I purchased a shirt from this brand 2 weeks ago, Since then they haven't shipped or gotten back to my emails regarding my purchase. I also paid for shipping and in the screenshot i attached they advertise 3-5 day shipping. I did more research and it seems like this brand is doing the same thing to many others. August 3rd 2024 I purchased clothes from this brand and was told in 3-4 days it would be shipped out. It has now been multiple months I have sent Emails being very respectful just trying to get information on my package and got no response. Date of transaction: 06/12/2024, I paid $79 for a long sleeve, 2 tshirts, a tote bag and 2 free items. I had ordered a sweater along with it but it was refunded and exchanged to a long sleeve 4 months after the order was place, they admitted in my email that they never ever created a shipping label for my items. Now it’s been well over 5 months and I’ve heard back one out of 5 emails telling me that they forgot to make a shipment and that it would be on the way. Since then radio silence, it’s been well over a month since they said they would send it within 2 weeks and then my tracker number stopped working. Dear Vivere Support,
I am writing on behalf of my 15-year-old son, ****** *****, who has contacted your store multiple times regarding order #*****, placed on July 5, 2024, with no satisfactory response. Despite several attempts to resolve this matter, we have yet to receive the purchased items, nor have we been refunded. This lack of communication and failure to fulfill the order is unacceptable.

I placed an order on Vivere on February 27, 2024. I never received my order. I attempted to reach out to the business multiple times via email, Instagram DMs, and Instagram comments. I never received a response. There are many other customers that never received their orders complaining in their Instagram comments, but these comments go ignored. They do respond to some positive comments. Vivere continues to post and drop clothing regularly, but they do not fulfill all of their orders. I did not upload the correct order confirmation in my first complaint. I placed an order on February 27, 2024. My order total was $69.79 and included 6 items. The order number was *****. I received an order confirmation immediately after ordering, but I never received the items. I attempted to reach the business multiple times about my order VIA the email listed on their website, Instagram DMs, and by commenting on their Instagram page. I never received a response. I see many other customers in their comments who complain about never receiving their orders, but it is clear that these comments are being ignored. Vivere replies to some of their positive comments and continues to post and announce drops, but does not fulfill all of their orders. This business is inconsistent, a scam, and needs to be shut down.Initial Complaint

I ordered a hoodie from
VIVERE.la on September 10. I had not heard anything from them for a couple weeks, so I reached out (can only contact them via email), and got an email back on 9/24 saying that it was almost ready to ship but would still be 1-2 weeks. On 10/1, I got an email saying it was shipped out and I received an order on 10/7. However, it was not the item I ordered. I looked at the receipt, and they apparently refunded the hoodie I ordered but sent me a hoodie with a cow on it instead. And I was charged for it. The original hoodie was a gift for my daughter, and she is so upset.
I tried contacting the company several times this week, either demanding a refund or simply the shirt I ordered, and no response. I am livid at being charged for something I didn’t order with no explanation.

Ordered a pair of American traditional mules and a pair of socks on April 1st for $72. I have repeatedly contacted them asking for an update on the order throughout the months. When they said they had no current ETA of when they would be able to stock on the items, I asked if I could substitute the items for something of equal value, only to be told no and that all sales were final. I purchased a pair of shoes from this business on July 1 2024. The order number is *****. The name of the shoes were “American Traditional Mules”. They were a gift I was going to give to my family member while we were on vacation in Minnesota. I emailed them to ask about an estimated shipping date to make sure we were still going to be there when they came. They emailed back saying they received my note but they didn’t answer the question. When I emailed them to clarify, I got a bounce back email saying that my email address was blocked. I have reached out in the mean time with no response. The purchase total was $90. We were charged on our card. I got a strange spam email saying my “gift card” was ready. I didn’t click any links for fear of being scammed but I emailed saying I didn’t purchase a gift card and still hadn’t received my order. There was no response. I purchased a replacement pair of shoes from another store and would like our money back.
