Upon entering this car rental agreement with the above mentioned company on 12/24/24 we arrived from *********** to ********* NV on ***************. A shuttle was taken to the rental cars location wherein we were required to await another shuttle to the Easirent Company location. The shuttle didn't arrive as promised, every ***** minutes. After waiting for approximately an hour, we ubered to the Easirent location where we were scheduled to pickup our car at 11am. Upon our arrival, we waited on line inside a trailer-typed office building for approximately 2 hours with many frustrated and displeased customers before finalizing an agreement to rent a yellow jeep Wrangler that was unclean inside and outside, and later learned to have loud rattling noise coming from the engine area upon acceleration. The chips in the front windshield were photographed and presented to the leasing **** who considered this unkept, poorly maintained vehicle as an upgrade. Given our destination and continued travel thereafter, we where given the vehicle with only 1/4 tank of fuel versus the traditional full tank of gasoline. Given the unknown mechanical issue with the vehicle, we returned the vehicle today, 12/29/24, earlier than scheduled. I was not provided a return receipt as verbally requested, and was informed that I would get it in 30 minutes via email. After such time had passed, I called and requested the receipt via email and was told I had to wait up to 5 business days, and there was no person available today to provide me with a receipt. One leasing ***resentative said 30 minutes while the other said up to 5 business days. As of this moment, I am unaware of the final charges for the vehicle rental. I am requesting a bill adjustment for the inconvenience, poor customer service, extra 1/4 tank of fuel placed in the vehicle, and being mislead as to when I would receive my final charges for a rental vehicle with issues presented to the leasing *** after several hours of waiting.

I rented a car for the week of November 29 through Priceline at a quoted weekly rate of $250. Upon arrival at the rental counter, I was informed by the staff that I was required to purchase their collision insurance because my personal auto insurance was not on their list of approved major providers, which included companies like ********** and *********The mandatory insurance added an unexpected cost of $325, bringing the total rental cost for the week to $575. I explained that my personal auto insurance policy already covered rental vehicle damages and collision, but the staff insisted that their policy required me to purchase their coverage. They advised me to contact customer service if I had any further concerns.Since this issue arose on a Saturday, I contacted customer service the following Monday. I was instructed to email a copy of my insurance policy for their review. After submitting the required documentation, my request for a refund was denied. The denial was based on a claim that I needed to provide proof of insurance within 24 hours of the rentala condition that was never communicated to me at any point during the process.

The business told me three different dates regarding returning my deposit. First it was 72hrs upon return, then 7-10 days, then it was already deposited last Tuesday the 22nd. I asked for a receipt of the deposit and they have yet to return my money. I asked for an official copy and breakdown of the money I paid. The contract I have doesnt indicated amounts or deposits. Based on ****** reviews, Im not the only one whos deposit is significantly delayed

I rented a car through ***********. I paid $233 for the car rental which states that it includes 'all taxes and fees'. The company they assigned my rental to was Easirent. When I picked up the car, I was asked if I would leave the state. I said yes and was told I would need to pay a $25/day 'leaving the state' fee or incur a $1000 fine. I was never notified of this fee when I booked the rental. I can maybe see a fee for leaving the country, but I have never had to pay a fee for leaving the state and feel this should have been disclosed. This increased the cost of my rental from $233 to $426. And, of course, if I just decided to cancel my rental at that point I would be charged the full rental amount since I canceled within 24 hours.I also declined their insurance and was then required to show not only proof that I had insurance with my auto insurance ID card, but I had to pull up the Declarations page to prove that I had the proper amount of coverage that they deemed necessary or be required to pay $44/day for their insurance. It took over and hour to get through their line as everyone was dealing with the same thing. The whole experience had my blood boiling and I feel this should be illegal. Researching further, I found Priceline is doing the same thing. *********** has 14 reviews on Easirent with 13 of them being 1 star and complaining about similar practices. I wasn't even aware I was renting through Easirent until I arrived at the airport.

Their policies are ridiculous and deceptive as it pertains to what the booking costs and what you end up paying. I prepaid for a rental for $82 and ended up paying $215 because you wouldn't accept my credit card that didn't didn't have my surname "III" on it like my driver's license did, even though I had the card present and in my possession and my actual name "******* ******" matched exactly. The agent and manager canceled my booking, reversed the prepaid booking and charge, and then rebooked the reservation at the then current, much higher price. They also didn't accept my car insurance and forced me to buy theirs. Add to this the car was dirty, had items from the previous rental left in it, the car was physically damaged in multiple places which reveals that they are not repairing the cars they are charging insurance to cover. Their shuttle driver was unprofessional and constantly absent which made me late for my return flight (I had the unfortunate luck of having the same driver from and to the airport, upon arrival he was nowhere to be found for at least 10 minutes at the car rental center, even though the shuttle was present and engine running). Another driver had to come drive his shuttle to the airport because he had taken off in that replacement driver's shuttle with no warning and no passengers to take to the airport. In speaking with other patrons on the return trip, they had very similar experiences and also said NEVER AGAIN! Just ridiculous and disrespectful service all around.I also never received a closeout receipt even though I was told one would be emailed to me and I never received a receipt at the time I received the car, which by USA law means that I should receive a full refund.

I rented a vehicle from Easirent car rental at *************************** in ********* from 9/19-9/23/24. I returned the vehicle on 9/22/24 in same condition that I received it and was told the $250.00 hold on my credit card would come off in the next couple of days. It has been 5 days and the hold is still on my card and I keep asking for a receipt to be emailed to me and haven't received any yet. I requesting that you reach out to them to see why the hold is still on my card and a receipt be emailed. Thank you.

I rented a car through Priceline to take a trip to ** and AZ only to find out at the rental car office that the car could not leave the state of **. I was also advised that the rental car should be dropped off a day early because of my early morning flight. The office does not have a shuttle to the airport until they open at 7 AM and there is no after-hours drop-off. Although the advice by the person at the counter left me to pay an **** back and forth from the rental car agency and to the airport, no reimbursement was made to me. I have called and emailed several times with no resolution. Easirent could have rented the car I returned early and still decided to keep my money. This company is running a scam!

I reserved a vehicle thru priceline for a pickup in *********. It was for a compact , unlimited miles, for 6 days. The total was $157.17 , and i pay at pickup. I went to pick up vehicle at easirent. I am a local resident and all of the sudden they started adding restrictions. Now my est charge was $311 , adding insult to injury I was told they will charge $25 daily for out of state. I feel like they were hiding behind the small print and being very deceptive. I have rented cars over 30 yrs and never had to read small print. I returned vehicle 3 days earlier and they refused to give me a credit. On top of that they had me deposit $500 in case I smoked in the vehicle! When I picked up the only car left on the lot it was dirty and vehicle reaked of smoke. I am willing to pay what I agreed initially $157.17 thru Priceline, not a ***** more.

Last month I had to rent a vehicle from Easirent. I rented 3 vehicles in a week and a half and they took a deposit on each one. They returned the first deposit, but are now holding in to my 2 other deposits and ignoring my emails. The deposits theyre holding were for vehicles that were completely checked off on. I believe it's retaliatory because I left a bad review with their main office.
