It is a scam. Unfortunately I gave them my information and had to change my checking account and everything. They will not answer when you try to call back. I was fortunate to catch it before they were able to get any money but just not soon enough before I gave out my information.

This is a scam. They called my son which signed an agreement and gave them banking information without talking to me first. When I tried to contact the individual or customer service, I would get disconnected.

    Hello Cristy,

We did not call your son, as we do not make any outbound calls other than to current clients. Your son, Brent, called in for assistance and signed up for our services. We sent him his prepared federal documents to enroll into a government program on July 26th. You are also not authorized on his account to make any decisions on his behalf since his student loans are only under his name. Regardless, we went ahead and cancelled out his contract and did not take any payments from his account, even though we did complete our services. Please make sure you do your research before claiming a company is a scam. Thank you, and we wish your son the best of luck with his student loans.

    Best Regards,

I’m embarrassed to say that I was scammed by them. I slipped and did not read the bottom of the official governmental looking letter they sent, which states they are a private company at the bottom. Furthermore, when you make contact they do not inform you they are a private company. They immediately start asking you about your loan and the information associated with it to get on the nslds.ed.gov site, for example, this includes your email, phone number, and answers to secret questions. My phone number, email, and answers supposedly did not match the question to get on the site, then “Fabian” flawlessly transitioned into asking for my social security number, which I foolishly gave to him, which supposedly was not associated with my loan, once again. However, he did give instructions to go on studentaid. gov site to provide the correct information, so that he could get on nslds.ed.gov site to supposedly assist me further. On its face it seems this “company” is a fishing expedition, for identity theft. Because of my ill-feeling, I am going to freeze my credit with the three bureaus, and take other precautions.

    Hello Bradley,

As you mentioned, you didn't read the bottom of the notice which discloses that we are not a government entity. We do not claim to be part of the Department of Education or to be working with the government. We only assist in preparing the federal documents to enroll into government forgiveness programs. This is not a scam, and we didn't save any of your information, as you didn't sign up for our services. Next time please make sure you fully read notices sent to you before making false accusations towards a company. We wish you the best of luck with your student loans.

I don't think this company is legitimate or helpful. Trying to contact them via phone or email was effortless. I felt uneasy about the terms, conversation and email signing, which I'm so not computer savvy.

    Hello Cynthia,

According to our records we contacted you via email, and also called and left a voicemail twice on July 5th. Since you did not answer, we went ahead and terminated your contract with us. Per your request, we did not withdrawal any funds from your bank account, even though you did sign a service agreement. We also emailed you the federal documents to enroll in a government program, which is the service we promised to provide for a fee. We wish you the best of luck with your student loans.
