This product tastes great but does nothing at all to help. THEY CONTINUE to SEND ME PRODUCT that doesn't help and has not been requested by me. Five unrequested jars arrive at a time costing $200 total each time. I did request the first order but it had absolutely no benefit for me at all except to raise my blood sugar. I still have 9 full jars and 1 partial. A refund for both the ordered five and the unsolicited second delivery, along with their agreeing to not send me any more, would make me content.BioHeal CBD

BioHeal advertised a sale for one jar of their product for around $38. Dr. Oz was on the advertisement claiming the product will heal a person of diabetes within days and weeks of consuming the product. Against my better judgement I tried to order the product and my purchase was initially rejected due to an error on BioHeal's system and then I received an alert from my bank that the attempted charge may be fraud. I called my bank and I immediately emailed BioHeal asking them to not send the product, I did not want it.
Suddenly a charge went through for 3 jars of product for $198.47. I called customer service and was told I had to get my bank on the phone with them to resolve the issue. The product arrived and I did not open it. I have an email from Feb. 20, 2024 from BioHeal that all I needed to do was send a picture that proved the product was not opened and they would send me an RMS number and return address.
Now I have over 40 emails with BioHeal and they refuse to send the address and RMS number continuing to claim that I need to get on the phone with them and my bank (my bank will not get on a three way call according to their policy).
BioHeal is playing games with me and being dishonest and fraudulent with my return.
I have sent the product back to the return address on the package they sent me and according to tracking it was delivered. I do not have the product-BioHeal has it. I should be refunded the entire cost of the product.
If I can give a lower star than one I would. This is a terrible company and Dr. Oz should be sued for fraudulently representing them.BioHeal CBD

Their website is so deceptive I ordered three bottles of the CBD gummy's. They sent me five bottles of CBD gummy's charge me and sent me two bottles of the CBD oil. and charged me. I only ordered the three bottle. It was to be helping With diabetes which is a big Lie. This site is a scam they said you would be able to get your money back if not satisfied. I am not satisfied. They gave me a partial refund but would not allow me to send there scam product back to get a full refund. They also lock you in to auto refills which would be impossible to find in their ad. Bogus website, misrepresentation of a Dr supported product. Like the others, charged for more than I should have been and for an additional item I did NOT purchase and discovered it was a default you CANNOT avoid. After contacting customer service, i received 2 credits but for a limited amount. Got the product today and talk about false advertising. They not only connected a Dr to this product falsely, but they advertised this as a help for diabetics. I should have followed my gut and not purchased it. There are no healthy ingredients and as a product advertised for diabetics.It has corn syrup and sugar. Buyer beware of this scam. The most expensive gummy candy I have ever seen. They claim 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. But I have a feeling if I return it.I will be throwing additional money away on shipping charges.

This is a similar complaint to others I've read. After disappointing results from this "candy" I received a second supply. I want a refund for the full $198. and DISCONTINUED service from these schiesters.

3/21/24 - Don T. I ordered this product bioheal CBD, it does not help my sugar numbers at all, I am being charged $198.00 dollars monthly. This is ridiculous and obviously a scam as I did not ask for any other orders but the first one to try out for my diabetes. I need my money refunded immediately and for all future orders to be canceled. You gave me a credit of only $50.00 on my credit card, not the full amount of $198.00. (order #9FB7C18E4B) the person I talked to said that was all I was getting. Another scam to keep some I my money.

Total scam. I ordered what I thought was going to be $59.00 but was charged $198.00. I noticed this the morning after I ordered it and called to cancel, but was told I could not because the order was in their distribution center. The order had literally not been shipped yet. I then asked to speak to a supervisor but I was told none was available, I find it difficult to believe that there was not a supervisor on site. They just didn’t want to refund my money.
