    I have been trying to get through to this company for months and cannot. I am in need of speaking to the servicer of my car loan. I am currently in Chapter 13 bankruptcy and need to speak to them regarding my car loan, however we cannot get any good contact numbers for Wollemi Acquisitions LLC. If there is any way we can get this information it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    In April of 2017, I purchased a 2014 ram pick up financed by ********** Unfortunately later in 2017 I filed chapter 13 Bankruptcy due to personal issues. I retained ownership of the vehicle and paid it off through the payment plan and trustee overseeing the bankruptcy. Currently, in August of 2022, I am attempting to gain a lien release letter from woolemi acquisitions to show that the 2014 ram truck has been paid off and that there is no lien against the title. Unfortunately, I have tried several times to contact the holding company to get the lien release and have had no luck. Each time I call I am told The request is still under review. I have requested to speak to leadership in the customer service department for a better understanding and time frame as to when the lien release will be sent to me and I have been told there is no one else in the department that is able to help me. I have also been told that there is no way to contact the research department responsible for confirming that the lien has been released and issuing the letters.

The referenced lien release documentation for the subject vehicle was sent to Ms. ******* at ************************************** on or about 10/25/21 via FedEx tracking number ************ and the package was delivered on 10/26/21. In the event that Ms. ******* cannot locate this package, Wollemi will send a new lien release to **************************************.

    I understand and most likely did receive the original release sent in 2021. At this time, I am unable to locate the original release which is why I have requested another copy.

    I have been informed that my car loan thru ********* Consumer USA was purchased by Wollemi Acquisitions. I had filed Chapter 13 in 2017, but that has now been discharged and all liens are satisfied. The vehicle was paid off over 18 months ago. I have tried getting ahold of Wollemi Acquisitions so that I can get the title of the car. Every number I try immediately disconnects without resolution. I even had a rep at ********* try to call the numbers provided and the rep had the same problem as me. The VIN# ***************** with a license plate number #*******. I would like someone from Wollemi Acquisitions to reach out to me to resolve this issue ASAP.

    Please accept this as the response of Wollemi Acquisitions, LLC ("Wollemi")to this complaint. We apologize for the difficulty in communications but note that this customer did speak to our customer service rep on August 25, 2022 and was advised that the title was delivered by Fed-x with tracking number ************ to the same address as the customer provides in this complaint on July 28, 2021 at 2:33 p.m. Customer service also indicates in the notes that the customer was advised that the only solution, assuming the title was lost, is to take a Release of Lien to the local DMV and obtain a new title. We will prepare this and send to the customer but if there is some problem with receiving items at the address reflected in the complaint, please let us know otherwise, all we can do is send to the provided address.

    Thank you for the quick resolution to this issue. I did in fact get the release of Lien last week. Not sure why I never got the FedEx delivery as it was sent to the same address.

    I filed bankruptcy in October 2021. I contacted ********* as well as my attorney at that to make them aware and to also make arrangements for them to pick up the financed vehicle, because I would no longer be making set payments. Months go by and now we're in July of 2022. The car was towed away on July 29, 2022.

    I reached out to ********* so I may locate the vehicle to retrieve my belongings. I was then told they sold my acct to Wollemi and was given number ************ to call. I have called this number over 20 times, each time trying a different sequence of numbers, including my SSN. Every time I would put the number and push pound as instructed, the phone would disconnect.

    I have some very valuable belongings in that car including a medical bag for my son as well as my wallet with my drivers license, not to mention I need to return the tags. By law we have the right to obtain our belongings. Why have multiple phone numbers listed and none of them are valid, you even gave the wrong number to *********. This is just wrong.

    Can someone please get in touch with me so I can find out where the car is located to obtain my belongings. The medication that's in the car is covered by insurance monthly and if I don't retrieve it I'll have to pay out of pocket and the cost is very high. All i want is my belongings.

Also, we were informed that Peritus did call this customer and confirmed they had made contact with her but she hung up upon identifying and this was on or about August 2nd.

    My lawyer was able to track down the tow company so I could obtain my belongings and that's all I wanted. With no help from stated company....at the end of the day I was able to get my belongings, the company didn't help me find the location to where my car was towed to. They just need a working number so people can contact them, period!
