This is a company who acts as if they are helping you with loan forgiveness. However they charged me $800.00 and still was trying to collect an additional monthly payment. Everything you need is on the FASFA government site and it’s freeee for the same paper work!!!!!!!

    Hello Elanna,

That is correct, anyone may attempt to do this for free through their loan servicer, however most applicants end up doing it incorrectly or do not know how to start the process. We assist applicants in preparing federal documents so they can be enrolled in the SAVE or ICR programs. This is a service we provide for a fee. If you would like to discuss this further you can reach out to our customer service department.

Do not use them for student loan forgiveness!
The only reason I called them was because I was overwhelmed and didn't have the time and energy to research what if any new student loan forgiveness programs I qualified for.
They told me I did qualify because of age and financial income and continued to talk really fast to where I didn't understand all of it. Before I could question it they continued to talk stating what my monthly payments will be around 50.00 to 75.00 a month for 20yrs. and how much total I would repay around 12,000.00 and how much would be forgiven, 58,000.00. I asked if I could receive this loan forgiveness on my own and they claimed I could only get it through them with this service and then quoted me almost 1000.00 to be paid over three months for the service. I signed a promissory note I thought was for the 900.00 plus I was agreeing to pay over three months and thought that was it. I paid what I thought I owed over the next three months.
First I had already consolidated my loans and they messed up my IDR which I always did myself anyway and knew how to. So I corrected it and sent it myself because the deadline was close and didn't want to take any chances. Then the SAVE program came out and I inquired my loan holder and ensured I was on it. I thought I was done with Superior Services.
NOT! Now I'm being charged 50.00 every month for supposed support I don't need and when I call they overload me with information I don't understand and when I try to stop them to ask they ack like I'm being rude and didn't want to listen. The only part i could make sense of is I'll have to pay them the 50.00 for the entire 20yrs which is crazy and I would have never agreed if I had known. I'm paying them as much if not more than the so called loan forgiveness. Who in their right mind would do that? I was mislead and this so call student loan forgiveness is really the IDR revised. I'm looking future into it and plan on contacting an attorney.

My story is just like everyone else's here. They ham it up and make it sound like you're about to get a huge portion of your student loans forgiven, but that's a lie because the only ones who can ACTUALLY give you any kind of loan forgiveness is the government. On top of that, all $800 I've spent so far has mysteriously disappeared. I've yet to see a single payment.
TLDR: THEY ARE A SCAM. IF YOU GET AN ENVELOP FROM THEM JUST RIP IT UP AND TOSS IT IN THE GARBAGE WHERE THESE PEOPLE BELONG

    Hello Sami,

We never claimed you would be receiving immediate loan forgiveness. We explained to you that the SAVE program is a 20 year forgiveness plan. Also, your money didn't "mysteriously disappear," as we had explained that it was the document preparation fee we charged you in order for us to prepare your federal documents and assist you in getting enrolled in a program. Since December of last year your loans were consolidated and placed in the SAVE program through Aidvantage. That is what you paid for us to do, and we completed this service for you. All you have to do is make sure you continue to recertify yearly with Aidvantage so that you remain in the SAVE forgiveness program.

The company reached out to me via mail and led me to believe that I’d be able to pay off my loan through them. That was not the case. They merely filled paperwork to consolidate my loan, and that any money I paid to them was not going toward my loan, but instead to SS LLC to have them “maintain” my account and perform menial tasks, which effectively meant doing very little.
They charged an unconscionable price for consolidating my loan (about $1000 dollars), a relatively simple task anyone can do. They at no point informed me they were not affiliated with the government or my loan repayment service, and failed to tell me that the $1000 would not be going towards my loan payments. They planned on charging me $49 a month for maintenance of my account, which was, again, doing nothing. They tried extracting another $1000 for my mother’s parent plus loan, but we realized the scam before they could. While I managed to get a refund of the $49 after some pushback over the phone, they refused to refund me my $1000.
Superior Servicing targets people struggling with massive student loan debts and exploits them. This company is a scam, through and through.

This place is hilarious to be quite frank. Please do not give them any of your bank info or personal info. Yes, they send off your documents but you can do it on your own for free. They will ask for your routing number to send themselves a check instead of a normal TXN. after speaking with the Attorney Generals office, this place is meticulous in how they explain their services-making you believe they will contribute your payments toward your student loans. they will not. it is also hard to get in contact with their phone number. I pray on the downfall of this janky place. they are charging people $299+ monthly to send off documents, and the actual forgiveness program informed me that when this company “helps” with said documents, they typically mess things up further. The Dept. of Ed also says many people have been getting misled by this company. I’m writing this for the person who does not have a spare $300 to throw away to a “document” company. They will not refund it. Which I find evil. very smart scheme though, i’ll give them that.

They stole money without having a signed document or approval. They have refused to pay the money back causing me to pay higher fees and taken time off work to seek legal action. They have blocked all contact after i requested the information used making them feel authorized to withdraw money. They are not accredited or licensed in the state of Minnesota making this company 100% fraudulent. They lied about being able to get me out of debt with a smaller payment plan AND required money upfront AFTER they received the signed paperwork I never sent the signed paperwork in and within 2 days of them contacting me for the first time, They withdrew funds fraudulently.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Do not give any of your information to this company. They took $900 in my bank account and I could only recover $300 after transaction disput with my bank. When I asked them for refund, the lady on the phone just tall me that I have signed a contract. Please stay away from this people.I don't want that happens to anybody else. Please stay awy from them. They do not work with Aidvantage they try to take your initial payments from you by sending you documentation that you’re forwarding to another company. I canceled today 12/06/2023 and expecting my loan not to be consolidated.
DO NOT GIVE ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION IF YOU DO FILE A POLICE REPORT THEY ARE FALSELY ADVERTISING! They are trying to take payments that you can do for free yourself!
I making formal complaint against superior this fraudulent company.

THIS IS A SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY! This company led me to believe the $950 I paid to them in 1 month would be put towards my student loans when in fact they claim they only prepare the documents, which YOU CAN FILL OUT FOR FREE WITH AIDVANTAGE, and the money I paid them was for their services. During the initial phone call they made it seem like they were working for the Dept. of Education, which they are not! At no point during my initial phone call did they ever state they were just filling out documents on my behalf. DO NOT AGREE TO WORKING WITH THIS "COMPANY" BECAUSE THEY ARE FRAUDS WHO ARE JUST OUT TO GET YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY!

They are definitely a scam, they sound legit and professional but in reality they are unprofessional. It was a big mistake contacting them and they never answered my calls again because of course they took what they wanted. i blocked everything so they can't touch anything, my lawyer filed a lawsuit against them in case they touch, steal or sell any of my personal information. Beware of such fraus parties, i learned the lesson.
