      On 17 Sept 2024, I signed a contract with Flawless Results LLC to replace damaged siding and made a $11,222 down payment by credit card. The company did not provide any updates on the planned work and the phone numbers provided on the contract are no longer in service. The salesman with whom we worked informed us on 16 Dec 2024 that Flawless has gone out of business and appears to be making no effort to contact customers with outstanding contracts to return deposits on work not done. We will be filing a complaint with the New Mexico Attorney General as well. We have no way of contacting anyone at Flawless Results in order to begin the procedure to have our almost $12,000 returned since the company has reneged on its agreement to provide services.

Patch and repair with fiberglass reinforced synthetic stucco, apply Tyvek and base coat, trench around earthen areas 4-6” below grade. Total Cost, Materials and Labor: $28,653.00 State Sales Tax: $2347.00 Total Project Cost: $31,000.00 Deposit Check: $15,500.00 50% Deposit Paid on September 13, 2024 by check Unpaid Balance: $15,500.00 Flawless Results has not attempted to honor their contract or resolve this issue. I have reached out several times and have not heard from Flawless Results.

      Ordered windows through the company in early June 2024 with a contract value of $30,000. We put the required half down - $15,000. We made contact in early October of 2024 to coordinate the install of the windows, as the projected date was coming close, and we were told the windows should be delivered soon. Now, it appears that the company has closed its doors nationwide and failed to make any contact with consumers to return payments for failure to deliver the contracted product. All phones say they have been disconnected - at this point, we would just liek to recover our upfront payment and move on.

      Flawless took my down payment for four windows, i cancelled the order, the sales rep called and yelled at me saying that i can’t cancel. I sent in my cancellation paperwork, and as told finally that they would give me some of the deposit back then i never heard from them again, no one returning calls. We had windows installed the first of the year and they never finished putting the trim up on some, then left boxes of wrong trim in our place.

      Contract signed on 7/17/2024 to replace sliding door windows. Paid $2900 deposit with credit card. Did not get any contact or service after that. They said the windows will be replaced in the fall. Service address is *** ****** ***** ***** **** ** ***** ** *****.

      On June 24, 2024, we (my husband and I) signed a contract with Flawless Results, LLC, to replace 9 windows and stucco our house and garage. This was after researching the company's history. We searched online, Facebook, the Better Business Bureau, television commercials, etc. As part of the "sales" process, they helped ensure a loan with *****. ***** has withdrawn $15,000 from our loan with them so Flawless can get started. We contacted Flawless Results, LLC, to get a firm start date and they kept putting us off until November 18, 2024. That was our start date; which has come and gone. When I tried contacting the company, all I could do was leave messages as no one answered the phone. I called every number I could find. During a Facebook search I noticed a comment stating Flawless was closed for business.

      Paid 22914.00 for purchase of windows. Did not receive any feedback about windows for months. Later salesman left company and said they were not doing well. Unable to contact company and found that they have closed up their shop.

      In August of this year, my husband and I requested a quote from Flawless Results. We have been renovating a house and needed new windows. We accepted the contract. We had saved to have the work done so we paid in full. This, in retrospect was a bad idea. The company said that it did not have an opening until December. We called on the first to get an update and found out they had gone out of business. We do not have the money to pay another company. We would like to get reimbursed, if that is possible.

      I purchased a window from Flawless results LLC. They installed the window, but never completed the job. They did not stucco or replace wrought iron. I have attempted to contact them 505-717-1692 this number no longer rings. I live in an area where my home is not secure. I have the wrought iron On my windows to make me feel more secure. I will be on vacation in December and Do not want for my house, not to be secure.

      This company took about $10,000 from me as a down payment to install windows that were never installed. Apparently the owners have stolen the money from the people of Albuquerque and have closed the business.
