked further. I was on hold for over 20 minutes before I had to hang up and call back. When I finally got in touch with someone who could answer my question, he told me that we were not scheduled for this day as planned. He said that he could have a rep reach out to us when they are in the area. I told him that if was the level of service that we could expect from their company, we had no interest in using them. When we make appointments, we plan around them and make every effort to abide by them. We expect the same from the businesses that we deal with.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

I was very happy with the beautiful doors and windows that my wife and I had installed. Look fabulous, and the new bedroom windows keep the temperature much higher in our room during the winter. My only complaint is the salesperson told us that the warranty was a transferable warranty that would go to any new owners of our house, but the actual warranty says it is only for the purchaser.
