I have a title with Santander Consumer ******* as the lien holder and Wollemi Acquisition LLC signed off in the "Release of Lien or Security Interest" box on the title. When I take it down to the *** to put it into my name, the *** is requesting some sort of documentation supporting the fact that Wollemi Acquisition LLC is able to sign off the security interest for Santander Consumer *******. After calls to both companies, they "could not assist me" since I am not the name on the title, which is what I am trying to get done! Please, I need documentation to assist the *** in recognizing the ability of Wollemi Acquisition LLC to sign over interest to this vehicle in lieu of Santander Consumer *******. Wollemi does believe that we can assist and resolve this problem for ******************** but, since the vehicle's prior owner is our customer, we need to be sure that we are properly getting involved. Please provide us with proof of the actual sale of the vehicle such as bill of sale or copy of the back of the title to evidence the signatures required for the sale. I paid of the debt for a 2013 **** Escape Vin# 1FmcuoG95dud64298. This debt was sold to Wollemi by *********. Debt was paid off well over a year ago. We are trying to sell the vehicle and now have a buyer but can't proceed because the *** still shows ********* as the lien holder. I CAN NOT get through to anyone. After a few minutes of holding the phone disconnects. We are about to lose this sale if I can not get the title cleared asap. This should have been done when the vehicle was paid off. ********* told me that they have to have communication from Wollemi before they can help. I am trying to get my original paperwork from this company. My vehicle has been paid in full in which the company sent me a letter stating that. However, I only received photo copies of the original documents. I am unsure of why this company did not send me my original paperwork when they sent the photo copies back in July of 2020. There is no supervisor to contact and I have been feuding with this company for about a week and a half. I have not received a contact back regarding this situation and I have to call Wollemi Acquisition to be told they are working on it. This is very unprofessional to keep the original paperwork from the owner when the vehicle is paid in full. I have received the titles to the vehicle with two separate *****. I have been trying to contact Wollemi Acquisitions, LLC for over a year now, to no avail. Either the phone number is busy or it hangs up on you. There is no email address or any chat options, or a direct website for that matter. My vehicle was repossessed & I have no way of finding out to recover it or how much I need to pay. I am rejecting this response because: this information should be more readily available to customers. I have been trying to reach someone for 2 years using the phone number that was provided by my attorney! There is NO information on line, no phone number, no email, nothing! If I found anything "Wollemi", is was on another website & they said they had no affiliation with them. After several unsuccessful calls that were routed to ************* by myself & my attorney, and after extensive research on my part, I was finally able to locate an alternate phone number for ************* & was able to reach the proper people who were able to assist me. If this information was more readily available to customers, my vehicle never would have been repossessed, it would have been paid off 2 years ago!

My Bankruptcy was discharged on 11/14/22 and have not received the Title for my car.
