    Last month I had to rent a vehicle from Easirent. I rented 3 vehicles in a week and a half and they took a deposit on each one. They returned the first deposit, but are now holding in to my 2 other deposits and ignoring my emails. The deposits theyre holding were for vehicles that were completely checked off on. I believe it's retaliatory because I left a bad review with their main office.

    I attempted to rent a car from this company in ****** Tx on 7/26. They advertised being onsite but after shuttling to the car rental area. I had to get another shuttle to their off site location. On thier website the booking was wrong and said 7/27. When I arrived at their location I was told they had NO cars available and my order would be cancelled and a full refund issued.I told them the booking date was wrong too and I needed a car that night. ******* the *** there promised she would make notes in their system and FULL refund would be issued. They have refused to issue any refund and given me a 'credit' for one year.

    NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH EASIRENT.COM...I rented a car thru Priceline and paid for the rental up front to Priceline for the rental car from a company called Easirent rental agreement number *******. The pick up location was at *******************************. Upon arrival at the airport they were to provide transportation to their off airport facility in a timely manner. However, this never happened and we waited more than half hour. The vehicle I paid for thru Priceline was to be a STANDARD SIZE SUV. However, they issued me a ****** ALTIMA 2.5 SR a compact carwhen I questioned that they responded by saying thats all they had. My Son was traveling with me and at 270 pounds and it was very difficult for him to get in and out of. If it wasnt for the fact that this car was already paid for thru Priceline and having waited almost 3 hours at their check in counter I would of walked away. But, they had one more surprise now they wanted proof of my insurance which I wasnt aware of but was told it was on their website. Not having the information with me I said I would return later after I checked into my hotel with the proof. But, they went ahead and charged my account $310.35. This was not the time to argue with them with all the others that have been waiting for hours to be served.Same day at 5:54pm I returned to the same location and asked to speak with a supervisor but was informed since its Friday they all left for the weekend. I was directed to a girl behind the counter and was told she was in charge. I showed her my proof of insurance and expected her to credit my account the $310.35 they charged me. But, she refused to do so and said that corporate will handle the refund and proceeded to show me on her computer screen she was emailing her corporate office. When I asked for a receipt she refused...Not even a US Company based out of the UKthey don't answer the phone...many calls during the past 3 months with know response...AVOID THEM!

    I rented a car from Easirent.com (******************* Apt. loc.) June *****, 2024. There was the rental cost of $47.04, plus a $500 security deposit. The Rental Agreement # is *******. I returned the car without issue. I have not received my deposit back. I have talked both Easirent who claims to have released it and my bank that says they don't see anything and can't release the pending lock on the money until they do.Now, I have called Easirent 3 times in the last 2 days to tell them they need to correct or finish the process of releasing the hold. I was kept on hold from 30 mins to an hour each time and when I finally got someone and started to mention the refund, they hung up on me. It's impossible to call them without at least a 30 minute wait. I did my part, I want my deposit back. Easirent claims they released the funds on June 18th, but my bank maintains there is no communication from them to release the funds.

    DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!! PLEASE SPEND THE EXTRA FEW DOLLARS.When I arrived for my rental, they gave me a damaged SUV. Thank GOD, I took pictures of the damage before leaving the lot. I also retrieved a receipt of damage by one of the staff members (as shown below). We did get an option to wait for another SUV but they didn't know how long we would have to wait, so we just took it (and it was on E).We returned the car in the exact same condition. When we returned it, they said we were good to go! Well when I got home, THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE DAMAGE ON THE **** THAT WAS ON THE *** WHEN I RENTED IT.Now I am trying to send my evidence (videos and pictures I took before leaving off their lot), calling them and it is the biggest runaround!!!I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

    March 14 - this was the day of the charge and the day after I picked up the car. They state the charge is for taking the car out of state. I did not leave the state until March 15, so how could they charge me for out of state charges on the 14th? Also, I was never given notice they were charging this. Lastly, I was only out of state for 4 days and they charged me out of state fees for 8 days.Theu have directed me to call corparate (customer service ) to get this resolved. They don't answer their phone. They litterally DO NOT ANSWER THE ****** It rings when you get to be the next caller in lone, and then it rings and rings and rings and rngs and then disconnects. They are not upfront with their fees and do not have ANY way to dispute a charge. They also don't tell you what they ar charging on your card. I am seeking $160 plus tax, refund of the $354 they charged me out of state fees. This is the $40 a day charge for four days I was not out of state.I prepaid the rental fee of $285 and after I left they charged me for $354. UPon working with Priceline they claimed the second charge was for out of state charges, but remember I was not out of state on March 14 when they charged me the extra money. I think they owe me all of the $354 because their excuse is a convenient lie.Also I am requesting you inquire into this business further. Are they following the law?

    On March 22nd I went through my Union, a third party and found this rental company as the lower cost rental, it advertised a rental for 3 days at the cost of a $126. It also advertised that they were at the airport, but when I ****** the address it was not at the airport. The advertised address ended up being the location the 1st shuttle would take me to. Then a 2nd shuttle would later take me and my daughter to the rental pick up. Immediately after booking, I realized the discrepancies in the address as well as the fact that the rental place was not 24 hours as advertised, but rather closed at 10 o'clock. This was very problematic for me as my flight was coming in after 9 and as I said, they were not located at the airport. immediately after I tried canceling and stayed on the phone for more than 2 hours with the third party who tried endlessly to resolve the issue with and for me. But the rental company refused to accommodate me in any way. They continuously hung up on myself in the third party or put us on hold until the phone disconnected. Luckily by the ***** of God myself and my daughter were able to make it catching the 2 shuttles just before they closed at 10 PM. Upon arriving there, all the customers were in line and upset. The staff argued with each other and customers. And after about an hour of being in there we were finally Serviced. The staff member proceeded to tell me that I would be required to purchase their insurance for another 96 dollars. Again this was never anywhere disclosed to me nor told to me. This business and everything that it seeming.More than illegal and deceptive and should be stopped. Every single person in there, As well as the reviews are later learned of. had the similar complaints of non disclosures & were left with no options being so late in the night traveling in a foreign place. The amount of $ That I believed I would have saved based on their False advertisement Even if true would not have been worth the time and headache

    Booked Easirent car for 1/28/24 - 1/31/24 on Expedia 11/27/23. Itinerary #**************. Pre-paid the insurance ($36) and agreed to pay $153.63 "Due at Counter". 1/28/24 Reality: Took 2 hours from LV airport to reach "counter" in remote desert trailer/office (2 shuttles, long waits). THEN Easirent charged me $299.91, nearly double the agreed $153.63, for the exact dates, times, vehicle I reserved 2 months prior. Disregarded my pre-paid insurance. Duplicated my signature 6 times on agreement I never signed. Awful agent service, understaffed, car was not clean, USB port didn't work. During long wait, MANY other customers had the same issue as me. Arguments made the line stall. Easirent is British owned, DISREPUTABLE. Not Easy. I requested a refund of $146.28. Denied. I've had many years renting cars - This was the WORST EVER.

    I rented a car from this company at the beginning of the month. It is now the 20th. I believe my rental was around the 2nd or 3rd. I was told when renting the vehicle that I had to pay a deposit of 500 because I wasn't flying in or out. I paid the deposit, instead the deposit they held was 575. I was told it would take up to but not entirely 10 business days for the hold to return. It's been over 10 business days and it has not returned. I was told to email them and they will take care of it that day. I did that and it was not taken care of. I spoke with my bank and it had not been deposited because they are waiting for them to update that I owe no balance or for them to finish things on their end. This is not what I was told and this was not what I was prepared to deal with. The reason this is bothersome is because that money has to pay for my car to come out the shop. Now I'm spending more money on lyft rides to take my kids to school to pick them up and drop than what I planned.

    I (from *******, ******) rented a vehicle from Easirent through Expedia. When I came to pick up the vehicle in *********, the clerk informed me that the collision damage waiver (***) that is included in my premium credit card would not be accepted and neither would the *** I have through my own car insurance. He wanted to charge me approximately 1.5 times (i.e., USD 318, approximately CAD 428) the cost of the car rental fee just for insurance (on top of the rental fee of CAD $267.79) I had already paid). If I didn't pay, they would not give me a car. The online company policy states that **** are accepted. I cancelled the rental because of breach of contract on part of Easirent. They refused to refund my money. I have rented vehicles in many parts of the world and have never encountered such a scam.
