    P80-PF9SS-BLK Quantity: 1 was delivered 4/3/23. P80-BKSS-BLK Quantity: 1 has not been delivered as of 1/25/1024. Additionally, after confirmation of my order with Polymer80, on 3/26/2023 I purchased the remainder of parts and materials to complete P80-BKSS-BLK in matching black color at an additional cost of $280 from other vendors on the promise of Polymer80 would deliver the items I paid for.

    I have contacted Polymer80 Customer support on 6/26/2023, 10/25/2023 and 1/4/2024 asking for an update as to when I can expect my order to be fulfilled.

    6/27/2023 Polymere80 responded with "due to overwhelming demand, we are still in the process of shipping kits out, and it may take until mid-July for some customers to get their orders".

    10/25/2023 Polymere80 responded with "Although we have been getting some backorders shipped out, we haven't been able to get them all out in July like we hoped. Through the last several months we have faced several challenges with our supply chain which has caused massive delays in our ability to deliver the pre-orders. Please understand we are working tirelessly to remedy this situation. The good news is that our production for frames and frame kits is finally resuming this week and we expect orders to start being fulfilled in the weeks ahead. Orders will be shipped based on when they were received. We will be operating at full production capacity with the intent to ship all back orders as quickly as possible"

    As of 1/25/2024 there has been no response to my inquiry of 1/4/2024.

    Polymer 80 announced a presale for one of their products March of 2023. I purchased that preorder product from polymer 80 in the amount of $99.99 on the day of 3-22-23. My order number was *******. After months of waiting for the product I emailed to see how long it would be. They assured me it’d be the next month which was June, but they never sent the product. October I finally asked them to cancel the order and they canceled it immediately, while telling me it would be 3 weeks for me to receive my refund. This was months ago. They stopped responding to my emails as well. I just want my refund. I know there are quite a few other people in my position that I’ve seen from online forums and other social medias sites. Any help you have to get this resolved would be greatly appreciated.

    I ordered a product on 4/29/23 that was marked as a preorder for an item that would ship in May. In November, after not hearing anything from the company other than “we’re experiencing shipping delays”, I requested a refund (11/28/23). I still have yet to receive a refund or any communication from the company explaining why I’ve yet to receive my money.

    I placed an order on March 30th sales order ***********. It was for $107.24 the item was backordered and scheduled for 2-3 months. I contacted them on June 8th was was told it was still back ordered. It went until October and still no product I requested a refund on Oct 30th and still to this day 12/12/23 I have not received a refund and now they blocked my email address due to constant asking for a refund.

    I ordered from p80 on 4/3/23 and was supposed to receive it within 2 to 4 weeks the order # is *********** total price was 99.99 plus tax 4 months later I still haven't received my order so I contacted them through email and was reassured that I would be receiving it soon then a month later I still haven't received it so I requested a refund then I've been waiting ever since that's been 4 months can you please help me receive my receive my refund thank you

    In March of 2023 I ordered two products from Polymer80 Inc. I received only one of the products. It has been 8 months since I placed my order. Upon numerous inquiries, the only response I have received is a form email complaining about shipping times and being understaffed. After 8 months, this excuse is no longer valid. I requested an estimate as to when the product would be shipped and received no response. I requested that they cancel my order and refund my money. I have received no response.

    Well they said 2 to 4 weeks delivery I waited until June I ask for the items or for a refund they answered me that’s a weting time to get refunded and I’m still waiting for that refund

    I have placed two orders One on 3/22/23 and the other on 4/17/23 For two presale items that were supposed to ship in May on 7/31/23 I asked if they can't get the items I ordered out because it was now couple months past due when they said they would ship that I would like a refund They canceled my order it shows canceled in my purchase history on their site but I have still to this day not gotten a refund Almost three months later and I keep getting the runaround I'm afraid this business is up to something shady maybe because from what I hear I'm not the only one that's been dealing with this maybe they're going bankrupt and just don't have the money I don't know Let me know if you guys need me to share emails and stuff like that

    Ordered parts, missing 2 compact blanks. Called and explained they shorted me, said they would refund in 3-4 weeks. 6 weeks passed, no refund. Called again, seemed like the CS was smoking dope, lethargic, not interested.
    Instructed to pay asap. Buyers beware! Not thrust worthy.
    Still hope to get refund.

    Customer ***** **** has been refunded on 9/13/2023, please see documents included for proof. We apologize for the inconvenience, our card processor was inoperable for a short period, but as soon as it was working again the Customer refund was processed.
