      They charged my card $208.28 for the classes then they Canceled my class and I requested a refund from them, The representative told me they will issue a refund but I have not received any refund yet. I requested to speak with a Supervision they told me they do not have any supervisor available the representative name was ****. I AM REQUESTING A REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY

Our agent explained multiple times that while our in-person classes can be rescheduled, they are not eligible for a refund, as all classes fall under our no-refund policy. I went online for concealed and carry permit. After I order it found out it did not offer this in my area as they prescribed so I texted them back and told them so all they done reimbursed me ***** for additional family member which I haven't gotten yet. This all occurred on 23november23. But id like to get all my money back since otherwise I lose my money since it's not offered where I live I have to pay for additional payment to do so. Sounded good at the start till I'd paid. Than I get the info . Just want a refund since it's not going to work for me. Thank you.

      We received an eMail from you on November 21, 2023 asking for a refund because the class location was not located near you. That refund was granted as well as a refund for the purchase of a Friends & Family Add On. Both refunds were processed by our *************************** on November 22, 2023 at 10:32a. Please check back with your financial services to determine if the refund has been received and applied to your account properly. At this point there is nothing further that we can refund to you.

      Thought this was a reliable site. After realizing that I had been charged for the services, I further researched and found that classes that I had been charged for were nowhere near my area. I emailed for a refund but nothing back. This site appears to be scamming people. I hate that I fell victim.

      Dear Sir ***************** understanding was that you could not attend a Saturday class due to your religious beliefs. A Sunday class was created to accommodate you and your request. You then declined that class as well. We are not in the business of hosting individual classes for our students. You also demanded a refund from our **************************** Our agent explained that we had a NRP and that we had created a class specifically to accommodate you. You then advised that you would call your bank and dispute the charges. It is the policy of our company that when a customer threatens a chargeback with their bank or credit card company that we cease all future correspondence with you to avoid processing a refund twice. You were in fact issued a refund via a chargeback through your bank. There is nothing further for us to do on our end.

      As with the hundreds of others, I should have read there online reviews which all are the same things. Deceptive ad practices. Immediately after the purchase I was charged for a holster as well as more than the course advertised for. When calling customer service the person said "yes we get many many calls and complaints that it is confusing but sorry no refunds. The gun holster was already shipped and no refund for that either". I said the holster was shipped 10 seconds after it was ordered and she said "sorry no refund on the gun holster". ****** this is a scam operation. Fortunately I will be able to contact the Attorney General for both ** and ** and hopefully stop them from their practices in these 2 states.

      There was absolutely zero gun safety training, no live firing, no gun handling and no test. This was all scare tactics to sell more classes and gun safes. Should not qualify anyone to conceal carry. Nothing like my firrst conceal carry course. Total scam. Many negative posts on the Better Business Bureau.

      Misleading advertisement. Appears as through the online class is all you need to get gun permit. It says 100% on line training. But that is not true . It requires another section to be done ( classroom ) in order to get the completion in order to submit to the state. Very disappointed as I did call **************** early this Monday morning as this transaction occurred on Sat. The person on the phone said no no refunds . Then she had the nerve to ask for the certificate back once the hard copy comes. No. I believe it to be very misleading . It is not 100% on line complete class. It involves more and should be Disclosed

      We provide you with quality training that is necessary for your Concealed Weapons permits based on your state, but we can not offer you a permit. To obtain your concealed weapon permit you have to go through your state and provide the necessary documents, you signed up for our in-person training class through our website. Our website states the necessary steps that you will need to complete after signing up. The website states, Step 1: Complete your instructional requirements by watching our short instructional video for free. Step 2: Pass our ********************************************************************************************************** person training with live fire training. Step 3: After you complete the qualification test, we will outline the next steps necessary to secure your concealed carry permit. As you can see step 1 lets you know that you are not paying for the video. step 2 the website makes it clear that you will need to schedule your in-person class with live fire training. We also have our refund policy available for you to read before signing up. At this time we consider this matter resolved.

      I have a unexpected medical condition and need a money refund and they will not do it it is sad to know this type of business is allowed to operate and not willing to offer a refund for a legit reasonable explanation

We make it a point to be known for our **************** and would like to resolve this situation as soon as possible. We have a very strict No Refund Policy that is posted on our site. When you contacted our **************** Specialist you made them aware that you were contacting your bank to dispute the charges. It is also the policy of Concealed Coalition to not issue a refund if the customer has stated that they will dispute the charges with their bank. This documented internal process is for the benefit of our customers and alleviates the burden of a refund being issued twice. At this point your bank will review the dispute and provide you with their resolution.       Keep texting and calling me even when I tell them to stop I didnt sign up for anything and continuously ask for their help to stop and nothing happens

      Purchased 9/18/22 for ****** They misrepresent themselves.Everything was to be done online. I tended an Alzheimers patient at home and couldn't leave for **** hours. After I paid it said we had to go to an 8 hour class over an hour away. We couldn't & I would never agreed to that. I couldn't get anybody on the phone so sent an email to request a refund. My request was rejected. Situation has changed so I checked into classes. They had a class in ******* that I signed up for even though its not until 9/23. ******* called on the 7/17/23 the venue has changed and we had to change locations. Im unable to go to Concord. For personal reasons its not safe for me. I explained the situation and she said she would get back with me by EOB. I called her on 7/20 ****/**** answered. She wouldn't even get on the phone. She messaged back and forth with ****. They can't offer me a different location than Concord. They REFUSED to refund my money. He did offer me a 100$ gift card for online food orders and acted like he was doing me a favor. I refused it because then I'm agreeing with the decision and that was an INSULT. ******* refused to speak with me. I asked to verify ****/****'s name and he said oh my name is ***. My dad's name was *** and I would have remembered that. He got upset when I asked what name he gave when he originally answered the phone. He yelled and said ***, that's my name and I don't have to lie about it. I said I know you don't have to lie but you did. He told me in a nasty voice to have a good day and hung up. I worked **** svc 15 years so maybe I expect people to do what they say and use some common sense and courtesy. But that's not how it is this day and age and its sad. I'm out $****** and we still don't have our CCW. Looking at the other complaints on BBB I'm not the only only that was under the impression that it was all online. They misrepresent themselves then refuse refunds.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********.   It is sad that I had to go to this extent.  I still state that the company misrepresented themselves.   The add stated that it was an online certificate until they get your money and then your told you have to go to a class.  This has been going on for over a year and I'm still not happy about the location of the class or having to wait until October but my other choice is to loose my money.   I'm curious if they're going to try to charge more when we get to class.   They did give me a ***** refund which I think is a joke after the aggravation I've experienced.   Plus, I had to tell them that I filed a BBB complaint along with alot of other complaints by other customers that are still open. 

      I still wouldn't recommend doing business with this company and I'm looking forward to doing the class so I never have to deal with them again.  

      They act as if scheduling the class and a ***** refund is a great resolution but if they would have stated originally that you had to take a class i would have never paid them.  So this is just a means to the end.
