  I googled a florist for my Mother for Mother’s Day and it appeared that Terry’s Florist was legit. I placed an order 4 days in advance only to be sent a text message (not even a phone call) the DAY of delivery that said they couldn’t fulfill my order and would refund my money within 24 hours. Not only did they did not even offer another option, but nothing was delivered to my Mom and it is now 3 days later and NO refund. I emailed them and never got a response. This business needs to be investigated and shut down!

  I set up delivery for flowers for Mother’s Day and the flowers were never delivered. They said they tried to call my cell phone and they said it was busy when they called. EXCUSES! They are not reputable!! Finally reached someone that said they would refund my money. Never do business with them!!!

  DON’T USE. Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom for Mother’s Day. Received an email confirmation that the flowers would be delivered. They never arrived and day AFTER they were supposed to be delivered I just received a refund from them in my bank account, which I only saw because I happened to be looking at my bank info. No notice, no apology, nothing. This business is absolute garbage.

  I filled a report recently complaining about Terry’s florist. Since then I have worked with them on line regarding the flowers never arriving that I ordered . Someone at Terry’s contacted me every day wit questions and updates. They refunded the money to my accounts and apologized for the mistake.
  I believe they should have better telephone customer service however.

  Wish I could give 0 stars. I placed a Mother’s Day order more than a week ahead of time. They canceled the order the afternoon it was supposed to be delivered. Too late to get anything from somewhere else. I tried to call and get an explanation but can not speak to an actual person.

  Do not use them. They will cancel your order the day they are supposed to be delivered! I have used them in the past and been very happy with their service. However, I ordered flowers for my mom and mother in law for Mother’s Day. They were supposed to be delivered today, instead I received a text at 2:00pm that both orders were cancelled. I called and was placed on hold for over 25 minutes. Had I been notified with enough time, I could’ve ordered flowers from a different service.
  This Mother’s Day is going to be tough for my mom. We lost my dad this past December. He always sent her a beautiful flower arrangement for Mother’s Day. I really wanted to do this for her this year (her first year without him)- and I was so excited because I had picked out a gorgeous flower arrangement. Instead, I receive notification ON THE DAY THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED, that they will not be delivering the flowers. I am so disappointed.

  We ordered flowers for Mother’s Day 5/13/23, over a month ago. Today, around 5 we realized we never heard from the recipient so we called Terrys Florist to find out where our order was. A non-English speaking female answered the phone, and asked for our order number. After being put on hold for over an hour, we got hung up on. This is a scam website we realize after looking at BBB reviews, and other scammer website reviews. DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

  They are NOT a florist, they are resellers. They take your order and call a local florist after marking up for their profit. TOTAL SCAM!

  SCAM! Placed an order for Mother’s Day flowers for my Grandmother and was sent a text the day before Mother’s Day saying there was a technical glitch and they needed to cancel my order. Had to submit a claim with my bank to try to get my money back. Now I have no time to place another order for flowers and all the local florists are booked. Disgusted with this company!
