  I usually order from a different florist, but they couldn't deliver in time - which was the only reason I chose "Terry's". I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day & scheduled it to be delivered May 9th. It is now May 12th and no flowers. No response from business. I think they are running a scam. They advertise "free same day delivery", then tack on a $18.99 "service fee", and didn't deliver AT ALL! I am going to have to report this as a fraudulent charge with my bank. This has turned into a $90 serious pain. There are red flags I see now. On their website there is a toll free # but no local #. There is no physical address listed, and a short story about how they are a family owned business for 25 years - all lies!

  We ordered flowers for Mother’s Day 5/11/2024 for delivery the same day. We thought we were ordering from a local credible business as that is what they lead you to believe in their website. Flowers were never delivered Mother’s Day ruined because of scamming liar. Whether these people believe in God or not you will when you stand before him. You will be paid back for the deeds you have done. I pray you find Jesus and believe in him and ask forgiveness before it is too late.

  Ordered flowers for a funeral, never delivered. Called after the service & next day - Terry's Florist claimed they were delivered by a 3rd party florist. Never happened! I was there and never saw the flowers. Can't talk to anyone except Customer Service, in NJ or NV (where bus is located) - who offered to do "investigation". Would not escalate. Several calls and excuses given, finally held on the phone to get Confirmation # for refund. Told they don't have Conf numbers, just emails with a promise of a refund. Business is a SHAM, under the name of a local florist.

  In January we ordered flowers from Terry's Florist. A friend of ours lost her father in January and we could not attend the services. We live quite a ways away, so we rarely see each other. Several months passed and we ask the person that we sent the flowers to, how they were. We were curious because she never mentioned, or complimented the flowers. Just thought it was odd that she never spoke of them. We were informed they had never been delivered. I recently emailed Terry's Florist, with no reply. Below is the Order Confirmation.

  Do not use. Absolutely terrible service. Cancelled order 2 days after it was supposed to be delivered saying they didn't have supplies.

  Scam company - beware
  They pretended to be a local florist but they are not. Ordered Mother’s Day flowers 5 days in advance. Gave them all my contact information. They never delivered and never contacted me.

  Ordered Mother’s Day Flowers. Received a text the day before stating that the flowers could not be delivered due to a “technical glitch.” Total scam. Do not do business with them.

  DO NOT USE TERRY'S FLORIST! I ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered the day before, received confirmation for the purchase and delivery. At 5:30pm on delivery day I get a text message telling me there was a "glitch in the system" and they would not be able to fulfill the order.
  Terrible to get an impersonal text at such a late stage with no time left but to hit up a grocery store for basic flowers vs. a well made bouquet that I felt she deserved.
  I'd give any business a second chance if someone had picked up the phone and offered a genuine apology vs. a text message.
  Buyer beware.

  Do not use Terry's florist. I ordered flowers for a funeral over a week ahead of the funeral. On the day of the funeral they called at 6:30 AM and said they could not fill the order. Do not use this business.

  Horrible Company. Cancelled my order last minute with no call......text...no way to get flowers for mothers day. No customer service. This place should be out of business.
