    The respondent provides a *********************** that charges me monthly. The respondent contracted a third party who was ************ and Executive Suites. My complaint is that between the third-party operator and Anytime Mailboxes, they misplaced eight pieces of mail.

    Anytime Mailbox is a software only subscription solution company that builds a network of mailbox store operators that subscribe to the Anytime Mailbox software service, enabling virtual mailboxes for the Store Operator Customers.

    The issue is the lack of response from this Operator the lost mail pieces. While we are still working with the Operator to ensure the customer receives what they need, we have also issued a full refund, per requested

    I do not accept the response. They held my mail for two months. They refunded one month only and then charged my account $29.06 to dispatch my mail. They need to cover all of the charges for my mail which was lost for two months and send a written apology. Why should I pay $29.06 for late service? Where is my apology?

    The charge in question - $29.06, belongs to another account that this customer has. It is not affiliated with this complaint (according to the email account the customer gave in his original complaint

    The $29.06 charge was for services rendered in August, scan fees, recycle fees (invoice will be attached).

    As to the complaint in question - the customer was given a full refund as requested (proof of refund will be attached)

    My eight mailbox items have not been given to me. This is the second time that they have had an irresponsible mail handler. I want my eight mailbox items,even if they are three months late.

    Unfortunately, there is nothing else we can add to this complaint. We issued the refunds as per the customers request (this was attached to the last rebuttal) He even agreed that the additional cost in question was in fact linked to a different account, and not the complaint in question.
