I can't even give one star because this has been the most sressful experience of my life!! I called a number from a piece of mail I received regarding refinancing my student loans and enrolling in the SAVE plan. I am now receiving correspondence from ed financial regarding my student loan payments. I also received correspondence from aid advantage telling me that my loans had been refinanced. I made a payment of $299 on August the seventh and then my $49 automatic payment began to be drafted out of my account for the safe plan. That I thought I had been enrolled in successfully. The paymenthat have been made thus far without realizing that this was a scan were: 8/7/23 for $299.99, 8/21/23 $49, 9/21/23 $49, and 10/23/23 $49. At this time, I no longer give my consent to have these payments automatically drafted from my bank account and I will be contacting the BBB and have already let them know what is happening. They explained to me that if I was unable to get anywhere and trying to contact your business to give them a call back. And we can begin the dispute process and put stop payments on any and all future automatic payments. I was misled and unintentionally provider my bank account and routing # when initially peaking to the scam artist. The bank provided the phone number ending in 5126 as the number to contact you. However, I am unable to get in touch with a person and there is only a voicemail listed, which I'm sure no one ever checks.

Like so many others I am reading about with the reviews. Long story short, I was told if I started paying $799, they would withdraw $49 a month for the next 5 years, and my loans would be taken care of. They had ALL of my information beforehand, so I thought they were legitimate company. No, ****** told me this morning that Superior Servicing, LLC is not associated with them at all. NONE OF MY MONEY has gone towards NOT ONE of my student loan payments.

information via mail, saying they can help me with student loan consolidation and lowering my payment. Unfortunately I gave them my information and they withdrew money from my account. I was misled to believe that the money I am paying is going toward my student loan which based on the information they gave me will be lowered. I found out my student will not be lowered based on my income this company will charge me more on a monthly basis. They don't give out any receipts and when I called in the following days no one responded. The person I talked to reassured me that they are there for me and gave me his direct number. That number also always goes to an answering voice mail that is always full. I completely thought I was going to paying on the student loan but it turns out it's fees they charge.

They are scammers and I fell for them. They took $ and I do not think I will get it back. I want any and all of my accounts with them closed. When I spoke with Robert today, he reassured me that my loans were with them and that I do not need to worry about any of the letters or statements coming from the legit company. And he said I was not listening to him when I kept asking questions. He gave me a number for customer service, and they said they would mail me an invoice. I tried calling back to customer service two more times to ask questions and it goes to voicemail. Do not let yourself be scammed like I was. Lesson learned.

I received a letter in the mail from this company about student loan forgiveness. I called them on 09/26/2023. They had all my private information such my full SS#, DOB, Husband Name, Daughter Name, bank name, loan balance. I was told they can provide loan relief on my student loans. The rep broke down repayment relief per the Biden Administration outcome recently and I would have XXX amount of relief with XXX amount each month to be set up on auto payments.
I told the representative on the phone this sounded to good to be true and ask if it was legit. He directed me to FSA, studentaid.gov and read up on the forgiveness. He was going to send the papers for me to sign and return within 2 days. When I received the papers there were missing pages so I reached out to he number he provided and requested the full documents be sent to me for my attorneys review and I have not seen anything yet. I have notified my bank not to approve any withdraws from my checking account and I want a confirmation that Superior Servicing has not nor will not be withdrawing any funds from my account.

They are scammers. They told me they were from the student loan department and I owed $2100 in interest. They offered to let me pay half after paying $1050, these people went the next month again taking out $50. It was a good thing I don’t keep money in my checking account, so it did not go through. After they contacted me regarding the $50 I ask them what for when students loan payment begin October? She said it’s their fee. I said to her you said the $1050 was to pay my interest, she said that’s their fee. So I asked her fee for what? What did you do for me? She could not answer, the girl was let me explain she still couldn’t. I received a mail from students loan department telling me about scammers and I should be aware. I even told her that, that’s the time she is telling me they are not from the students loan department but they can help me and if I did not read the prints. In time like this, money is so hard to come by. People working for their honest dollars and these people sit down call people all over. They should go to jail for this.

    Hello Sandra,

You signed a service agreement that clearly states we are not the Department of Education, and what the document fee is for. We prepared all of your federal documents in order to enroll in a government program, and your loans were in fact consolidated on July 20th. All of our calls are recorded for quality assurance. Based off of our records it shows when you spoke to our customer service department, you were cursing at the representative and not letting her speak. She was trying to re-explain what the fee was for, but you would not let her speak. Per your request, we cancelled out your contract with us, and we can no longer assist or draft any payments from you. We wish you the best of luck with your student loans.

    Best Regards,

    Superior Servicing

    Hello Humberto,

According to our records it looks like you disconnected the call before our representative could provide you the infomation you were requesting; We reached back out to you, but it looks like you didn't take our calls. Our website is superiorservicing.net. As listed on our website, we are a document preparation company that assists applicants in getting into government assistance, and forgiveness programs. We provide this service for a fee and our services are not a requirement to enroll in the programs. Our goal is to simply explain how the process works and prepare the federal documents to get into the programs. We wish you the best of luck with your student loans.

I feel that this company is a scam in order to get information for identity theft. I received a letter in the mail to contact them about getting assistance on my federal student loan. When I called them I foolishly provided them all of my private information, including my social security number. They asked for access into my student aid site, which I provided. Do not use this company. If you worked with them, take the necessary precautions to protect yourself.

I am afraid I got caught by these people also. I gave them information without thinking, because I was very tired (work graveyard shift) and didn't think about what I was doing. I tried contacting them quite a few times and not response by the 3rd day that they say you need to contact them by. So, I decided to call my bank and have them stop payment on the transactions that were going to be occurring on my bank account. I will be checking with my credit to see if anything happens with it.
