I have been receiving annoying solicitations from these people for years. I have used the contact form on their website several times telling them to stop contacting me. I have already filed one other complaint on BBB, but they refused to comply with my demands to stop contacting me. I don't understand what is hard to comprehend about "DO NOT CONTACT ME", but they aren't getting the message. They need to immediately and permanently stop contacting me. Enough is enough already. "No" means NO, and "do not contact" means, guess what? DO NOT CONTACT.Business Response

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out. The letter they received is NOT an invoice but rather an offer to join our online directory and you are not obligated to pay. The letter is part of a marketing campaign for our service. We ARE NOT a domain holder; we maintain a directory of the country's leading websites. The payment of $289 covers a full year of listing in our directory and is 100% optional. If they wish to not utilize our services, no action is required.
Please let us know if you have any questions.

I am rejecting this response because:
I CLEARLY stated that the ONLY acceptable solution is to remove me from the marketing campaign and to NEVER contact me again. Giving me the same copy/paste remark as before and refusing to comply with my demand to cease the any and all solicitations is unacceptable. DO NOT SOLICIT ME AGAIN. NO means NO. I can't imagine how inappropriate this company is in a dark alleyway considering they believe "no" means "do it some more".

I have asked this company to stop contacting me, but they refuse to do so. This company sends mailers that look like bills, and probably most people just pay them rather than pay attention to what the mailer says. This company borders on being scammers, and they should be forced to stop their deceptive "advertising". I need them to never contact me again - I refuse to do business with them.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: This company sends letters that look like invoices which I am sure SCAM people into thinking they are actual bills. This company needs to STOP sending postal mail like this - it borders on mail fraud and will be dealt with accordingly.

This is the second time I am filing a complaint against this company because they have to date failed to make the promised refund. For Reference, the previous Complaint File Number with BBB is Complaint #********. Please refer to that file for any additional information. During the time I filed my initial complaint referenced above, I have, however, received an additional solicitation from them for a "RENEWAL" so it appears that they DO IN FACT HAVE MY CORRECT ADDRESS in which to use to submit the refund to. This was received several weeks after the refund was promised. In additional, I have left several messages with the local branch of the BBB - New Mexico, et. al., and have not received any communication back from them to date. No email, No letter, and No phone call. I expect this matter to be resolved - PERIOD! I expect my refund, and I will continue to march this up the ladder until it is fully resolved to my satisfaction = Full refund of $289.00. Still waiting, and you will keep hearing from me until I receive it. I don't know how else to put it. I will also upload the email chain again for your convenience, along with the photographs of the new solicitation received. Once again, i look forward to earliest action regarding this matter.Business Response

Hello,
Thak you for reaching out. I understand the customers frustration. We had unforeseen circumstances come up with a hurricane where our office was. We had to reissue all refunds due to these circumstances. The customer's refund has been reissued, and they will receive it soon.

Every year, at least once a year, I receive an unsolicited mailing from this company that is designed to look as though I need to pay them around $300 in order for them to host my "annual website domain listing." First and foremost, I do not need or care about having my domain listed somewhere.....simply do not care in the slightest. Second, each time I receive one of these letters, I file a complaint with the BBB; at this point, I have filed several. Third, this company is perpetrating a scam and attempting to commit fraud. How many times do I need to demand that these complete moronic idiots STOP SENDING ME THESE INSOLICETED FRAUDULENT MAILINGS?Business Response

On November 25th I received a letter in the mail from this company that was very misleading. It is a bill asking our company to pay $289.00 for domain listing which would obviously lead a company to believe they have to pay this amount for them to keep their current website. However upon further inspection, I found that I have already paid my yearly fee to maintain my website hosting through a legitimate company. When I looked into this Domain Networks company, I discovered that they have previous complaints from a different location in New Mexico. I would like it to be brought to the public's attention that this company is scamming American Citizens and they should at least have fair warning about that.Business Response

I have been getting harassing invoices for several years from this company. I have never done business with them, I have never sought them out or asked to do business with them, but they keep sending me invoices. I have sent letters and emails, but they always ignore me and pressure me again and again to give them money they have no legal right to and certainly have done nothing to earn. I have had ENOUGH of this harassment and want them to immediately and permanently cease contact with me.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
This has nothing to do with the fact that for years I have been telling you to stop contacting and soliciting me. I have called. I have emailed. I have returned mail to sender. And yet, you don't stop. You keep sending me letters and keep me on your marketing list. Obviously, I am NOT interested in your "services" or excuses. The only resolution to my complaint about your harassment is for you to immediately remove my address from your marketing list and to permanently cease any and all contact with me.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response. I am the new treasurer for our community non-profit civic association. When one of our board members forwarded me Domain Network’s deceptive solicitation designed to look like an invoice, I paid it thinking it was necessary to maintain our organization’s domain name. When we received an invoice from our actual domain server, I reached out to this company via email (I tried calling the number listed on their website but of course no answer as this company is obviously a scammer) stating that I had paid them in error. Surprisingly, I got a response saying that they understood and that they would issue a refund. Two weeks later, nothing. So I wrote back and they said that they had issued the check but had not mailed it out yet and apologies. Two more weeks later, still nothing, more apologies and that they were too busy to mail it out due to a hurricane a couple states away. Three more weeks, still nothing. We will not consider this matter closed until we actually receive and deposit a refund check as it seems they have used this tactic with other victims as I read other folks complaints. When will this company be shut down already?Business Response

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out. As the customer paid us in error, I have issued their refund. We had delays on our end from a hurricane that directly impacted us and expressed this to the customer. We have mailed out their refund and apologize for the delay.

I am rejecting this response because:
Domain Networks have repeatedly stated that they have issued a refund, only to claim distribution issues, then mailing issues later. They have had well over two months to mail a check since they said they would issue a refund. Until we actually receive and deposit said refund, we will not consider this matter closed as empty words so not constitute a resolution.
