    Well they said 2 to 4 weeks delivery I waited until June I ask for the items or for a refund they answered me that’s a weting time to get refunded and I’m still waiting for that refund

    I have placed two orders One on 3/22/23 and the other on 4/17/23 For two presale items that were supposed to ship in May on 7/31/23 I asked if they can't get the items I ordered out because it was now couple months past due when they said they would ship that I would like a refund They canceled my order it shows canceled in my purchase history on their site but I have still to this day not gotten a refund Almost three months later and I keep getting the runaround I'm afraid this business is up to something shady maybe because from what I hear I'm not the only one that's been dealing with this maybe they're going bankrupt and just don't have the money I don't know Let me know if you guys need me to share emails and stuff like that

    Ordered parts, missing 2 compact blanks. Called and explained they shorted me, said they would refund in 3-4 weeks. 6 weeks passed, no refund. Called again, seemed like the CS was smoking dope, lethargic, not interested.
    Instructed to pay asap. Buyers beware! Not thrust worthy.
    Still hope to get refund.

    Customer ***** **** has been refunded on 9/13/2023, please see documents included for proof. We apologize for the inconvenience, our card processor was inoperable for a short period, but as soon as it was working again the Customer refund was processed.

    False advertising on a new Product it clamed to be only slightly harder to mill out a the frame on their
    Polymer80 PF940V2 (G17) "ATF Compliant/Bridge" 80% Frame than the last rendition it happens to be much harder to complete the task and they refused to post my review of the product because it was accurate and 2 stars and asked for a refund they refused.

    Dec 5: purchased Polymer80 product.
    This product was defective and didn't work properly.

    Was asked to try and fix the product instead of offering new and workable product.

    I tried to follow their advice and fix/make adjustments.

    Project ended up getting worse. When called they refused to offer a replacement stating the ATF regulations prohibited them from doing so. They refused to offer any refund or otherwise correct the situation Dec 28 last of 3 phone calls to company in an effort to either get refund or replacement.

    I'm out over 100$ with a defective product and Polymer 80 couldn't care less.
