Ordered a part from them in March of 2023. Never received order. I contacted them in July and they told me my order would ship in August. August has passed and they still have no shipped and refuse to refund my money or make contact with me againInitial Complaint

I sent a request to ********************* on August 8, 2023 to cancel orders # *********** (P80-PF940Cv1-GRY for $99) and *********** (
P80-PF940Cv1-GRY and P80-PF940Cv1-BLK for $198.98) because I never received the frames. The original orders were made in March and April 2023.
I requested again on August 29, 2023 and was told "Due to credit card processor issues and our accounting workload, it is taking longer than normal to process refunds. Yours should be some time this week."
On Sept 14, 2023, after not receiving my refund, I sent another request and was told "Our credit card processor ended up dropping us because they no longer service gun companies. And our backup processor did too. It all hit us as a surprise. It took us a good while to find a credit card processor that still wants gun companies as customers. We're back up and running with one now, but we're now backlogged with refunds over the time it took to get a new processor up and running. And since we have no sales with the new card processor we are having to process them a little at a time.
Yours is still in the queue and will get processed. Don't worry, your refund is coming."
On Nov. 8, 2023, I asked again why I hadn't received my refunds and was told "We're getting through the refunds as quickly as we can, which is currently at a snails pace. The reason stems from July when our credit card processor dropped us because they decided to no longer service gun companies. Then we found out our backup had as well. It took us a long time to find one that would and by that time we had a pretty big backlog of refunds. The new credit card processor doesn't have any of the previous sales with them so we couldn't just refund everything. We're having to pace refunds with new sales so as to not freak them out and lose them as well. Really sorry this is taking so long. All refunds will be processed including yours."

I bought three items from them in two orders, one order in March 22 2023 and the order next a week later on April 3 2023 when the product that I wanted became available again.
The March 22nd order (order number ***********) had one item (P80-PF940SC-BLK, $99.00) ship and deliver while the other item (P80-PF9SS-BLK, $99.00) was to ship at a later date. Both items were charged to my bank account with only the one item ever shipping.
The April 3rd order (order number ***********) had one item (P80-BKC-BLK, $69.99) that had just became back in stock when ordered. The order was also charged to my bank account and never shipped.
I received no follow ups from them regarding the status of the orders. On their website they had a banner at the top that read that they were 4-6 months behind in orders and trying to catch up. On their social media accounts they randomly would update saying new batches were coming and to check if your items were being shipped from their website.
During the last 10 months since the orders I could still login to the website and check the status of my orders. I tried multiple times to email them about canceling the orders after they hit the 6 month mark (just before thanksgiving 2023) and received no response. Also during this time their customer service line did not accept any calls other than an automated response about shipping delays.
As of late February 2024 the online community surrounding their company (/r/polymer80) started noticing that anyone who had ordered these items and hadn’t yet received them were being locked out of their accounts. About two weeks ago my account was also locked and now I can no longer view my order history on the site. So far it seems from social media I am not alone and it is happening to a lot of customers from their March 2023 sale that they had.
I will be trying to demand a chargeback from my bank but it’s not likely that I will get one.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on March 8th of 2023, and never received my product, nor a refund. I have been contacting them for the last year and have received absolutely no resolve to this issue. They kept lying and stringing myself (along with 100's of other customers) along, saying they were close to shipping my order. They started ignoring messages to them. I told them to cancel the order and refund the money asap. I have been waiting 2 months for them to give me my money back. They are not returning my money (or the money of hundreds of other customers). They say they are having card processing problems, yet they are currently able to process card payments for new orders. This whole fiasco with them has now gone on almost an entire year. They have now deleted my account, along with those of all the other people that they have not fulfilled orders or refunds for, for the last year. No one can access their order/transaction histories. In March & April 2023, numerous US consumers, including myself, bought items online from Polymer 80, a popular Nevada-based firearms parts manufacturer. Despite my paying $223.08 for Order #******* on 3/30/2023, only two items were delivered out of three. Many customers, like me, faced unfulfilled orders from last Spring's "pre-sale." Initially, Polymer 80 cited shipping delays and supply chain issues, but by Fall 2023, they ceased communication, ignoring emails and phone calls.
Efforts to dispute or chargeback through credit card issuers failed due to the time elapsed since purchase, exceeding the 60-day limit. Online searches reveal widespread similar experiences, with some labeling it as "wire fraud" and "fraud by deception."
Repeated emails demanding shipment or refund went unanswered. Despite attempts to contact various email addresses associated with the company there's been no response.
Ironically, Polymer 80 continues to send sales emails and promotions while updating their website, rendering previously valid login credentials useless. Many, including myself, can no longer access their accounts or reset passwords. Despite having documentation of orders and communications, the company remains unresponsive.
This disregard for customers and failure to fulfill orders, coupled with a trail of false promises, indicates a deliberate evasion of responsibility. With no viable recourse, customers are left in limbo, facing a company unwilling to address their concerns.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 3/28/23 with polymer80.com for two frames and paid via credit card. I later received only one frame, and the website showed that the remainder of my order was out of stock. It remained in this status for some time, and I assumed they would ship when it restocked. On Jan 1 2024, I submitted a support ticket a d received a response from "Josh" as shown in the attached correspondence. I emailed back again on 1/29 and received no response. I submitted a new ticket on 2/8 2024, which has received no response. Since then, it seems my login credentials have been revoked and as such I cannot access the electronic invoice for that order. I only have the original email confirmation when the order was originally placed. I am respectfully requesting they refund the original amount of $99.99 that I paid.Initial Complaint

I have sent several emails to Polymer80 and filed a "customer support" claim through their online submission process. On March 20, 2023, Polymer 80 made a post on their Instagram account that they were selling 80% frame kits again. So I jumped at the opportunity to get one. I placed my order on March 23 for 2 items, one of them being their PF940c frame kit. I received the other item but never received the frame kit. I contacted the business' customer service countless times through email and their number but kept being told that the frames were "on their way," or that there would be a delay in the shipping. A few months went by with no updates so I requested a refund and never heard back from them. I tried emailing, calling, and direct messaging them on Instagram for months but nothing. My online purchase number on their website is SO38415. I did not want to go this route to get my refund but they left me no choice.Initial Complaint

Product is not as advertised neither one! Instead they tried to offer a discount code for a replacement but the product is damaged and not worth replacing for the same item that is unable to be finished! Items should not be sold like this and they do not guarantee their products and customer service is of no help. Either replace items for free or refund my full amount!Initial Complaint

Placed an order with this company march of 2023, received half of my order and never received the other half. Have contacted their customer service department multiple times in the past several months with only one reply on December 11th of 2023 saying that my order had been closed and I was being issued a refund. It is currently February 2nd of 2024 and I still have no refund and have sent multiple emails to to try and find out why am with no responses. Order number is *******
