my car was stolen and totaled out December 12th . My insurance company and myself have reached out to this company over several times requesting the title , every day its a new excuse i would never recommend anyone to finance through them . they are so quick to call you 24 hours of being late on your payment but cant even do their job to get a loan closed

Company breaks several laws and is very deceptive. My bill is due the last day of the month and calls begin to come back to back to back. Even if I have spoken with someone there is no 24 hour wait period for them to contact you again. They will call everyone on you referral list on day 10 regardless of you having communication with them or not. If you are 1 day late you are threatened with your account being escalated for repossession when you are no where close to being even a month behind. I have learned to began to record my own phone calls as they do since I do live in a one party state for my own records. Several FDCPA and consumer laws are being pushed to limits or even broken with this company.

I wasn't late back in 2020 but I requested a voluntary repossession because of the economy and my job situation. Covid was rampant. They tried their best to talk me into keeping the vehicle. I stated no. I received the letter via email the same day to approve the repossession. It took them three additional months to pick up the vehicle. Once they got the vehicle, they sold it for what it was worth and this left me with a $1200 balance which was the late fees and missing car payments from after the repossession. Not only did I not pay it, they charged it off and sent it to another debt company. Which I payed them 10 percent of the amount when I should not have to have paid anything. So now, they will not remove this information from my credit report. Placed a big ding to it. If you are desperate to obtain a vehicle, go to a buy here pay here lot. They will treat you better than this.

0 starts of possible. I should’ve waited to get a car loan. I was in an accident in dec 2022 and was carless for 6 months because my credit was low. I stumbled across CPS and they seemed like the perfect place to get a loan. Now I regret it there was a 9k fee added on to my loan and every time I pay it says I’m either late when I’m not. I get several calls a day from them starting at 8am it’s exhausting I receive threats of repossession or for them to send it to bureaucracy. I’m so young and I’m stuck dealing with them. I regret not listening to my growing age told me don’t do it. I don’t know what else to do. STAY AWAY ONCE YOU SIGN YOU ARE IN IT FIR THE LONG RUN ITS A SHANE THEY SHOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS. They make there money off people who are in need of help that’s why they qualify just about anyone.

This has absolutely been the worst company ever. They will have you paying for a vehicle 8 or 9 years that you only financed for 5. If you get in a bind or fall late you are absolutely*****--. There will be repercussion somewhere down the line for them

Another junk debt buyer. America's a joke and the debt collectors are capitalizing on it, victimizing others. I don't even have an account but they blew my new number up so...here I am! Anyone working for these places is awfullllllll.

I only gave one star because zero isn't an option. NEVER work with them. I got a loan for a Kia Forte with a 19% interest rate. Fine. I pay and pay and work on my credit. I get to the point that I can refinance though my bank. My bank sends them a check to pay off the loan. They come back claiming they "just applied it to my account" WEEKS after my bank says that the check was received (they tracked the check to double check) and now I owe $202 in interest on it. I go to my bank and they say "no way, that's not right". They, even when you make your payments, will try to find ANY way possible to make sure that they squeeze money out of you. I hope there's a class action lawsuit against them sometime soon because they're a horrible business.

I have never in my life dealt with a car loan company like this! They are rude and definitely not trying to help you out. I went on maternity leave and told them that I would be behind, but that didn't stop them from saying I still to make a payment. My family was already helping me keep up with my other bills, so getting that a was a no go. They insisted that I find a way to get the money. What part of maternity leave didn't they understand? So I cut my leave short to go back to work. They asked me for a date to make a payment, I told them it would be a minute because I have to accumulate enough income because I was only in training. They allowed me to do a partial payment, which was fine, but the problem was I wasn't going to have it, but they just needed a date. They really are not helpful. They don't treat you like a customer. They take it way too personal. Definitely want to refinance
