    I ordered western mules from here in February and it still hasnt showed up when promised to be here within 4-5 days. Ive emailed multiple times changed shoe types to the American traditional mules and then changed the size to a size smaller. not only on the original order did they promise not even a week for it to arrive but in emails they said it would show up within the week or month. It is extremely frustrating and they need to give refunds asap.

    If i could give this company 0 stars i would. Ordered back in November 2023 hoping to get it in time for a christmas gift. I ordered 3 shirts and 2 mystery packages. My total came to around $70 due to the black friday sale. Have reached out multiple times since then always being told it would ship soon. Now I cant seem to find my email thread with them anywhere (had it flagged so i wouldnt delete it) and they havent been responding to emails either. I also bought their package protection but guess that does nothing.

    Ordered 7 Shirts (Separate orders of 4 and 3) in September. And made another order of pants in December. The pants came in February and none of the shirts have. The pants are pretty stiff. I've worn them once but I haven't washed them so that could be my fault.

    They built up a following to rake in money on a supposed massive sale and stopped manufacturing products altogether. Used to be a decent company that I received multiple items from, but they're leaving orders pending for months with false promises and no updates on shipping. They also delete any negative comments off of their Instagram calling them out for their awful customer service. Do NOT order from this brand. Some of the shadiest and worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've emailed for a refund on my most recent order from 4 months ago and will be submitting a dispute with my bank if they don't reply soon, but even if they follow through, I'd recommend ordering from just about anyone else.

    Said on website please allow ten days for shipping as we are a small business etc then I email enquiring about my order only to be ignored. Then I refer to the chat bot which keeps chanting all sales are final. However, seeing as how they said it could take 1.5 months to process. I dont see how they could even take my money and hold it for so long. They should take money when the product ships. Im unsure if there even is a product. I looked at people with similar problems and they said when the order does come it is very low quality. I just want my refund and to never order from this company again. I am honestly pretty bummed. I feel lied to and deceived.

    Still havent gotten my package from november. been talking with people here and there through email and instagram and they keep saying that theyll send it soon. they keep saying that theyre low on stock but keep putting ads for the clothes. it just makes no sense. from what i can see it is a legit business but their really bad at being one.

    I would give the brand zero stars if I could. I have been in correspondence with different people from the brand and I have received the same excuses and empty promises for the last 4 months. They have told me that I could get store credit (laughable), that they would send details regarding a refund after 1-2 weeks (it has been 2 weeks and 3 days). This makes me so mad. I recommend that everyone who has issues like this post on Memento's social media and on here so that their scam can be discontinued. I find it extremely sketchy in retrospect that their business name is different everywhere. On the bank statement, in email, and on their Instagram, different iterations appear. I hope that people start to realize and read the comments so that they do not have to go through this.

    Zero stars!!!!! Scammer!!!! Takes your money but never sends order. Have contacted multiple times asking for a refund but continue to be denied. Was offered a store credit but refuse as I will not do business with an unethical scammer. Just want my refund. Ordered 3 items on 9/24/23..it is now 1/15/24 and they still have not been sent. One excuse after another. ***************************** you are a thief!!!!!! His website needs to be shut down, immediately! My daughter has also commented on his social media to warn other potential customers and he has now blocked her.
