I placed an order almost a month ago , tracking status still says it hasn’t even been shipped yet . I figured I’d wait it out and decided to look up some reviews for the company and found out that this has been happening to tons of people . Some people waiting over a year for packages. I placed an order with this company, back on November 22,2024. Only received one email saying my order was processing, but after that email i haven’t received anything in over a month. I have placed two different orders with this company within the past year and have received tracking numbers for one orders and im just being completely ignored about the other one. I’ve not received either order or have been contacted back about a refund. All my emails are being ignored and tracking numbers are not working.
This is the tracking for my first order in the amount of 35.71$

I bought several clothing items from the vivere.la website on the 13th of this month. I paid for the 2-3 days shipping but its been 13 days and I haven't received the package. I contacted the business twice via the email, they never replied. I wonder if I got scammed or not. I perfer that they just send me the stuff and update me with information like the tracking number. I placed an order on November 28th (#47755) of $88.20 for a few items. It was paid in full and I received an verification email and haven't heard from them since. I grew suspicious when the order dissapeard from my Shop homepage (ordered usually stay until delivery). I looked and look and couldn't find any updates whatsoever. I decided to look it up and discoverd through the BBB page and other websites that they weren't a reliable company. Some places said that you somtiems still get orders so I decided to email them before filing on complaint or anything. On December 12th (one week ago) I sent an email asking for updates as it'd been 2 weeks now with no updates. I have yet to receive a response.Initial Complaint

February 26th, 2024 I made an order totaling $105.40, March 03rd, 2024 totaling $69.99, and October 24th, 2024 totaling $133.60. And I have yet to recieve them. I have reached out multiple times and I haven’t heard anything back from them. I would just like the things that I ordered but if a refund would be easier, I will make do with that. I really respect this store, and I did make a purchase April 02nd, 2024 that they did fill that order. I’m not sure what is going on with this shop, but I see online that many people never receive their orders. With mine totaling over $300 and no reply, I thought that I could reach out to you and get some help with this situation. And possibly deep dive into the business, as they are still posting with extraordinary deals that say they will deliver by Christmas, but what about all of the orders that they are not filling.

Order was confirmed but never fulfilled, order placed on 4/36/24. Support said they do not issue refunds. It has been almost EIGHT months since the order was placed and still have not gotten a tracking number or been allowed to receive a refund lol. I purchased 20 items from this shop and haven’t received my items. I purchase 3 on May 5th, 2024, and 17 on July 20, 2024. I was in communication with them where they told me it wouldn’t be ready for only 2 weeks. After that they have not responded to my emails. Their purchases go through and app called Shop and the company is based on Instagram with the account name Vivere, mind you if you go to their Instagram account you will see many people complaining in the comment section about not getting their orders and how this company doesn’t respond to them. At this point due to the lack of communication and them posting on Instagram like nothing is wrong i would life a full and total refund of both my orders.
